Pokemon: A different Ash

When I woke up, I found myself in a world where Pokémon and humans coexisted. As I looked at the slightly immature, yet familiar, faces in the mirror, several phrases popped into my head: "Pokemon Releaser," "Defeat at start," and "Ultimate Dense Man." No way! Having the rare chance to be reborn, I refused to be labeled like that again. Then— Pokemon Releaser? What? Uncle, you want to raise my Primeape? Come on, uncle, do you even know your own level? Defeat at the beginning? From then on, every second male lead in each Region started to understand what social beatings meant. The ultimate dense man? Ash: Uh... I swear, I just get along with them normally. I have no intention of flirting. Disclaimer All content belongs to the original creator. "It's so heavy! Really, Brock, do you have to buy so many things?" Misty complained as they made their way back to the Pokémon Center, struggling with two bags that, combined, were almost bigger than her.

If it weren't for a Machamp, she wouldn't have been able to carry them, and Brock still had plenty of items in his own hands.

"Well, I don't know if I'll get lost again. If I do, it could take days to find my way back. Of course, I need to be prepared! If you want delicious food every day, don't complain," Brock replied, completely unfazed.

Brock had gotten used to this routine. Even if it was heavy, carrying it all in his backpack was a minor task for him.

Misty sighed helplessly. After all, Brock was the team's cook—what if she annoyed him and he messed with her food? She could only suffer in silence.

!!!

Suddenly, a strange noise echoed, and without warning, two ropes shot out from the bushes on both sides of the road, leaving them no chance to escape with their bags.

In an instant, the ropes wrapped around them tightly, binding their hands and bodies. Their bags fell to the ground uncontrollably.

"What's going on??"

"Jenny! Jenny Jenny!!"

Five figures leapt out, and Misty and Brock's expressions shifted. A Squirtle stood before them—it was the leader of the Squirtle Squad. Other Squirtles appeared alongside, holding skipping ropes, looking proud.

"Squirtle Squad?? What are you doing?" Misty and Brock recognized the Squirtle Squad immediately, their faces filled with shock. Their Pokémon were still back at the Center since they'd only gone shopping.

And even if they had their Poké Balls, there was nothing they could do now—Ash wasn't with them.

"You ask what we're doing? Since you asked sincerely!"

"I'll answer mercifully!" A familiar voice rang out, and Misty and Brock both sighed—this line was all too familiar to them by now.

"Prepare for trouble!"

"And make it double!"

"To protect the world from devastation!"

"To unite all peoples within our nation!"

"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"

"To extend our reach to the stars above!"

Jessie!

James!

"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light"

"Give up now or prepare to fight!"

Meowth, that's right!

"It's you two again! What do you want this time?" Misty demanded angrily.

"Hmph!" Jessie, James, and Meowth smirked triumphantly and began walking toward them, a look of fear creeping onto Misty's face.

"You...what are you going to do?" Misty asked, feeling a bit scared. But then, the three Rockets raised their hands slowly and squatted down, making Misty squeeze her eyes shut in fear.

After a few moments, nothing happened, so she cautiously opened her eyes. The three of them were squatting down, stuffing bread into their mouths from the bags Brock and Misty had just bought.

Boom!

"I knew it!" Misty said to Brock.

"Hey, you three, can you stop eating other people's food? That's ours!"

Misty yelled angrily, but the Rockets didn't seem to care at all. Jessie, James, and Meowth continued gobbling up the food, pulling items out of the bags and stuffing them into their mouths like starved ghosts.

"I don't care how spicy you guys are! We'll talk after we eat!" they mumbled through mouthfuls of food.

"Hmm? What did I just eat? Why does it taste weird?" James suddenly stopped, chewing slowly as he tried to figure out what was in his mouth.

"Uh... that's Advanced Stain Soap for Pokémon baths."

"What?! Gross!!" James immediately scrambled to the side and vomited violently, bubbles forming in his vomit.

"Hahaha! Serves you right!" Misty laughed uncontrollably, and even the Squirtle Squad joined in the laughter.

"Ugh, you nasty brats! Wait... where's that twerp and Pikachu?" Jessie grumbled, getting up in frustration as she realized Ash and Pikachu weren't around.

"So, you were looking for Ash and Pikachu, huh? Too bad, they're not here!" Misty knew exactly why Team Rocket had shown up, but unfortunately for them, Ash and Pikachu weren't with her and Brock.

"What??" Jessie, James, and Meowth's faces fell in disbelief. All their effort, only to find Pikachu wasn't even there!

"Squirtle ! SquirtlSquirtle!!"

At that moment, the leader of the Squirtle Squad spoke up, shouting something at Misty and Brock.

"Hey! What did Squirtle say?" Brock asked, looking over at Meowth for an explanation since neither of them understood Squirtle's language.

"Don't boss me around! It said it still hasn't defeated the twerp yet, meow!" Meowth grumbled, but still translated for them.

"Even if you ask, we don't know where Ash is!" Misty said, frustrated. She struggled against the ropes, but there was no way to break free.

Hearing this, Squirtle pinched its chin, deep in thought. Suddenly, Jessie spoke up.

"Boss! Since the twerp isn't here, let's take these two instead! That way, when the twerp comes to rescue them, we can catch Pikachu then!" she suggested, clasping her hands and grinning at the Squirtle leader.

"SquirtlSquirtle !"

Squirtle frowned for a moment but eventually nodded in agreement. It signaled for the other Squirtles to capture Misty and Brock. The two Squirtles behind them nodded and moved into action.

"Hey! What are you going to do? Be gentle! I'm a lady!" Misty protested.

And with that, Misty and Brock were bound even tighter by the Squirtles and carried off.
