Protect
Katalina kneels down behind Daichi to make sure he's okay from being blasted by Kasai. While she can hear Kasai's angry shouts from the other side. Kasai looks at his arms and legs and sees blue aura surrounding him and Adrien.
Lucien and Jiro stand back, along with the other guards and large island cruisers. "Men, FIRE!" Lucien orders.
Adrien looks in horror seeing shots being blasted at them. "Kasai, look out!" she shouts as she yanks on his shirt to get his attention and closes her eyes. Kasai looks towards the shots firing at them. His sense become heightened and he dodges all the bullets before they reach them. Adrien opens her eyes and notices that Kasai's were glowing and have gotten more aggresive. "Kasai are you oka-" before Adrien can finish her sentence, Kasai sends out a slash of aura from his hands crashing over the Cruisers and shattering the men's armor. "Kasai, what are you doing! Stop this!" she shouts at him. Nothing seems to be getting through to him, he has this blank expression on his face, like a robot. "Kasai! Kasai! That's enough, please stop!" Adrien tries to break free from his grasp, but he's holding on way to tight. "Let go! Your hurting me!" She tries to break free, but she can feel her strength and energy leaving her body.
Katalina can see Kasai's blank expression on his face devoid of all human emotion and it scared. It was like he lost all his senses. She could see that Adrien was trying to break free from his grasp, but she was getting hurt in the process. "Kasai! Kasai! Let her go!" She shouts as she tries to get closer so she can help Adrien get free.
Adrien sees a woman trying to get closer to them and she doesn't want her to get hurt. "What are you doing!? Stay back, he's gonna hurt you!" Adrien says as she watches Katalina trying to reach for them.
The wind and aura surrounding them is so powerful that it almost knocks Katalina off the ground. 'It's no use. I can't get to her from the front, I need someone to distract them in front while I run behind them.' She strategizes in her head.
Lucien sees Katalina trying to get to Adrien, "Lieutenant! Stop! Get back here NOW!" He shouts trying to get her to stop getting closer.
Jiro intervenes and cuts Lucien off. "Wait Headmaster! I think she's trying to separate them." He says while analyzes the two.
"What do you mean?" Lucien asked confused at Jiro's logic.
"Just think about it. Kasai Akihito. The only guy on the island who hasn't developed an ability, let alone aura." Jiro explains.
"Yeah, what about it?" Lucien asks still confused.
"As soon as he came into direct contact with Adrien's aura his aura was immediately activated. And when her aura was out of control it calmed down after she came into direct contact with Kasai's aura." He explains.
Lucien's eyes go wide from realization, "So what your saying is their both the key to their own abilities?!" He says
"Yes. But also, I think these two may have the same or compatible DNA patterns in their LOST gene." Jiro says.
Lucien and Jiro stand there analyzing the two for a while. 'Impossible. It's already unbelievable that this girl has the LOST gene, but two people with the same DNA sequence!?' Lucien thinks to himself.
Lucien stops daydreaming when he sees Katalina back up a little and do a hand signal from behind her back so Kasai doesn't see. 'I get it. She wants us to distract him so she can sneak up from behind them and get Adrien away from him.' He plans out in his head. He looks at his surroundings at notices Daichi on the ground trying to get up. Lucien heads toward the front where General Daichi is laying and kneels down beside him. 'I didn't wanna hafta do this because of the girl, but we don't have a choice.' Lucien thinks to himself.
"General Daichi." Lucien calls on him. Daichi regains consciousness after hearing the headmaster say his name.
"Huh? Headmaster!" Daichi says as he tries to sit up. As Daichi gets up Lucien whispers the plan into his ear. "Are you sure Headmaster?" Daichi asks while still not sure of his plan.
"All right then! Let's go!" Daichi says while standing up proudly. As they both stand side by side purple aura surrounds Daichi and Green aura surrounds Lucien. "Very well."
Katalina could feel a very powerful aura brewing from behind her. 'Looks like they figured it out. Sorry Kasai, but this is for your sake.' She thinks to herself as she starts darting around him quickly to see where she can find an opening. Also to let Lucien and Daichi distract him.
Kasai let's his guard up as he sees Lucien, Daichi, and Katalina heading his way. At this point, Adrien is almost at the brink of slipping unconscious, but she can still see what's going on with her blurry vision. 'What are these guys doing? They're all crazy!' She thinks as she desperately tries to wiggle her way out of Kasai's grasp. Adrien notices Katalina darting around them. Katalina nods at Adrien confidently. 'Wait is she-' Adrien immediately knows what she's trying to do. 'She's trying to find an opening, the front? No! From behind!' She thinks to herself. Kasai sends blast of aura from his body making it impossible for Katalina to find an opening. But all the dust and debris from the ground is making it hard for Kasai to see what's in front of him. Until he sees to bolts of light shine from the debris. Lucien and Daichi immediately go on the offensive and attack him directly.
"Sorry kid, but someone needs to knock some sense into you!" General Daichi says as he knocks him back a couple feet.
"Be careful General! The girl is still injured!" Lucien reminds him. They both wait for Kasai to attack them at the same time, leaving and opening to grab Adrien when he's to distracted fighting both of them. "Come on already! Attack us!" Lucien says antagonizing Kasai even more. Kasai's eyes flare up even more and he starts charging at them at an unbelievable speed. "L-lieutenant do it now!" Lucien orders. Kasai looks toward where Lucien and Daichi are speaking to someone and sees Katalina getting ready to nail him right in the face.
"I haven't done this In years, but I know it's gonna hurt! TIME TO WAKE UP BUDDY!"
