When Jovan heard a word, he immediately know that the receptionist in front of him is still new. 'This new Receptionist's brain does not work properly. How can she ask such a sensitive question to a person who she just met?'

But, fortunately, Jovan was already prepared for this question so he answer, "My initial Pokemon was already at peak of the initial level so in just a few days she got upgraded to the Novice level."

"Oh, I see then that makes sense. Hey, kid, you really make me have a heart attack! But your luck is not bad. Good! Good! Go--"

Then the receptionist woman's face got freeze as realized something, she quickly apologized to Jovan, "I am sorry, I am sorry, I am sorry, I am so sorry, I didn't mean to. Please forgive me, I need this job!"

As not to attach so much attention Jovan immediately help the receptionist woman and said, "It is alright, Miss. I didn't mind it at all."

The receptionist comes back with the number card in her hand, "This is your number, you can go immediately to the backyard to take a test. There is already an examiner who will test you there."

Jovan looks at the green, vast and beautiful backyard. There are so many Pokemon that live in here even though most of them are just red and yellow pokemon but there is some green quality among them. There are also some people who take care of Pokemon on here.

Jovan looks at the number in his hands and goes to the test field according to the signboard in front of him.

Then Jovan takes a walk again for a while, and finally, sees an open field with the burly man standing in the middle of it.

'Looking at that burly man, Why do I feel like challenging a boss in the early stage of the game?'

Jovan come in front of the man and handed in a card number to him.

"I see, so you are Jovan the young man who register to become an iron-level trainer. Okay, please take out your Pokemon and fight with me. Don't worry I will send out a same-level pokemon as yours, and as long as your command can get approved by me then you pass."

Even though the test to become a level trainer is battle, but actually it is just to test how strong the trainer's command battle and tacit understanding with their Pokemon. So you don't have to win just show your command skill then that's it.

Jovan who gathers so much information in this world, obviously already knows about this so he tells Eevee when they are at home before goes to the Pokemon Center to not use so much power on her attack. After all, a Pokemon's quality can roughly be judged by pokemon's battle performance besides by the quality identification machine which is cost a lot of money. So it is necessary to hide Eevee's strength to not have to worry to get exposed.

When Jovan and the examiner are already on their respective corner side. The examiner tells the rules for this battle.

"Wait! Before a battle let me tell you the rules first. This battle is one on one battle, when one of two pokemon got passed out or were unable to fight then the battle ended. Clear, trainer Jovan?"

"Yes, sir."

"Good, now let's battle begin. Pidgeotto comes out!"

The khaki and the brown-colored handsome bird appeared in the sky. "Pidgeotto!"

When Jovan sees Pidgeotto in the air and his mouth got twitched, 'This is a troublesome flying Pokemon. If it is before then it will be not easy to fight, but fortunately, Eevee learned some range move to attack from far. So I can still pretend on this fight.'

"Then, Eevee come out!", as Jovan said this he throw the Pokeball to the air and Eevee appear on the field.

"Eevee!!"

Oh, finally the battle for me again. Come on, master.

"Oh, it is a rare Pokemon Eevee. Interesting, but it will not easy to fight me with Eevee against my Pidgeotto, trainer Jovan.", said the examiner while a smile appeared on his face.

"Ckckck, examiner you can't judge Pokemon like that. Next, I will show you how my Eevee beat your Pidgeotto!"

"Hahaha, do you think what makes you think that you can win?"

Jovan in confidence pointed his finger toward Eevee while a bright smile appear on his face and said, "Because I trust Eevee!"

'Pretend, pretend to be a hot blood trainer. This is so embarrassing.'

The Examiner got stunned and then smiled, "Then prove it to me."
