To call the Bible fiction means that you have sources that disprove the existence of Christ but unfortunately, Jesus Christ is the most proven historical figure in reality. there are more sources that prove his existence, death and miracles than there are for Alexander the Great. Yes, historians of old and present call his miracles by names such as 'Sorcery', 'tricks' etc and deny his resurrection but they dont argue about his existence. He is someone who was well attested for by multiple sources we have less records that prove even the Roman Emperors of that specific era like Ceaser Augustus or even Tiberius yet you dont call them fiction These same sources may not agree that Jesus was performing miracles as the Son of God but they do agree that he did unsual things they called him "Wonder worker", "Sorcerer", said he used "Magical Arts" and "tricks" they dont deny that they happened, they deny how these miracles happened .... To claim something so well attested for as Fiction proves you fall into all three categories the correct way to be Atheist isnt to go around brainlessly saying whatever comes to your mind instead do the following: 1. Read the holy book of the religion you reject... this is non-negotiatable 2. Understand the historical and factual context of the Holy book... how was the world when it was written? 3. Engage arguments in support of it and those against it the simple rule is this You have to understand something to reject it. if you dont know that something is an acid even if it smells like orange juice, you will accept it thinking it is orange juice ....
