It's been 4 years since I met Lance and Agatha and a lot has happened since then. 

My Ranch has exploded in fame especially since my reasearch paper on Annihilape was released a ghost/fighting type was unheard off and as it was an evolution of a pokemon which was common to the region meant that even people who didn't have rich backgrounds could get their hands on one. I mean both Bruno and Agatha had one on their personal teams this showed both its power and its versitility as Bruna and Agatha have vastly different fighting techniques.

However this also caused a vast amount of poachers to try to target my ranch for both the information I had and the pokemon that resided on my land. This didn't last very long as Renata and Metagross had helped me make plans and with the help of a LV100 Porygon-z my dreams of having a fully autonomus pokemon ranch which was also self sustainable was reached. The ranch is split up into 20 zones 1 zone for each type guarded by multiple lv 100 pokemon that reside there, 1 zone for growing crops and one zone that is for my building and experiments. 

Things that happened while my ranch was being built 4 years ago

After getting permission from Lance to start my ranch I started researching mega evolution. Mega Evolution as a thing is basically not understood aside from the fact that the league knows that it is possible. Due to my specialisation in evolution Professor Oak 'Introduced' me to the phenomenon and asked me to collaborate on a research project that he was doing on it. From the reasearch we did we discovered that the typing of a pokemon's mega evolution is tied to their lineage, for example in one of the experiment we got 3 ACE trainers who had Aerodactyl's to mega evolve them so that we could collect their data and their mega forme was still Rock/Flying type however when we asked Lance to mega his Aerodactyl his mega forme was Dragon/Flying. This was attributed to the fact that the ACE trainers Aerodactyls were pokemon that were restored from fossils and Lance's Aerodactly had tertiary Dragon DNA which was what was enpowered by the mega stone when it mega evolved.

This information wasn't officially published in any research papers but was still submitted to the league, as mega evolution is not really used due to the fact it is forbidden in league battles and you need a Licence to use it. 

This is mainly due to the fact that trainers might not have the required 'bond' with their pokemon, this was another myth that I helped Professor Oak to partially debunk because we proved that a bond is not actually required. What is required was Aura. When people are channeling their 'bond' to mega evolve their pokemon what actually happens is that the memories trigger the Keystone causing it to start transfering Aura to the pokemon that is wanting to mega evolve. I helped the Professor prove this by mega evolving a trainers Altaria at his ranch. 

Things that happened 3 years ago

A few months after the completion of my ranch Flint (Brock's father) abandoned the gym which threw Pewter into disarray and canused Lance to come and see me again. He came to ask me to temporarily take over the gym untill they could fine a replacement. To that I turned around and said if he could make the gym a rock/steel type gym I could have the gym up and running under Flints son and with pokemon I've donated to match each badge level. After that he left and turned up with Brock to clarify what I would be doing.

The contract stated that the gym would become a Rock/steel type gym and I would loan pokemon and donate money to the gym. My primary responcibility would be to making sure that there were enough pokemon that can be used and that they would be at the minimal strength for their respective badges. With the contract signed Lance went on his way and I took Brock to the 3 regions where the Rock, Ground and Steel types resided giving him a rundown on the effects of the environment on rock type pokemon using the alternate (Alolan) geodude line as an example. The pokemon I had loaned for the gym challange were;

These were loaned by me for the bym battles. I also gave him 5 Blissey's to help look after them and Brock somehow earned the respect of both a Tyranitar and a Tyrantum and earned the right to take a Larvitar and Tyrunt on his personal team. 

I also helped upgrade the actual gym facilities and got the family into a larger house. Brock tried to be stubborn and refuse untill I said it wasn't about him it was about giving his younger siblings the best childhood they could, and he begrudgingly accepted. 

I'm actually looking foreward to Fighting Brocks personal team which now consists of a Tyrantrum, Tyranitar, Steelix, Rhyperior, Metagross and an Empoleon. He also has a Lucario and a Blissy as his personal pokemon.

Another thing that happened was Lance asking me for help regarding the Cerulean City Gym. It turns out that the parents of Misty were not dead like it was believed in the anime but were serving in the Navy. While the parents William and Rose Waterflower were serving it would fall to their eldest daughters Daisy, Lily and Violet to run the gym both parents weren't sure that their daughters were up to it so they had asked the League to provide some help. Lance seeing how well I had handled Brocks situation had desided to ask me to help them. Which ended up with me loaning a whole bunch of pokemon to their gym. The pokemon I loaned to them consisted of;

Squirtle, Wartortle and Blastoise;

Slowpoke, Slowbro and Slowking;

Horsea, Seadra and Kingdra;

Gyrados and Lapras;

Omanyte and Omastar;

Kabuto and Kabutops;

Tirtouga and Carracosta;

The 3 eldest girls were over the moon at the new water types many of which they had never seen before, Misty looked a bit sad that she didn't have any pokemon to play with so I gave her a Feebas and told her to give it a lot of love as the evolve form will suprise her, I also told the sisters to give me a call if they need anything and to let me know when Feebas evolves as I was going to hold off on releasing my research paper on it. I also told them not to pressure Misty about it as Feebas belongs to her now but please help her look after the small pokemon. 

When their William and Rose returned from their Tour that they were on they payed me a visit to thank me and to inquire about the pokemon to which I told them what I told Lance. I also told them to help make Misty strong as a trainer as the Feebas I gave her will evolve into a Milotic, which shocked them as they were aware of the beauty of Milotics and they were also aware that really powerful ones could priduce Prism Scales which were highly sought after in the jewelry market.

things that happened 2 years ago

Misty's Feebas evolved into a beautiful Milotic much to the envy of her sisters. I also talked with the girls during their parents following Tour to see if they could set up a contest hall in Cerulean City. After running it passed Lance and getting the Okay to build one as a pilot project project I approached the Mayor and started building one. When the parents got home they were shocked by the Contest hall which was connected to their Gym and even more surprised when they were asked to open it and their eldest daughters showed them their initial plans for the opening. The following year their mother Rose retired from the Navy to run the Gym whilst her eldest daughters ran the Contest Hall. Eventually going on to help set up Contest Halls in each major city.

things that happened last year

Now thats enough thinking about other peoples family lets think about my own. I now have an adopted younger sister called Amber. Yes thats the same Amber that is a clone of the Amber who died.

What happened was, knowing that Mewtwo was meant to be cloned on New Island I was looking for it between Cinnabar Island and the Orange Archipelago. It took me a few days to find the island Flying on Mega Metagross and after capturing Dr. Fuji, the other scientists and the Rockets on the island with his psychic abilities I released my Lucario and headed into the Lab where Mewtwo was. Once I was inside I found 2 pods one containing Mewtwo and one containing a little girl whose existance I had just remembered was a clone of the original Amber who was Dr. Fuji's daugher who had died. Lucario informed me that the reason Amber was in such bad shape was that she could not regulate the latent aura in her body and it was running wild and slowly killing her. I then got Metagross to connect me and Lucario to Mewtwo and Ambers minds and explained the situation to them, the circumstances of their birth and why Ambers body was failing. Before Mewtwo could start rampaging due to the injustices of the world I continued that Lucario was here to teach her how to control the aura in her so that it flows smoothly and stops damaging her body. 

While Lucario was training Amber I infomed Mewtwo that I will be informing the league about the existance of the island and what they were trying to do here and that he would need to be scanned by a Professor into the pokedex. To which he responded saying that under no circumstances would he be seperated from Amber as she was the only person he trusted. I assured him that no one will seperate him from Amber, and left the mindscape. Once I was out I released a couple Porygon-z's and got them to aquire all the data on the computers, trace all the ingoing and outgoing comunications aswell as trace the money coming in. I called Delia and asked if she would be comfortable adopting a girl the same age as Ash with a Powerful psychic type pokemon which I assured her wouldn't hurt anyone, which she was happy to. I then called lance filling him in on what I had found and asking him to stop at Pallet Town and collect Delia Ketchum as she had agreed to adopt the girl. Shortly before Lance arived Amber managed to get her Aura to flow smoothly in an unconscious state (She didn't have to control the flow of her Aura it flowed smoothly) so I woke them up and released them from their pods. 

Lance then arrived with his G-men and got them to arrest the people who were unconsious outside while making his way into the lab to see me. Once I saw him and Delia I filled them in on whats happening here and left Delia to get to know Amber and Mewtwo. Once Lance and I were a bit further away I gave Lance the unfiltered version of what happened here giving him the data I had found on the terminals and giving him 2 Porygon-z's 1 for the League's data protection and 1 for the G-mens the ones I gave him were only around Lv80 which was champion tier which touched Lance thinking I gave him 2 of my most powerful pokemon to help protect the League not knowing that I have a few Lv 100 Porygo-z's so If push comes to shove I can still get into their servers.

I also informed him that the information that I had seen implied that Giovanni was the head of team rocket with Executive's called Petrel, Archer, Ariana and Proton. Lance orginally denied it but as I keept giveing him information he eventially said he'd look into it. 

Once the G-men had arrested everyone on the island he then proceeded to interrogate everyone there and then called the Elite 4 and a few of the older gym leaders to hit all 4 bases at the same time before taking on the main headquarters. I told Lance I'd take part after I've dropped Delia, Amber and Mewtwo home. After dropping them off I stopped back at the Ranch Collecting Hydrogen, Infernape, Greninja and Aegislash alongside the Metagross and Lucario I already had on my team all Lv100 with Maxed stats and all known moves mastered. I then headed back to New Island to meet up with the Elite 4 and Gym leaders taking part in the operation.

Lance had put me with Koga the poison type gym leader, William and Rose the head of the Navy and Water type gym leader respectivly to take on the main headquaters which was Viridian Gym. I teleported the team to the outskirts of Viridian and started to infiltrate the city. Koga Stealthily made his way over to the police station to inform them that there would be a league sanctioned arrest of a high profile individual happening, telling them that their only priority is to protect the civillians not to fight the person that their arresting as they wouldn't be strong enough before informing them that they're arresting Giovanni as he is the head of Team Rocket. 

The arrest itself went quite smoothly for the most part with Koga poisoning the air with something to knock people out and Rose and William doing the same thing with the water we arrested all of the grunts without any hassle. It got difficult when it came to arresting Giovani though as he was not going to go down without a fight. Releasing his Dugtrio, Persian, Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Rhyperior and Beedrill however my Metagross, Aegislash and infernape made quick work of his team wiping out all 6 in less than a minute. 

A few days after the arrest Lance held a press conferance saying that Team Rocket was no more and the head Giovanni alongside all of the Executives had been arested name dropping me as one of the people behind the arrests. With the arrest and Disbanding of Team Rocket the League stated that they had opened talks with the Sinnoh region to see if they want to join the League.

This year

This year so far Lance has had me running the Viridian gym. For the remainder of the Circuit. On the off season I speant most of my time with Delia, Ash, Amber and Mewtwo when I wasn't at the Gym or my Ranch. My first meeting of Gary was hilarious declaring that as I was releated to 'Ashy boy' I couldn't be anything impressive before Professor Oak brought Daisy in and introduced me as Evolution Porfessor Wells, afterall my specialisation was in pokemon evolution and variant evolutions. This seemed to shock Gray and he spent a few minutes staring off into the distance before he came back to his sense's apologised to me and started peppering me with questions. 

Also Agetha dumped her grandaughter Karen at my ranch (yes the same Karen that goes on to become the Elite 4 dark type) this was as Agetha put it because she needs to learn to interact with pokemon outside of her specific type. However Karen doesn't really care about that as I told her she needs a tankier pokemon on her roseter that mainly comprises of special attackers and gave her a Larvitar to train.

Ash, Gray and Amber were turning 9 this year so I'm going to be going on my journey in a few months. I had informed Lance a few months ago that over the couse of the next year I'll be attempting our challange from 4 years ago however I'll be matching the types i.e. I'll face Brock with rock/steel type pokemon.
