A New Round Begins, Another Spider-Man

Arthur and Harry were both nominated by Peter to join the organization. The kind-hearted Peter sincerely hoped to help these two friends caught in a whirlwind of problems. They felt that for a dangerous individual like Arthur, given he has the idea to reform, regardless of whether it's genuine or not, he deserves a chance. Having one more person fighting for peace and justice in the world, and one less madman causing destruction and murder, is undoubtedly a good thing.

However, superheroes like Batman, Wonder Woman, Black Widow, and Superman cast opposing votes. They felt the organization was already large enough, preferring quality over quantity. They could monitor Arthur but saw no need to admit him, fearing he might cause chaos within, which would have severe implications.

Bruce specifically mentioned the Joker's manipulation of Harvey Dent as an example, suggesting that the real danger of such psychopaths wasn't just their reckless behaviour and arson but also their chaotic ideologies and persuasive skills, which could poison some of the more naïve members of the organization...

As he said this, he glanced at Peter, who was obviously embarrassed but still stood by his opinion, hoping to let the two join.
