Chapter 1.7 (Morning Disaster)

Many weeks and months has passed 3 days left before they leave the village now Elevia became more expressive than before. sana became an adventurer for 3 months and learned to use sword, bow, and knives she is also now a part of Jay's and Elevia's party. Jay went back to the swan empire and visit Ron at the blacksmith shop.

Ron: took you long enough I was about to sell your order.

Jay: that I paid 320 imperial gold coins.

Ron: come on bud here.

Ron removes the leather covering revealing the hex steel scythe on the table.

(Hex steel a cursed material that will drain the users lifespan little by little).

Jay takes the scythe an Aura of curse and abyssal energy flows around the scythe moving towards Jay's arm.

Jay smiled looking at the hex steel scythe impressed that his arm began to feel cold as ice.

Ron takes a smoke watching the test of the contract of the hex steel.

(In Jay's view he see's pure darkness everywhere with glowing magenta eyes appearing and disappearing everywhere while looking at Jay)

Ron: "fail the contract the weapon kills his user heh let's see if you survive this kid" hey kid you said pure solid hex steel right!!? Then earn it and finished the contract!!!

At Ron's view he sees Jay's lifeless eyes.

(At Jay point of view)

Jay: I hear yah knuckle head and I'm not going to lose this moment.

Jay smiles and releases a lot of his energy making the darkness crack leaking out blood. Jay began to chuckled a bit and releases more energy making the darkness crack more close to shattering.

Girl's voice: WAIT!! THAT'S ENOUGH I GIVE UP!!!

Jay:!? Huh?

Jay turn around and see a little girl with magenta eyes, green long hair and dark skin wearing nothing but with tears on her eyes and red cracks around her body.

Girl: if you continue further I will die so please stop.

(At Ron's point of view)

Ron looks shocked and afraid seeing the hex steel scythe cracks close to shattering.

Ron: wha-what the hell is going on!? "Holly crap this kid almost killed the scythe's soul"

Ron looks at his right arm that turned into black with magenta eyes all over his right arm he smirked and looks at Jay.

Ron: I'll have to admit it kid I really underestimated you there kid.

He laughed as the eyes on his arms looks at him.

Ron: huh? what are you looking at!?

Jay: so what you're saying is you are the scythe that I'm holding right now in the over world?

Girl: yes so please master don't shatter me!

Girl: yes the contract is done I am now your sla-

Jay covered the girl mouth ending her sentence.

Jay: hey you were just been made 2 months ago don't offer yourself to me okay?

The girl nodded while tear flowing down her cheeks. Jay releases a little energy allowing her to fix her cracked body. Jay looked around trying to figure out how to get out of the domain of the girl.

Jay: um hey girl how can I exit this place?

Girl: oh the second part of the contract by giving me a name.

Jay: giving you a name?

The girl nodded now smiling warmly and holds her hand together waiting for Jay to give her a name.

Jay: sure how about Yonoma.

Yonoma: sur name?

Jay: a sur name really?

She nodded looking excited with a smile.

Jay: how about this Yonoma hex?

Yonoma smiled while jay slowly vanished at yomona's domain.

Jay smiled and patted her head now vanishing going back to reality. Jay looks at Ron giving him a thumbs up while still holding the scythe named yomona.

Jay: I've done it contract has been made.

Ron claps his hands impressed that Jay manage to make a solid contract with the scythe.

Ron: I'm glad that you manage to you're didn't even die.

Jay: Yonoma rest.

Yonoma vanished into smoke Jay smirked. Both of them fist bump while smirking at each other.

Hours later jay bought a lot of BBQ and a massive chunks of wyvern meats as he visits the orphanage.

Jay: hmmmm? "Is she new?" Uuuh hey are you a new sister of the orphanage?

Jay walked close to the young nun of the orphanage while carrying the massive item. The young nun noticed and looked shocked.

Jay: I'm here to donate all of this here.

Young sister: uh um n-nice to meet you and y-yes follow me.

The young sister brought Jay to the kitchen and Jay put down everything on his hands.

Jay: there this should last 2 weeks for you all.

The young sister smiling at Jay appreciating his kindness.

Kimmy: thank you for your donation to the orphanage we appreciate your-

Orphans: big brother Jay!!

33 orphans quickly surrounded Jay and beginning to play with him. Jay plays with the orphans as he chuckles. The elders went inside the kitchen with a smile on their faces.

Elder nun: now now kids be respectful to Jay he is about to leave for a while.

Orphans: no big brother Jay please stay with us.

The other orphans slowly began to cry

Kimmy: hey hey hey please don't cry.

Kimmy began to worry doing her best to make the orphans to stop crying. Jay smiled kindly.

Jay: it's true that I'm leaving but don't worry we will meet again in the future. Just listen to your caretakers okay.

It took a couple of hours for them to stop crying now evening reached all the orphans are at their beds sleeping.

Jay: well I better get going me and my sister need to go to Alzaroth kingdom and handle things there.

Elder nun: sure go ahead and have a safe trip.

Jay nodded with a kind smile and begins to move outside as he turned around when he was about to teleport back he stopped in an instant by noticing Kimmy standing in front of him.

Kimmy: let me go with you.

She speaks in a weak voice while her silver hair and eyes shines from the moonlight and wind blows her hair.

Jay: you sure? I don't want to risk you getting hurt?

Kimmy: yes I do not mind as long as I can join you in your journey.

She clenching her fist dedicated to join him while jay scratching his head.

Kimmy: yes I ask permission and she allows me to travel with you.

Jay: "she's really confident about this" okay then follow me. "Jeez I really don't want to walk hours going back there"

Jay sighed and begins to walk the path towards the village late at night Kimmy follows Jay while holding her hands behind her back.

Kimmy: so Jay . . . What makes you choose to help the orphanage? Is there something about your past or is it just your nature.

Jay: "it's because of my other reincarnations I know how it feels to be an orphan" I have my own reasons what makes you say that.

Kimmy: the kids can't stop talking about you and the way the surrounded you just to play you really have great bonds with them and it's adorable.

Jay continued while carrying Kimmy on his back. Kimmy began to blush and feels a bit of guilt when she was being carried by Jay. Hours has passed while walking across a river a massive burst of lightning smites on the ground from a distance making the ground shakes making Kimmy startled from the loud sound.

Kimmy: huh!? What's happening!?

A Burst of wind blows at the both of the cause by the shockwave of the lightning.

Kimmy: aaaaaaaaah!!!

Jay was unaffected by it and smiled and began to chuckled.

Jay: we've meet again Dionne you have grown.

Jay looks at the side seeing Dionne pouting Crossing her arm Jay looked confused at her posture.

Jay: uh um why are you looking at me like that?

Dionne turned to look at Kimmy still on Jay's back looks afraid at Dionne.

Kimmy: uh hi-hi. . .

Kimmy began to sweat as she is terrified from dionne's lightning.

Dionne: care to explain shinto?

Jay: well how can I describe this. . . Hmmmmm. . . Her legs hurts from hours of walking so I decided to carry her back to the village where my sister and my friend sana are now.

Kimmy: "sana?"

Dionne: sister and a friend sana? Why haven't you told me both of them when we first met?

Jay: well it's kinda a very long story for me to explain and I'm a bit lazy to do it.

Dionne: come on tell me I don't care about it give me every detail about it.

Jay smiled that Dionne still has the mask that he gave her.

Jay: did the mask that I gave you help with your progress on getting stronger?

Dionne blushes more and nodded.

Jay: glad to hear come I don't want my little sister to keep her waiting.

Kimmy: right.

Jay began to walk to the village while carrying Kimmy at his back as Dionne following behind while covering her face with the mask hiding her embarrassment. Morning has passed 3 of them reached to the village as Jay brought the 2 of them to the inn and put down Kimmy.

Jay: feel free to go and look around the village it's not big as the swan empire but it's peaceful here.

Dionne: where's your sister that you talked about last night?

Kimmy: yeah I would like to meet her.

Jay: yeah speaking about her where is Elevia?

Jay looked around after a few minutes Jay found her sleep in the supports of the inn.

Jay: Elevia!

Elevia was startled and falls and barely manage to land safely.

Elevia: what did you do that for!?

Dionne and Kimmy looked shocked seeing Elevia's appearance.

Sana went inside the room.

Sana: hey Jay dad said you brought some visitors inside.

Sana looked at all 4 of them.

Sana: hey Jay morning Elevia.
