minukugan = see through eyes, this is a doujutsu for naruto if it wasn't obvious

the minukugan eye looks completely black its other name is 'empty eyes'

a user of the minukugan can 'see' the intent of others(like observation haki) while activating the doujutsu, the eyes don't look different activated or not

to activate the doujutsu the user has to supply the eyes with yin chakra, the more quality and pure the yin chakra the stronger the doujutsu

with high masteries over the minukugan and successfully supplying the eyes with completely pure yin chakra the minukugan can briefly see the intent of others while they are formulating and before they themselves acknowledge it (the brain processes emotions before they send the emotion waves, the user can process these emotions and intents before that)

while pure yin chakra can be done by every medic out there it takes sometime and concentration to create the pure yin chakra, there also needs to be a steady supply even while fighting there needs to be at least Tsunade level of chakra control
