Hello everyone, before we start I would like to clarify this story will be posted on both Wattpad and fanfiction.net
[{Chapter Start}]
A being whose body is covered in stars looked over in annoyance at the white horse-like creature staring at him."Why are you here Arceus?" The being asked in annoyance, as he phased through a Hyper-Beam sent by Arceus
"Leave my World, abomination, before I banish you" Arceus spoke as it narrowed its eyes, then widened as scars appeared all over its body with purple goo coming out from it.'My plates.....didn't work?'
"Banish Me?" The creature chuckled in amusement "Had Necrozma been with you, you may have stood a chance, if you arrived with Dialga, Palkia and Giratina you may have stood a chance, but it is your arrogance that made you come here alone, and you will suffer from it"
The being withdrew its hand, as Arceus fell limply "It's not personal, but I need to absorb worlds so I can finally become the strongest, even stronger than beings like Anos Voldigoad and Rimuru Tempest, and that....will take a lot of worlds"

"TREECCKOOOOO"
As he gasped and woke up, a tail landed on Matsumoto's fade. He looked around him, at all the darkness surrounding him. His fingers started twitching as his breathing became faster and faster and his eyes widened
{WELCOME}
A huge screen popped up, as his surroundings turned from the color of the void to a bright area filled with lights of different colors. A pop-up appeared in front of Matsumoto's face, as he stared at it, his breathing became normal
{Welcome Player, to the magical world filled with pokemon, pokemon are-
"Skip"
{Before we begin, are you a boy or a girl}
Matsumoto stared at the screen with the blankest expression his face could naturally muster. He wondered if he picked a girl, will he play as one? If that's the case, then I am a boy, because I am not playing with blood gushing out of my no-no's
{What's your name?}
"Matsumoto". If this was a game, he would have picked something stupid, but he isn't getting a dumb name in real life
A bright light appeared as it blinded Matsumoto. When he opened his eyes, he saw a small world. Matsumoto then widened his eyes, as he looked around
"IM IN THE FUCKING SKY?"
Matsumoto started to have a panic attack, as he froze in place, fearing that he may fall to his death. The Treecko on his shoulder looked calmly down at the sky.
Another popout appeared startling Matsumoto.

Matsumoto looked at the name of every pokemon that appeared, but he was confused, as in partner, does the system give him a 2nd pokemon or something like that? treecko already counts as his partner right?
{A partner refers to the person who will guide you throughout the game and will also serve as your mentor/best friend. Your partner can become your pokemon if you wish for them to, but it will be best if you get a pokemon that will help you even in the real world
Your partner can evolve even if you don't have the specific typing unlocked }
Matsumoto hummed as he looked at the choices given to him. Since these Pokémon wouldn't be restrained by the lucky draw, he will have to pick a pokemon that would be best for him. He was stuck between Mudkip and Charmander.
Honestly, he felt that Swampert would be a good pokemon, sure he liked Charmander, but he believed he believed he would catch a Charmander since if this was an actual game in his previous world, there is no way they wouldn't add the Gen 1 starters
"I choose Mudkip"
{Confirmed selection, what would you like to name your partner?}
"Hmm" Matsumoto hummed as he began thinking of a name"I never gave my Pokemon a name in any game since it was too much effort, and I can't give my partner a troll name, since that would be just cruel" Matsumoto hummed as he looked at Mudkip
His Mudkip was bright pink. He had small eyes, but that would change as Mudkip evolves into Swampert."How about" Matsumoto said as he hummed "Blossom"
{Confirmed name, do you want your partner to be a boy or a girl?}
"Ugh" Matsumoto groaned "I have read many fanfics where the main character picks a female pokemon, and the fucks it, so I'm not gonna take the chance, and make him a boy"
{What shit have you seen-I mean, confirmed gender, as a parting gift, you may take a TM for free}
A list of TM'S appeared before Matsumoto which could be learned by Treecko."Alright, I choose this one" Matsumoto said as a disk appeared in his hands. He then hovered the disk over his Pokeball, as he taught the move to Treecko. He then stored the TM in his inventory
(AN: Hehe, you guys are gonna wait to see the TM)
{Are these two alright?}
"Yep," Matsumoto said as he looked at his selection"Probably I guess"
{Ok, We're all set. Welcome to the world of Pokemon, go for it}
Matsumoto then got drowsy, as he closed his eyes and let sleep take him
"Where am I? Am I dreaming this? I feel a pleasant breeze. I hear a voice from somewhere. I wonder who it is?"Matsumoto's closed eyes stirred for a bit "These.....aren't my thoughts, what's going on, did someone possess me?"
"Hey, Wake up, Wale up already"
Matsumoto groaned as he got up."Urrfffff" He felt he was hit by a truck, which is funny, cause that's how people normally get iskeaid
'Where the hell am I?'Matsumoto thought as he looked around, he was in an area, probably a forest considering all the trees surrounding hi-'Wait'Matsumoto thought,.as he looked at Mudkip "DID THE POKEMON JUST SPEAK?'
The Mudkip began speaking, "So, who might you be? I haven't seen humans for a long time, they were said to be extinct for a long time"
Matsumoto closed his eyes as he processed what the Mudkip just said', Extinct huh? I guess the damn god is fine with committing Genocide whenever he wants to, doesn't he'
Matsumoto clenched his fists till they became white 'I'll get you back one day, just you wait, you stupid excuse of a god'
"Woah" Matsumoto came to his senses as he looked at the Mudkip looking at him "Are all humans so angry?" Mudkip looked a bit wary at Matsumoto as he said so
"No, just bad memories" Matsumoto shook his head as he said so, not wanting to scare away his only guide in this world, not that he didn't think the game would allow him to, but he didn't want to risk it
"Hey, Hey I heard humans keep their pokemon in a special type of ball, do you have one too?" Mudkip asked with glowing eyes as he looked at Matsumoto, which made him a bit....that emotion cannot be expressed in words
"Yeah, I have a Treecko on me," Matsumoto said as he took out his Pokeball from the inventory "Go Treecko" He threw his Pokeball as a blue light flashed from the Pokeball, and Treecko appeared, who raised his arms and roared a battle cry "Treeckoo"
"WOAHH," Mudkip said with stars in his eyes as he looked at the pokemon who appeared out of nowhere, with Treecko having a confused look, as he looked between Mudkip and Matsumoto "Yes?" Treecko spoke, before realizing he was speaking the language his master spoke
'So my Pokemon can speak here too huh?' His thoughts were interrupted as he looked at Mudkip fawning over his Treecko who appeared out of nowhere, causing him to chuckle at how some Pokemon could be infatuated over a mere Pokeball
"OH, how rude of me, let me introduce myself, my name is Blossom and I'm a Mudkip, but someday I wish to evolve into a strong Swampert and make the strongest rescue team in the world" the Mudkip then finished with his eyes glowing
"Hehe, good for you" Matsumoto didn't know what a rescue team is, but he assumed that it was a big thing, and which Pokemon didn't want to evolve into their final form and become stronger?
"Oh yeah, say, what's your name and what's your Pokemon's name?" The Mudkip asked as he altered his looks between Matsumoto who was looking amusedly at him and Treecko who was still adapting to speaking a new language
"Yeah, I sorta forgot, my name's Matsumoto and Treecko is... just Treecko," Matsumoto said which was followed by a "Treecko" from his pokemon, who settled on just saying Treecko, since the new foreign language was confusing to him
"Uh-huh, Matsumoto that's..." The Mudkip then tilted his head in confusion, as his eyes closed in amusement "A funny name, Haha" causing Matsumoto to deadpan, but it made sense since Blossom and Matsumoto are two entirely different names
However, this was interrupted by a shout from a panicking Pokemon "Somebody? Please! Help me!". This caused all three of them to jolt awake as they turned in the direction they heard the shouting from
"Hah? I hear shouting from over there" Mudkip said as he pointed his finger in a certain direction "Yeah...we're not deaf" Matsumoto said as he deadpanned, causing Mudkip to chuckle a bit in embarrassment, as he scratched his head
As they were having this drama, they heard rustling. When they turned around, they saw a Butterfree flying at them, covered in sweat and panicking. The Butterfree spotted them, and while shocked to see a human, she ignored that thought as she flew over to the three for help
Mudkip noticed this, though a bit late, was the first one to act. "What's the matter?" the Mudkip asked as he looked at the Butterfree who was shaking from nervousness, causing Matsumoto to start becoming nervous as well
"It's Horrible," The Butterfree said as she started shaking more "It's horrible, my Caterpie fell into a cavern, My poor baby," The Butterfree said as tears threatened to spill out from her eyes.'Ooohhh, yeah that Caterpie is most likely dead' Matsumoto thought but would not say it in front of the Butterfree
When interrogated, the Butterfree told us what happened "A huge fissure opened up in the ground, and my baby Caterpie fell in the fissure". The Butterfree stopped to regain her breath "He's too young to crawl on his own, and when I attempted to get him out, Pokemon attacked me"
'Hm, yeah that Caterpie's dead'. Matsumoto's thoughts were interrupted by Mudkip's question."Huh? you were attacked by another Pokemon? that's not possible?"
"They must be enraged by the fissure". The Butterfree then took in a breath as she shuddered. She then claimed herself down "They must be out of control, and I'm not strong enough to fend off the Pokemon on my own, Oh! What am I to do? Oh dear, oh dear"
The Mudkip nodded as he looked at Matsumoto and Treecko. "We can't just do nothing! Let's go help this kid" which was followed by a roar from Treecko "YEAH".' I'm fairly sure he's already dead, but if I gain EXP then' "HELL YEAH"
Mudkip nodded as he started running in a certain direction "Wait shouldn't we ask for directions first?" but by the time Matsumoto finished asking, the Mudkip had disappeared from view, "Well, Treecko, best if we don't lose Mudkip" followed by a "Treecko" from his Treecko as they an off after Mudkip
[A few minutes later]
The Mudkip then looked around "Is this a Mystery Dungeon?" Causing Matsumoto to look around, as he saw nothing out of view."What's a Mystery Dungeon?" This caused Mudkip to look at Matsumoto "A Mystery Dungeon is truly a mysterious place"
'Ah, I see, how amazing, this answers all of my questions
"The Mystery Dungeon is a place where the layout and items change every time you enter, Dungeons either lead underground or upstairs up a mountain. We can enter with stairs, but we have to find them first, so let's get to looking since this is a Mystery Dungeon!"
'If the Dungeons go underground, how the hell can you tell if it's a Dungeon, from looking at the ground, and the layout changes frequently, so, HOW THE HELL DID YOU GUYS EVEN MANAGE TO PUT UP STAIRS IN THIS PLACE, ALSO WOULDN'T IT CAUSE AN EARTHQUAKE EVERY TIME IT CHANGES?'
"And you know how Butterfree said the Pokemon attacked in the Dungeons right?" Mudkip said causing Matsumoto to nod 'Which further proves that the Caterpie is probably dead'."So, if necessary, we even have to fight other Pokemon, we can do it, Matsumoto"
[After entering the Dunegon]
Matsumoto opened his eyes, and he was greeted with a straight path leading to something in front of him. Trees and other plants were covering the sides.'Probably not meant to climb over these' Matsumoto concluded. He then looked ahead, as a Sunkern was rushing towards him
An interface appeared in front of Matsumoto, listing all the moves Mudkip and Treecko knew."Let's see, Sunkern is a Grass-Type Pokemon, but that doesn't matter since we don't have any moves effective against Grass anyways"
He then saw the Sunkern attempting to attack, as Matsumoto commanded his Pokemon "Treecko, Use Pound, and Mudkip you dodge and use Tackle". The two Pokemon nodded as they rushed in and double-teamed the Sunkern. The poor Sunkern didn't even know what happened as it fainted

{Treecko gained 8 EXP}
{Radar-The Radar tells you of everything in the Dungeons. This makes your trip much easier
You: Yellow
Teammates: Green
Items: Blue
Enemies: Red
Stairs: White}
Matsumoto nodded, as he looked at the Radar. There was an enemy Pokemon down the route to his left, and no items on the floor."Let's go there" He told the two Pokemon who nodded as they descended the route
And as the Radar told, in front of them was a Wurmple, who was sleeping, for some reason. Matsumoto was confused for a second before a screen popped up in front of him, which honestly, shocked him for a little bit
{Sleeping Pokemon: Some Pokemon let their guard down and rest. it is advised to be sneaky and approach them carefully since that will result in an extra hit on it. Waking up a sleeping Pokemon will result in the Pokemon always going first unless moves that always go first are used}
'So it's a curse and a blessing' Matsumoto thought as he looked at the two sleeping Pokemon. A sleeping Wurmple and a sleeping Pidgey. Attacking either will most definitely wake the other one up. He then calculated the two Pokemon
Wurmple and Pidgey are both types that are effective against Grass-type, but not effective against Water Type. Wurmple is a bug type, which means that it may have a chance or ability to poison his Pokemon if woke up first, whereas Pidgey probably won't have a flying move at a low level.
Flying is weak against Rock, Steel, and....'Wait a Minute' Matsumoto thought of something, as he opened his Inventory and took out his phone."Go Rotom" He said, as his phone flew into the air and transformed into Rotom
"Bzz-" "Shhhh" Matsumoto shushed the Rotom before it could make any more noise. The Rotom was confused as it looked around and noticed the two sleeping Pokemon. "Dungeons Eh?" Rotom asked in a low voice which made Matsumoto nod
"Matsumoto then asked Rotom the main thing he wanted to know "Do you know any electric type moves?". The Rotom then looked at the sleeping Pidgey and nodded "Bzzzt, I get what you're saying, don't worry, leave it to me"
The Rotom quietly flew over to the Pidgey as he settled down, so his wings flapping didn't make any potential noise as to wake up the Pidgey. The other two Pokemon also positioned themselves around the Wurmple.
Matsumoto raised his hands with three fingers "Rotom use an electric type move on Pidgey and you two, use Tackle and Pound on the Wurmple when none of my fingers are raised" He told them, as they nodded to him
Matsumoto then raised his fingers, and one by one, they started to go down. 'three' Making all the Pokemon go on the alert, as they prepared their moves,' two' as they Pokemon positioned themselves, 'One' as they then prepared their bodies 'Zero'
Mudkip and Treecko immediately launched themselves at the sleeping Wurmple, and Rotom launched its Thunder Shock at the flying Pidgey. The two Pokemon didn't even realize what happened as they fainted, but Matsumoto knew what happened

"Yes, Let's go" Mudkip cheered along with a "Treecko" from Treecko. Rotom then emerged from the Pidgey's corpse as it looked at the cheering Pokemon. "They sure seem happy to commit murder don't they?" causing Matsumoto to nod
Matsumoto then looked at the Radar, as it didn't have anything else in it."Well then, let's go to the stairs down the next floor" He announced to the team who nodded in response. HE then proceeded to climb down the stairs as his vision went dark
[Tiny Woods B2F]
When he entered, he noticed right off the bat, something like a coin placed on the ground, and a sleeping Pidgey. He motioned Rotom who understood and Thunder Shocked the Pidgey causing it to faint

Matsumoto then approached the coin, when he was near it, the coin flew up as if it had gained life and directly flew into Matsumoto's inventory, startling him a bit. He then shook his head, as he opened up his inventory and looked at its description
[Poke: This is the currency of this world. You can use it when you want to buy something]
Matsumoto nodded as he looked at the description of the item.'I expected that.'. He then looked at the Radar which only showed blue items and very few red dots, so Matsumoto assumed this floor was there to teach him about these items, and the floor below will be about something else
He then walked down the path, as he entered another area, which had two items this time, they both were blue-looking berries, but the difference was that one berry was normal-looking, while the other had a sort of sheen glow to it.
[Oran: Eating it restores HP. Additionally, it increases your max HP only during that adventure. If your max HP is 100 or more, your max HP won't increase unless you eat this seed when your HP is full]
[Empowered Oran: A special type of berry only available if a human is a part of the party. Permanently increases HP by 10. Can only be used 10 times. Max HP won't increase unless you eat this seed when your HP is full]
"Woah," Mudkip said as it looked at the berry which was glowing " I've never heard of a berry that's like this before". The berry looked like a normal Oran berry, but it was glowing, just like a shiny Pokemon! so maybe this berry was like him?
"Get used to it." Matsumoto said as the berries entered his inventory "You'll probably be seeing a lot of these". He then took the empowered berry out of his inventory. "Hey, Treecko eat this".(AN- ALLMIGHT)
The Treecko nodded as he consumed the berry. His body began glowing brightly and eventually dimmed with Treecko looking the same as before, but this time, a system notification popped up on his head, which Matsumoto enlarged.
{Treecko's HP has been increased by 10. Reaming Empowered Oran Berry uses left:9}
Matsumoto nodded, as he began approaching the stairs. While doing so, Matsumoto collected 30 more Poke and defeated 2 more Pidgey and a Sunkern causing all his Pokemon to level up again to level 7.
[Tiny Woods B3F]
Matsumoto's vision darkened, as it brightened once again. He then glanced at his Radar, and he saw a bunch of red and blue dots. He then glanced forward as he glanced at an Exeggute hopping his way
"You guys know what to do". All three of them nodded as they unleashed their fury on the Exeggute.

"Oh look," Matsumoto said as another item flew into his inventory. "More money". But he still did know what to do with the money, and how much an item costs anyways since his shop system didn't work here for some reason
Matsumoto glanced at the pair of steps as he went down yet again. And his vision darkened once more. But this time, no text popped up leaving Matsumoto confused, before realization seeped in 'Could this be?'
Just like Matsumoto assumed, the screen cleared as they saw a shivering Caterpie, on the verge of crying. He was bruised, which is to be expected since he fell down 3 floors, as he most likely should have been dead, but he of course won't say that
"M-mommy *sniffle* where are you?" The Caterpie cried as it shriveled up and began shaking
"Hey," Matsumoto said, as the Ctaerpie shrieked back, and hissed in defense. 'I would do the same' Matsumoto thought, as he tried to think of something to say to Caterpie which wouldn't scare it away, and he couldn't come up with many.
'I can't just go to a lost child and say "Hey, we are strangers and we have come to rescue you and bring you back to your mother". That just sounds like a kidnapping, and the Caterpie is most likely going to just run away
The Mudkip then came to the Caterpie "Hey we're here to rescue you and bring you back to your mother" The Mudkip said with a smile, as Matsumoto facepalmed.'Great' he thought 'No way, he's going to believe that'
"R-really?" The Caterpie said as he lowered his guard."Yep," Mudkip said "Let's get you to your Mommy" the Mudkip continued. "O-Okay," the Caterpie said as he completely believed the Mudkip who he had never met in his life before
'HE BELIEVED THAT?' Matsumoto shouted in his head.'Now, I find it hard to believe he survived in this place'
'Wait for a second' Now that Matsumoto knew how dungeons worked he just thought of something. "Did you fall all the way here?" He asked the Caterpie who shook his head in response.
"Th-there were a lot of pokemon, so I just ran down the stairs," The Caterpie said.'Oh, that makes sense' Matsumoto concluded.'If he fell here, then he would have to fall three entire stairs, consecutively, which was just lucky.....or Unlucky. Yeah, more like Unlucky, definitely unlucky'
"Say," Matsumoto said as he asked the three pokemon."Do we have to fight our way out of this Dungeon too?". The three Pokemon hummed in thought as Rotom answered his question with minimal effort since he is a robot
"Well, rescue teams have a special badge that they can use to instantly escape from a Dungeon after they have completed the Dungeon missions," Rotom said as it buzzed."So, we just have to use that badge right?"
"Bzzt, we aren't an official rescue team which means that we don't have a badge which means....."
"Arrgghh" Matsumoto groaned "We're gonna have to fight our way out of here don't we?" to which Rotom nodded causing the other pokemon to groan too."Well, at least we get EXP too right?" Matsumoto said as the other Pokemon nodded along with him. He then smiled as he looked at the Caterpie
"Let's get you back shall we?"
