Stress Reliever

After her classes for the day ended, Ava summoned the courage to speak to Kelvin about what happened at The Breakfast Nook. She has been avoiding talking to him since she resumed school.

As she stepped out of class with Layla she spotted Kelvin standing outside with his friends, chatting.

"Give me a minute, I need to go and talk to Kelvin," Ava said to Layla who was scrolling through her phone.

Layla looked up from her phone, "okay. I will wait for you at the car park."

"All right, I will meet you there when I'm done." Ava walked over to meet Kelvin and his friends.

"Hi Kelvin," Ava said as she got to where they were.

They all stopped talking when they heard her voice and turned to look at her. Kelvin smiled at her, he seemed a little surprised that she had sought him out. Ever since the incident at the Breakfast Nook occurred, Kelvin has stirred clear from Ava's path.

"Hey Ava," He said, still smiling.
