12 CH12, First Day Out
Arya came to Mikail's room after hearing him shout through the baby phone.
She went through the new morning ritual of bringing him to the bathroom, checking if he kept his diapers clean, changing to a new one after he was done, cleaning him up, and bringing him to the table.
Here the routine was broken.
His father was already there waiting for them.
Arya left Mikail on his high chair, asked him what he wanted to eat, and both parents started setting the table and bringing over breakfast.
During breakfast, his parents chatted with each other.
When they were talked about what to do today, Mikail "inconspicuously" inserted himself into their conversation.
"Out.
Go park."
His parents, who were surprised by Mikails sudden shout turned towards him.
"Does my little boy want to go to the park?"
Arya asked her son.
"Un."
Mikail replied immediately while nodding his head, his eyes sparkling.
His parents started discussing where they could go.
"The playground is out for now, maybe in the future.
We could go to the Hope Park, it's a 15-minute drive and it should be relatively calm there till noon."
Began his father and his mother continued.
"That's a great idea.
If we go right after getting ready, we can spend 2-3 hours there and if we pack something to eat for later we can also have a picnic.
We should be back for Mikail's nap if we do it like that."
They changed their clothes, packed everything needed for a picnic, and once they were ready drove to Hope Park.
Like Mikail had hoped his parents took some of their Pokemon with them.
Growlithe, the Butterfrees, and Poliwhirl.
His parents found them a nice place to stay and laid out their blankets once they arrived at the park.
They set Mikail down on a cushion and called out their Pokemon.
Mikail instantly focused on Growlithe.
He wanted to ride on Agni but he did not think his father would allow it.
"Me Agni ride."
He said turning towards his father.
"Maybe once you're a little older."
Edward declined.
"Let's walk around the park for a bit.
Cyan and Emerald can keep an eye on our stuff from the tree across our blanket."
Arya said, seeing Mikail's disappointed face.
Hoping it would lift his mood.
Edward agreed and they started strolling around the park.
"You can walk in front of us for a little bit, but Agni has to walk by your side.
He will make sure you don't get too far ahead or behind of us and keep you safe."
Mikail took the opportunity while he was outside to analyze some of the things they came across.
He also wanted to place some of them into his pocket space.
Mikail had once tried to, secretly, place one of the oran berry slices he got for dinner into his space in hopes that it would be analyzed so that his sub-dimension could produce them on its own.
Unfortunately, the message that a whole oran berry was needed came back, so that plan failed because he was unable to get unsupervised access to a whole berry at home for now.
Constant vigilance, like a certain man, kept saying.
The first thing Mikail analyzed was a clump of grass, he tore out of the ground while acting as if he was playing around.
'Hopefully, the grass here is better than the one in our garden.
That one was useless.
If it is not bad, I plan to use it for the lawn of my garden.
The garden area in my dimension is currently empty and it looks bad, man.

Can be eaten by herbivore animals as food or used by starving and weak herbivore Pokemon to alleviate their hunger depending on the amount eaten.
Well, it is not useless so I am going to take it.
My pocket space can improve the wild grass a bit after examining it.
I am not expecting any miracles, so I won't be disappointed.
At least my garden will stop looking dead.'
Mikail acted as if he threw away the grass in his hand and absorbed it into his space.
The space analyzed and improved it right away.
'Analyzing...., wild grass analyzed.
Start improving...., wild grass improved.
Storing seeds in the sub-space flora.
Planting grass on the lawn area.
Process finished.'
Mikail would have never thought he would ever be this happy to see green.
But here we are, he was happy seeing his garden's lawn full of green grass.
He used his observe function on the improved wild grass, to see how it had changed.

Uses: Contains a small amount of plant energy. Can be eaten by herbivore animals and Pokemon as food.
At least it fulfills the condition for a quality rating now.
Now Pokemon that can eat grass won't starve if I put them in my space.
It might seem useless, but this is the first step towards forming an ecosystem.
Hopefully I can find some berries that I can take to my space without being noticed soon.'
Mikail shrugged.
Before he could continue he hear his mother.
"Don't take anything you find in your mouth, ok honey?
We don't want you to get sick."
Arya warned him after she saw him throwing the lump of grass away.
"Agni, warn us if he tries to put something in his mouth."
Edward added.
"Un, no eat"
Mikail assured his parents and resumed walking.
He kept observing things he found along the way hoping to get lucky and finding something useful.

Uses: It's a piece of stone.
You can throw it at something, just try to avoid hitting a Spearow.'
He couldn't control himself and started laughing when he read that for the first time.
His parents found it slightly weird that he randomly started laughing but chose to ignore it.
They simply felt happy that their son was having fun.
"It is nice to see him having this much fun.
We should bring him here more often.
What do you think Edward?
You're right Arya but because of my work and Mikail's sleep schedule, we can, for now, only go out like this on the weekends.
Besides, it could get boring if we kept coming every week.
So, maybe two or three times a month."
He could hear his parents talking.
"That's true.
How about we go to the berry farm next time.
I heard they allow others to enter the farm to eat and collect berries once a month."
His mother proposed to his father.
"Yeah, that is a great idea.
I know about that one.
They do this at the end of every month, so we could go there next week.
From what I heard you simply have to pay for what you want to bring home.
I will find out more about the open day, but we can do that next."
He heard his father agreeing to his mother's suggestion.
Throwing away another pebble he checked out because he thought it seemed different he resumed his stroll.
During their walk, he saw a multitude of wild Pokemon, but unfortunately, his walking partner, Agni, keep them away on orders from his father.
Agni was walking by his side, in case he walked ahead of his parents even if the distance never crossed 3-4 meters when he did, and Poliwhirl was walking beside his parents.
He had seen 4 Pidgey, 1 Spearow, 8 Caterpie, 2 Weedle, 5 Rattata until now.
He was really happy seeing all these Pokemon but he sadly couldn't observe any of them.
Every time one of them came near him Agni would release a warning growl and the Pokemon would retreat, at least most did.
The Spearow ignored Growlithe's warning and tried to come over anyway, but it still had to flee after Agni released an ember move.
His mother had immediately tried to make sure he was not frightened by the experience.
She hugged him and asked.
"Are you okay, sweetheart?
Did the Spearow scare you?
Do want mommy or daddy to carry you for a bit?"
"I okay.
Not scared.
Agni protect.
I walk."
Mikail shook his head in denial and showed that he wanted to keep walking.
That was the first Pokemon fight I saw in my new life if that underwhelming exchange can be called a fight.
But what's the saying, beggars can't be choosers.
He was nervous about Spearow coming back for revenge with a flock, but he heard his father telling his mother that the Spearow numbers were reduced last week to prevent them from becoming a danger to the park goers.
I also observed a few flowers I thought looked interesting, but all of them turned out to be duds.

Uses: It's a flower, it looks nice. You can give one to your mother, it will make her happy.
It contains a bit of plant energy, a similar energy amount to wild grass.'
I decided to follow the sound advice and gave one to my mother.
She hugged me while showering my face with kisses.
I also added 4 different types of flowers to my space to add a variety to my garden.
The improvement was the same as with the wild grass.
So, nothing special, just an increase in quality to the lowest level.
We were already strolling for nearly 30 minutes and it was time to make our way back to our picnic area.
Our walk back was unmolested, and even though I kept observing things I still found nothing of interest.
When we reached our picnic spot after another 30 minutes, Cyan and Emerald were waiting for us.
There were 3 sleeping Rattata beside our blanket, that probably tried to eat our lunch while we were walking around.
I would have tried to touch them to check their status if not for the sleeping powder on their bodies.
Poliwhirl woke them by washing the Rattata with a low-powered water gun and drove them away.
Once that was done, we sat on our blanket and relaxed for a bit before playing around for some time.
We, mostly my father, played catch with Growlithe, which was awesome and popping Poliwhirls bubbles was fun as well.
An hour later we ate our lunch and my parents started packing up.
After making sure the area we used was clean, we left.
I asked to be brought to the bathroom once we got home.
With my business done and having been cleaned by my mother, I was ready for my nap.
I think I slept for about 3 hours but once I woke up and finished the bathroom protocol, I played with my father for an hour at my play area in the living room.
My mother prepared dinner and we ate once everything was set on the dinner table.
Well, more like they ate and I was fed.
After dinner, I played with my parents for another hour before they started telling me stories from the Kingdom of Rota.
The stories were on adventures of Aura Guardians.
I learned from those stories that there is a group of the Lucario-line living in Rota if it was not added as an embellishment.
It could be true because my father told me that the Kingdom of Rota steadily produces Aura Guardians, but he doesn't know if they have Lucario partners or not.
My father also confirmed the existence of the Aura Guardian Order.
I already knew that, but it was good to know that their existence was public knowledge.
After storytime, I had another bathroom visit before being laid on my bed to sleep.
Mikail began meditating on his aura once they left him alone.
He didn't expect to feel his aura yet, but about 30 minutes into his session he felt his aura for the first time.
Mikail could be seen practically vibrating from joy.
It looked a little bit like someone being shocked by a weak current.
He was lucky his parents did not see that from the baby phone or they would have rushed over to check on him.
But they didn't so it was alright.
At least he managed to keep quiet instead of screaming out his joy for everyone to hear, that would not have been missed.
'I felt it for a short period before losing it again but I still feel awesome.
I did it, I managed to find my aura.
Since I did it once all subsequent tries should be easier, at least I hope so.
My aura felt like a lively little current flowing through my body.
For now, my aura is pretty thin but it will grow with training and time.
That I managed to feel aura means that I will focus on the aura path, for now, shelving my psychic training until I unlock my aura scape and become a top-grade apprentice aura user.'
Having finished his quiet celebration Mikail tried to sense his aura again for about 20 minutes more but did not succeed.
He did not let that lower his happiness and decided to try again at his meditation session tomorrow before he let sleep take him.
