Accepting reality

*sigh*

The man gave out a sigh as he resigned himself to his fate. He had no idea how to accomplish what he was just told.

No matter how much he had seen people conquer planets and even galaxies in movies. He knew that in reality, it would be no where as easy or as fast.

It would surely consume a lot of time and above all, he would also need to become ridiculously powerful after all depending on the universe, he was placed in. The task would either just be time consuming or extremely difficult

"It's best to move on" The man said as he finally turned his attention away from the sky and to his surrounding.

Looking around him, all he saw were the standard large bins found in cities. All three were filled to the brim and a few centimeters away from the last bin, he could see a homeless person sleeping.

"Well at least clothes were provided" he said

As he took a step towards the homeless man, he suddenly stopped as he raised up the Primagen. It was too precious and important to him for him to have it out in the open like this.

Hence without any hesitation, he immediately bit down. Completely disregarding the fibres surrounding the fruit-like crystal.

As soon as he did so, he felt the part he had bitten off melt in his mouth. It was weird, this was crystal and yet it could be eaten.

He could clearly feel it's hardness but somehow it was still soft enough to be bitten. He didn't feel much difference even after taken a second but so he concluded that its effect weren't instant.

Several seconds later, only a tony portions of the Primagen remained. A portion so small that it could be compared to a dime.

"This is surprisingly delicious" he commented as he resisted the temptation to eat the last piece

It would be stupid of him to eat it all considering his mission. With the primagen done, he immediately stood up and began walking towards the homeless man.

"I'm sorry for this man but..." He said as he quickly and sneakily stole the clothes off the man's body.

Searching for any bit of money he could find, he only found about ten dollars which he took gladly. He didn't know if the man was dead or just knocked out but either way, he felt bad for what he was doing.

After dressing up in the man's itchy clothes, he bowed towards him as a sign of respect as he immediately took off running.

He had no idea where he was but he had a goal now and that was to simply to get off the streets and hopefully change the clothes on his back.

Running out of the alley with no aim in mind, the man looked around to select the best paths to take as he continued running.

As he ran, he also observed his environment and so far, nothing looked familiar to him. True, everything still looked like the modern day he knew but he couldn't pinpoint where exactly where he was.
