skill: poison transfer

this skill/power is only one of the many enigmas that are in my brain every day thought I will write it down

by using the skill the user will gain the ability to transfer poison or just release it from the body through the skin.

also this skill does not make the user immune to poison

examples: the user can drink alot of booze then touch someone and transfer all the alcohol to his system.

the user can transfer the poison in his system to the air around him in gas state (preferably when already immune to it)
