Kelvin opened his eyes and found himself standing in the test hall standing exactly the way he was before the test started, kelvin guessed the test simulation must have ended, kelvin was surprised he didn't feel any pain or fatigue in his mind or body, he had already guessed that the injuries in the simulation wouldn't occur in reality but he never expected that he wouldn't have any lingering sensation of pain or that his body and felt better than it ever had before. Kelvin noticed a hologram popping up in the air and a list was shown, it was the ranking of the test, kelvin skimmed through the names, he only put in mind the name of the 1st place because his score was just too high compared to the 2nd place. The 1st place was someone called Dracul hawkeye and he had scored 150 points while the second place had only scored 87 points, kelvin found his name in the 7th place with 70 points hovering on the side. The placing was a little bit higher than he had expected, he had hoped to be between 10th and 20th place because he felt being in the first ten was too eye catching and more importantly there would be a video of their battle sent to recruiting forces and kelvin could guess that his use of shave was definitely eye catching. Seeing that the videos would soon be shown kelvin made up his mind to sign up for the federations military school scholarship program. Kelvin walked to the terminal at the side of the hall and clicked the military's school option, a bunch of conditions popped out, it was exactly as he had heard before, as long as one passed the test one could apply and the only condition was that one had to serve the military for 10 years, compared to other families or schools contracts this one was more preferable to kelvin, other scholarship programs for orphans like him with no background would be like signing a slave contract, it was relatively better for kids with parents or average background but only the military school program was the same for everyone, granted joining the military after school was very dangerous compared to other institutions and he might not be able get more resources or martial manuals but kelvin preferred this because in the military politics was strictly forbidden any act found would be sentenced to death so kelvin knew he would be safe in it and kelvin didn't worry about martial techniques since he was confident in recreating moves he had seen in his past life. Kelvin signed with his fingerprint after reading the terms over one more time and left the terminal. Kelvin found that few people among the top 200 were considering the military since they could get better offers, it was mostly students who get a high ranking and couldn't afford going to other schools. Most of the top 200 were waiting for offers from various aristocratic families who would sponsor them through their education and absorb them into their families to work. Kelvin found that the videos of the top ten had started playing but kelvin couldn't watch it cause he didn't have a smart watch, kelvin noticed a few looks being shot his way, he knew they had been watching the videos of his battles, there were a few aristocratic families already fighting over the people in the top ten making them offers, kelvin wondered why no offer had come his way yet when he noticed that a mark had been placed on his ranking, kelvin guessed this sign meant he had picked the military, kelvin breathe a sigh of relief at least he didn't have to deal with those families, kelvin was surprised when he found that Dracul names had been marked by the military too but kelvin put it out of his mind when an electronic voice sounded informing all that had chosen military as their choice to move out and board the ship that that was parked outside. Kelvin moved out with most of the students, as he was about to board he saw someone with a huge western cross sword that looked like it had significant weight on his back but what made him surprised was he didn't have any cultivation too but the feeling radiation of him was just too dangerous it felt like a sharp sword hanging on someone's neck, the boys silver eyes and indifferent face did nothing to reduce the dangerous feeling, the whole yard was silent until he boarded the ship and left everyone sight, kelvin wondered who that was until he heard from the murmurs around that the boy was Dracul hawkeye. Kelvin looked at someone who was displaying Dracul's profile through his smart watch hologram and was surprised at what he saw. Dracul hawkeye 13 years old, talent: gravity blade. Kelvin sucked in a breath of air as he saw dracul's talent, he guessed for Dracul not to have cultivated yet meant he put all of his energy on his talent and his control must have reached an astonishing level and from what kelvin remembered about gravity blade was that it was a talent that allowed the user to control the amount of gravity acting on their weapon and it also controls the gravity of whatever it had cut. As kelvin watched the video of Dracul's battle it further confirmed his thoughts, the video showed Dracul against a pack of 2nd level wolves but it had only taken 3 moves to solve them all.
