Chapter 20: Something is watching

( no chapter today: i rest on weekends, ) ( semi chapter today, back to full chapters tomorrow, monday 12 at around 8pm)

hearing the question of what to do everyone sitting around the fire froze for a second, what were they supposed to do ?

they did not even know what they were against, how can you come up with solutions to a problem they don't know, it was not as simple as don't die or stay alive it had to be a proper plan but no one knew where to start.

" we can find a way to locate each other" wayne said suddenly, everyone looked at him and waited for him to continue.

" since the only way to survive is to stay together but somehow we lost a large number of people without even understanding how they disappeared or where they went, then we need to find a way to locate everyone in our group, so if anything similar happens we wont be so clueless and might even track and find out who or what is out there"

" whats your name ? "

" wayne"

" right, i think wayne has a good idea to start with, does anyone have an ability that can help " Sir james asked looking around but everyone just looked around too, there were few people with tracking abilities most abilities were for defense or attacking or even healing.

finally after a moment of silence

" i do " the girl who max saw putting flowers for defense said, max was shocked there is no way he could believe in her flowers. what on earth since when could flowers be used for defense and tracing ??

everyone else just turned to her waiting for her to explain.

" my ability is pandora's flower, and i can release petals and i am able to feel where this petals are, the petals also let me know the environment around them, i can tell if they are moving by the wind resistance and know if it is hot or cold around them through the temperature"

what kind of an ability is pandora's flower, max felt cautious against it. one thing max had learned that names had a great importance in this new world, nothing could be called casually especially abilities, the name of abilities were not made up by their user randomly but it was as if the Phanes energy whispered to the user and conveyed the names of the ability.

to max it seemed as if a destiny or strings of fate were attached to a name, for example if someone had an ability called judas´s knife or something, they could never be trusted, as they would like judas betray everyone.

Pandora's box is an artifact in Greek mythology.in it Hesiod reported that curiosity led her to open a container left in the care of her husband, thus releasing physical and emotional curses upon mankind.in the same way pandora's flower, max did not know if it is a good thing or a cursed flower.

whilst the group was talking little did they know that something was watching them, it's eyes pierced through space looking at them then it's eyes shifted onto another door.

around this door there were a mountain of dead bodies, cut off limps and guts all over it looked very tragic, as if there were no survivors and as if that group had been wiped out with no one remaining.

seeing this the eyes seemed pleased.

the eyes shifted again glancing on another door and on that door there were a few bodies but most importantly there was the body of a zone walker, it´s lower body missing as if sliced off and died miserably.

the eyes were filled with irritation and gloom for a moment before sweeping around the door as if searching for prey then it finally landed on a camp similar to max´s camp.

in the camp there were many people sitting around a fire and one of those people was a youth with a mighty looking sword dyed with weird looking blood, next to him sat a girl and behind her a giant that towered into the sky flickered as if a image from a tv with bad signal.

if max were to see the girl he would recognize that it was the girl with the star devourer he had meet before entering the door.

the creature who was watching let out some weird sounds " gggrgrrgrrshhhhssvvd "

if there was anyone who could understand it they would be shocked to hear that it had just said,

" release the soul eaters, a feast of humans is ready"

( short chapter i know im resting im back at 8pm monday 12, with a full chapter) ( semi chapter and resting, give me time to work on the story line and come up with something interesting, semi chapters are sort of a filler to be honest, i hope you understand that i don't want to not update but i can not think and update everyday so these chapters are needed in order for me to work out a good plot and think swell as rest but not leave you with nothing. thank you, back at 8pm with full chapters)
