1 The Adventure begins

The unfamiliar room but familiar posters on the wall and cute figurines on the study table, Vidal woke up to the fluttering sound of the window curtain.

Finally, the journey of Ash begins with Pikachu.

When Ash left, "Mom, I will comeback after talking to Professor Oak for some time."

"Ok. Don't be late for the lunch." Delia left the laboratory.

Vidal has also his plans, "I am different from before. I can start my adventure too."

He entered the laboratory and found oak, "Professor, Can we talk for a moment?"

"Come sit. What do you want to talk about?" Oak asked.

"I want to start my adventure too. So I was hoping…"

"Finally, you decided. Good. Good. It is good for young people to explore and gaining experience," Professor Oak said with a smile, "But it will take some days for the arrival for starters Pokémon to arrive."

Vidal shook his head, "No, professor I want to start with different Pokémon."

Taking one Pokeball he threw it towards Staryu and it was captured without any struggle.

Unlike Ash, Vidal has different plans for his adventure, "So Professor is there any water stone with you?"

Professor Oak stared at Vidal at him for a moment and finally said, "It will take two days."

"Thank you. How about this, I will help you gather all the Kanto Pokémon in your backyard and you can sponsor me for this journey," Vidal hit the main weakness of Professor Oak.

Professor Oak eyes lit up, "You visit me in the morning, and the water stone will be ready, and we can discuss about the sponsorship as well."

Vidal and Delia laughed awkwardly at the excitement of Professor Oak.

Delia was busy cooking different dishes for Vidal and Vidal was in his room.

Vidal tapped the Pokeball and Staryu came out, "Hello I am Vidal. From today we are going to be partners." He put his hand forward.

Hydro pump, psychic, surf is among powerful moves than can be learned by Staryu, but Vidal want to focus on training common moves before teaching new moves.

But directly pushing Staryu to different training will decrease his friendship and favorability, which should be taken into account.
