Ch.7 || Vampire

Charlotte Slashdot a handle of maths perfectly in school, in fact she was both smart, creative and attractive - to say the least. She got all A's in her last days of school, so going too a prestigious university in Seoul wasn't something that was a far off target for her, but for some strange reason. Trying to understand six grown was ment shouting at her from all angles was confusing for her?

" Hold up; hold up; hold up! " Charlotte shouted making everyone stop.

" One person speak at a time. " Charlotte asked holding her head " God, it though I was going to have another migraine . "

" Ok, who should start? "

" Me! " The quite one shouted , startling you.

" Are you sure Leon? You don't want be out for this one? "

" Nah Joon, this is a new beginning, why shy away? " Leon looked forward " I'm going to face this head on. "

" If your sure, then go on. " Kook smiled understandingly.

" Ok... Where to begin? Ah!- Well Sarah was a princess, before she became queen she was the cutest thing ever. She had big rosy cheeks, a full bright smile, a tummy fatter then santa clause himself and the teddy she carried around with her everywhere was just too cute. "

" She was our little princess, though we were around the same age at the time we were all bound by her parents to protect and serve her, because... That what we guardians do. " Min explained shrugging his shoulders.

" Guardian? " Charlotte asked them.

" Yes, guardian, pretty face. " Saeyoung muttered going back to sleep.

" If you look at my tattoos " Joon took his sleeve i n his hands and lifted the sleeve up, making a ratio with two swords worse " Do you know what that means? " Charlotte shook her hair in misunderstanding.

" In our world these are a sign of loyalty and trust- "

" What did her mean our world " Charlotte wondered, keeping that question at the forefront of her mind too ask them later.

" and in our case, they trusted us to keep their beloved daughter safe. " Doji pipped in, seeming to be a little bit sour.

" But they didn't keep there side of everything, they should of stayed there for Sarah- '

"- Shh Jin, you know it was and still is irreversible, you can't bring someone back to life. " Leon striker his elders shoulder smiling at his frown, wanting to make it all better.

" What happened? "

" they died... In a battle of some sort, she kingdom still won but to no avail. It didn't matter to us weather the kingdom fell or stayed righteous, all they cared about was seeing Sarah happy again, and six months into her parents death she wasn't the brightest thing ever - "

" More she tried to drown herself!- "

" Doji! She didn't try and kill herself, get over it! " His eyes burned with fury at the older man.

" Jin-hyung I don't want to fight with you, but don't you think what your saying it total nonesence- "I

" - Not when the man in front of me is speaking more balderdash then me. " Jin shouted at Doji, making him walk up the stairs and slam a door shut.

" What with them two? " Charlotte asked Kook, since he was sitting next to her on the sofa.

" They've always been like that, you should leave them " Charlotte nodded paying attention to Saeyoung.

" She accidentally fell into the lake one day and we found her. Cold, on the other side of where the lake ended. " Saeyoung started, sounding serious " Our kind have always been cold, but never have we expected it to me such an inconvenience. "

" On the brighter side of things, " Leokn started " She got better, after two or three days inside she was better... "

" After that everything seem to go great. " Min spoke from beside her " Until one day she was just... Gone. "

" Indeed, it doesn't effect us much now, but having someone stripped from your immortal life can be draining. " Joon expressed, signing heavily.

" Especially when it was very sudden. All that I really remember of the day was a soldier coming to get us and then a Lot of crying. " Mins frowned " I could smell it. Everyone's feelings of pain... It made me hurt too. "

" And, as she was the queen of her relm, with no children and under aged. She would go through the reincarnation process that our kingdom had offered the royals many centuries ago... " Jin stated " The only problem with that awas- "

" Timing. " Saehyoung spoke " Can you imagine how long ago this was? All those ordeals? How long ago I they were " Charlotte shook her head at Saeyoungs question.

" It was a four centuries ago. She died and since there wasn't anyone else to take the thrown... "

" The Kingdom fell into ruin. What was once a bustling country, became a shadow of once was and lost everything. It's Queen, it's people, it's money-- "I

" It was as if the people where never there in the first place. " Kook shared, looking down.

" Now that we... Believe, we've found the right person, I guess you could say we wished it was sooner. " Joon reminisced his old days, walking through the gardens of the palace and having polite and interesting conversations with the staff.

Looking down at her toes, Charlotte realised she was important, much more important then she believed herself to be in this situation a few minutes ago. For how much they've told her, she understands how significant she is in whatever master plan they have, but one thing wasn't adding up for her and she was so confused as to why they kept saying those things.

Looking up at Joon, Charlotte stared at him straight in the eyes and asked " Your still not being straight with me. Why do you keep saying these things happened centuries ago, when the average human being lives at most 100+ years - if lucky. "

" Oh- I guess we never told you, huh? " Kook looked at his thigh frowning.

" We're vampires honey, and if we think what we think is true... Then-- "

" Then you'll be a vampire within' the next two weeks or so, God-knows, any time between then. " Saeyoung finished for his maknae.

" So wait... Are you trying to tell me?!'- "

" Yes, human. You won't be your mortal self for long, so embrace and rejoice in it, because that vampire side of yours is growing rapidly inside you. " Joon pointed at Charlottes stomach, twirling it around in a circular motion " Now that you've had those dreams there growing, faster and faster each day and once it totally consumes you- "

" --You'll be having a little bit more then your fair share of blood. "
