Alakazam had already started to talk to his other team members. Alakazam was by far the oldest of the group. It was 8 yrs old.

"Dude, you have a big mustache. Why don't you just cut it?", said Charizard.

"Behave well kid. You have become more arrogant after your evolution.", said Marcus (Shedinja)

After Charizard evolved, Shedinja had elevated its status from 'child' to 'kid'

"You must be the most powerful of us here since you are so old.", said Nidorino.

"I don't think so. Unlike you I had to train the hard way.", replied Alakazam.

"What hard way?", asked Nidorino.

"I have a disease. The disease would make me harder to evolve and rank up. It would also give me constant pain."

"That means, you are in pain right now?"

"Yes, but I have learned to endure it."

"Don't worry, Axel would find a solution for it.", replied Shedinja.

"So, what do you do around here?", asked Beedrill talking for the first time.

"I train. Why don't I show you how I train?", said Alakazam.

All of them nodded their head. They also wanted to see how powerful Alakazam was.

"So, how long do you plan to stay?, asked Arron, Axel's father.

"For a month or maybe 2. I want to take a rest. I also wanted to finish the solution for shadow Pokemon by that time."

"But it would not be easy. I don't think that you could do it in 2 months.", said Arron.

"Let's hope it does. Agnes, what do you want for your birthday?"

"I want a strong Pokemon.", said Agnes. She was the cutest thing Axel had ever seen. She was the light of his eyes. Axel was a protective brother through and through.

"What Pokemon do you want?", asked Axel.

"I can choose any Pokemon?"

"Yes, but only one."

"Ummm….. I don't know", said Agnes innocently.

"Ok, what do you want to be in the future?"

"I want to become a Pokemon trainer like brother.", she said instantly.

"Alright, then choose one. Arcanine, Dragonite or Venusaur."

"Umm.. Dragonite." As if she had determined to become the next Pokemon Master.

"Then I will get you a Dratini."

"Axel, where the hell would you get one? Dratini is very rare?", asked Noah.

Dratini was a Pseudo- legendary Pokemon. It was very hard to train and equally hard to get.

"I will find a way. Don't worry uncle.", said Axel.

"Don't overwork yourself. Remember it is her journey, not yours.", said Noah.

Noah knew that Axel had made a lot of connections. Venu family, Prof. Oak, and even some people from the league. But getting a Dratini would be hard even for him.

Axel could ask Venu family for a Dratini. They owed him a lot. He could also ask Lance. Lance was a dragon type trainer. He must have some way to get a Dratini with good potential.

Axel was happy with Agnes's choice. If she wanted to be a powerful Pokemon trainer, she should start with a dragon type Pokemon like Dratini.

Axel gave her those choices for a reason.

Agnes loved Arcanine. It was also a great Pokemon and it was powerful too.

Among the starter Pokemons, Venusaur was the most versatile and powerful.

Dragonite was a pseudo-legendary Pokemon. It would take a lot of time to train it but Agnes had 6 years before the start of her journey. She could train it to a good level. It would also give her a head start.

Tring.. Tring.. Tring.. Tring.. Katchak.

"Hello Axel, how is your holiday?", asked Lance.

"It is going all good. How are you doing? How is the police academy?"

"Don't ask. They focus on training your body. There are lots of theoretical classes. I had to run 10 laps around the field and then there are push-ups. Damn! I hate push-ups!!!"

"Haha. A bit of physical training is good for you. I called you to ask for a favor actually."

"Do tell. How can I help the great Axel Blaze?"

"I want a Dratini with the highest potential. Do you know anywhere I can get that from?"

"I do. I am a dragon trainer. But it would cost you a hefty sum."

"Can't you give it to me for free? Your parent should be grateful that I saved you right?"

"I don't think that I can. My family gave you the spell tag which cost them a good amount. I can ask my parents to give you a discount."

"Thanks for the help. Can you ask your parents how much it would cost? And tell them that I would personally choose one."

"Give me a moment."

After 5 minutes.

"They agree to give you one. It would cost you 2 billion Pokedollars.", said Lance.

"What? Why is it so expensive? Is that after the discount?"

"Pseudo-legendary Pokemons are expensive Axel. They are also personally reared by my family. Normally it would cost around 3 billion Pokedollars. But father was generous."

"Ok. I would pay for it. But I would also need the recipe for the Dragonite line. Include it in that cost. Send me the Pokeballs with the highest Pokemon potential. I would take one of them and return you the others."

"I am fine with that. I personally have a Dragonite myself. I can send you a copy of my recipe. It is the best you would ever find.

So you are going to raise a dragon type Pokemon. That is good. Dragon types are difficult to train but they are the most powerful."

"It is not for me. It is for my sister."

"Didn't you tell me that your sister was going to be 7 yrs old?"

"Yes, I told you about my family tradition."

"Damn! You are spoiling your sister. Reach a Pokemon center and then give me a call. I will send you the Pokeballs."

"Alright, I will see you then.", said Axel and hung up the phone.

Never in his life had he thought that he would buy a Pokemon for 2 billion Pokedollars. But it was for his sister and he wanted the best for her.

"Agnes lets go to the Pokemon center. We will get your Dratini today."

"Yeahhhh… brother, let's go."

Axel and Agnes flew on Charizard and reached the Pokemon center within 10 minutes.

Lance had sent 6 Pokeballs of Dratini with the highest potential. Axel selected one which had black potential. He paid Lance the 2 billion Pokedollars and also got the recipe.

His sister was very lucky. When Axel went to get his first Pokemon, he choose a random selection because they didn't have much money. Fortunately, he got Nidorino.

Axel also caught his first Pokemon in the wild. But his sister directly got a Dratini from a dragon type trainer. Axel made a mental note to help Agnes train her Dratini. He didn't want to waste the 2 billion Pokedollars.

The family celebrated after Agnes for her Dratini. Dratini was just 3 months old now. So, it was out of the baby stage. It could now train. He told Agnes that they would start their training from tomorrow.

Agnes was excited to have a Pokemon. She was determined to be the best Pokemon trainer like her brother. She had heard a lot about her brother from his stories and from the news.

Axel's Pokemon were now with Alakazam touring the place. Charizard was only called for the ride. He was excited to meet Mark tomorrow to start their research. But first, he had to make a new training plan for his team.
