(Clone POV)
The idea first came to us from Sasuke's old story. Kuro was not the most avid follower of Naruto's journey… his focus being the wonderous techniques and bloodlines rather than the storyline, making him skip quite a few episodes and disregard the manga almost completely.
The day Sasuke came running to my office more than a decade ago, was the day I hatched this little plan. Transforming a clone into a giant shuriken… truly an unpredictable shinobi… so why not transform into something else, something like a scroll. After all, who would find a storage scroll having a seal suspicious?
That seal ensured that the transformed clone would be protected from the fluctuations of chakra during the 'event'. After all, my clones may be slightly more durable, but sadly I had no idea the form in which the chakra explosion would ensue, leaving my clone open to even the slightest of damage, ruining the entire plan in the end.
This could easily be avoided by using a wood clone… but then again, I had no information regarding the nature of the event. Whether a clone could make it through, how it would change the course of events… and more importantly, how I would explain someone as pathetic as that worm Mukade escaping from my grasp to reach the tower in the first place.
As I was lost in my thoughts, Minato appeared before me in a flash, a small, slightly helpless smile on his face as he just sighed and looked straight at me.
"So… what do you want to talk about?" – He asked as I simply smiled.
Two chairs and a table appeared out of nowhere, warm tea already served as the Hokages found themselves already sitting down.
"When did you notice?" – I asked as I sipped on the tea.
Picking up his cup, the Fourth just smiled as he leaned back.
"When the two first appeared I played around with the scenarios in my head, after all… the resemblance is uncanny. That being said, he is a little too talkative." – Figures that extracting information from Naruto would be, like taking candy from a baby… like a shinobi taking candy from a baby.
"Indeed. That being said though… even without any color, the resemblance still is uncanny." – I whispered before staring at him from the corner of my eyes.
Taking a moment, the realization hit the fourth as he smiled a little sadly, sighing and taking another sip.
"I see… that's regrettable… … … But I believe its best to leave it at that, sixth?"
"Fifth actually." – I said as surprise appeared on Minato's face.
"Quite young… was it the third who took over again? No, disregard that, my curiosity got the better of me. As much as I would like to know if things have improved or degraded to the point that an Uchiha became Hokage… it's better for me not to know. Either way, I believe you would have sufficient reason to tag along on such a mission… even as a shadow clone."
Still a little eager, but I guess it is to be expected, he was not a Hokage just yet, but he was quite the material… quite the rare collectible.
As I looked at the fourth Hokage, my Sharingan flared for a moment as it scanned him before our eyes locked.
"It regards their safety… the other one is, in a way, my younger brother you see. That said, I have tried my best to take care of them so far... but it seems that might soon reach an abrupt end… unless you can help me. I don't believe you will be able to understand… at least not at this moment." – I whispered after a moment.
"…Is that so? I see." – Minato said, agreeing rather easily as he nodded his head.
I hid my little surprise at the understanding look the Fourth Hokage gave me.
"Once we are back, I will only ask that you listen to my proposition… at least for their sake."
Minato merely sighed as he nodded, knowing he wasn't likely to get anything more concrete from this conversation.
Just like that, the space around us disappeared into dust, returning to reality and leaving both of us staring into each other… albeit with me stuck in Choza's hand, a blade in my neck by Kakashi who was standing in said hand, as well as Sasuke and Naruto at a standoff with the Aburame who had apparently dried off Naruto's chakra while Sasuke constantly eyed Kakashi's blade and face with a glowing Sharingan, ready to melt it off.

(MC POV)
'Becoming a father causes a change in most people… but, sadly for humanity, it was only in most. There was no shortage of those who didn't care for their own offspring, individuals on which this tactic wouldn't work. Luckily for me, the Fourth Hokage wasn't such one, maybe even going too far on the other end of the spectrum.' – I thought as my face remained blank.
'But not yet. Only after he grows into a caring father and husband… only then will the scale break by tipping into my side. After all, I know better than most, that death to a dead person, is but a slightly uncomfortable experience. A plan that takes some preparation, a little bit of acting… and too much evidence. Not the kind I could bring with me to this place. That being said, in its entirety, it is a much better method than throwing caution to the wind and butting heads with a genius sealing master who could teleport without any restrictions.' - …something I had failed to come up with a way to counter just yet.
Even with the Jutsu of the second Hokage on the forbidden scroll, even with all the minds trying their best… comprehending just what the second and fourth Hokages' did was impossible at this point. Even master seal masters like Jiraya and Kushina needed to pour chakra directly into the seal to activate it… and yet, geniuses apparently only needed to think about it.
'It would be best if it all goes as planned, but even if it doesn't, Kushina will be there for plan B. And after that, if the situation required for it, violence was always in the table for me… quite preferred actually.'
Just as I finished my train of thought, I felt a massive chakra signature.
'Unsurprisingly convenient timing.'
Not a minute later the door was blown off the hinges as an anbu commander bowed down in front of me.
"Hokage-sama, the Yamanaka clan just lost contact with the vanguard on the eastern front." – He quickly reported as my eye widened a little.
Sadly for the urgency of the commander, only one thought went through my mind at that moment.
'Interesting.'
