Chapter 9: The school of the hard knocks

The clip begins with Mewtwo and a shining Mew floating in space, as the camera focuses on Earth, while the sun starts to rise. (I wanna be the very best) The next scene shows Abdullah (Like no one ever was) alone in a stadium. After that, a Squirtle, Cubone and Pidgeotto are shown quickly, before changing (To catch them is my real test) to a Bulbasaur being caught, to which Abdullah snaps excitedly. Shortly afterwards, (To train them is my cause)the camera shows a Haunter using Lick on Charmander, paralyzing him.

Abdullah then flips his hat backwards and throws a Poké Ball to the camera. In the following scene, (I will travel across the land) Abdullah can be seen running along with his Pikachu and Sylveon, an Arcanine and a Rapidash, who then jumps to the skies, (Searching far and wide) disappearing between the legendary birds, who are flying around. Then, a short clip of a Sandshrew unrolling itself, a Kadabra and Charmander is shown, (Teach Pokémon to understand) followed by Abdullah, Sylveon and Pikachu sitting on a Lapras, as they watch a Gyarados jumping out of the water, and a Dragonair jumping in. After that, (The power that's inside) a Poké Ball is seen trapping a Pokémon who has turned into red energy.

(Pokémon (Gotta catch 'em all), it's you and me) A battle between Pikachu and Raichu is seen, with the former dodging a Body Slam of the latter; and (I know it's my destiny (Pokémon!)) then, a Caterpie training. In the next scene, Abdullah is seen hugging his Pikachu, followed by a giant Tentacruel, Abdullah, Eevee, Gyarados and Horsea attacking a Resort. Abdullah then is seen holding a Poké Ball; followed by an Onix. Later, (Oh, you're my best friend) Abdullah appears to be looking at the screen, when Misty and Brock appear on either side of him, (n a world we must defend) followed by Jessie, James, Cassidy and James with rising up in front of them in their agenda suits. And their Pokémon's jump up next, followed by Gary holding a Poké Ball.

(Pokémon (Gotta catch 'em all), a heart so true) The camera then runs across Charizard while using Flamethrower, Blastoise while using Hydro Pump and Venusaur; before Pikachu runs between Abdullah and a Lass and jumps. The next scene introduces Professor Oak, Lorenzo, Agatha, Red, Delia Ketchum, Blue, Green, Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy, as they nod, (Our courage will pull us through) the camera then shows a giant Charizard using Flamethrower, and Abdullah and his friends hide behind a boulder, later, (You teach me, and I'll teach you) a Squirtle is seen running towards Abdullah, followed by a hug.

(Po-ké-mon)The camera does a close-up on Pikachu, and subsequently zooms out, showing Pikachu standing on a Pidgeotto, a Zubat holding a Squirtle, and a Butterfree holding Bulbasaur. The last scene then shows up, on which Abdullah raises his feet and throws the Poké Ball to the screen, much like a Baseball pitcher, ((Gotta catch 'em all!) Gotta catch 'em all! Pokémon!) followed by a spinning Poké Ball and the Pokémon logo.

Narrator: In the fog where heroes walking on to Vermillion city.

As when Abdullah when to get wood with his Pokémon's and his little sister Molly as Brock told Abdullah he will cook this time. Molly saw light.

Molly: Big brother look a light.

Abdullah: Stick with me Molly we don't know what it is.

As Molly nod as Meowth and Eevee stand by to defend their trainer and his sister as they Abdullah, Molly and his Pokémon saw kid on a treadmill with 12 kids around him as he run on treadmill with boy as three cards in his hand.

Bully: Ok what is this.

As he shows him Picture of Pidgeotto.

Boy: I think it a Zubat.

Bully: Wrong answer.

Boy: It a Pidgey.

Bully: And dose it evolves into.

Boy: A Pidgeotto when reach level 18 it learns whirlwind when it evolves then it evolves in to Pidgeot then it will go for high speed.

Bully: Ha, you got lucky this time.

Abdullah: Hey what did you think you're doing.

As they turn to Abdullah, Molly and his Pokémon.

Bully: It none your business.

Abdullah: Well it is my business you guys are bully and his as to top.

Bully: Who really what gonna do about.

Abdullah: Let Pokémon battle you leave him alone.

Red Bully: Find your on.

Others except for the kid: Teach him lesson.

Red Bully: Rattata I choose you.

Rattata come out.

Molly: teach them lesson big brother.

Abdullah: Thanks Molly, I choose Venonat.

Venonat come out.

Red Bully: Rattata use tackle.

Rattata tackle Venonat.

Abdullah: Venonat use confusion.

Venonat shoot wave that hit his Rattata as he when to his trainer as fell unconscious as shock everyone except for Molly and his Pokémon.

Red Bully: No why I battle in simulator how can I my Rattata lose.

Abdullah: Because your Rattata is not train in real life properly and that why you lost.

Misty: You tell them.

Abdullah: Thanks Misty.

As return his Pokémon.

Red Bully: We'll tell her about you.

As all the left leaving the boy behind.

Brock: So those are guys from the Infimums tech student.

Leaf: Teck student.

Misty: Pokemon tech I think Pokemon technical of school for Pokémon *as search for something in pocket*I know I have a fleur here some "as she pulls it out.

Joe: My friends are just trying to help me.

Joe: But they helped me learn that Pidgey evolves to Pidgeotto at level 18, it learns Whirlwind at level 21, Wing Attack at level 31, and that as its level rises, it learns various tricks. After evolving to Pidgeot, it can fly at 1200 meters and speeds of up to Mach 2.

Abdullah: I don't get it. If you know everything about Pidgey, why didn't you just answer them before?

Joe: Sometimes, I make believe that I don't know all the answers, because if I do, they make the questions that much harder. But I have to stay here at Pokémon Tech. My mother and father worked hard and saved money, so they could pay to send me to school here.

The boy gestures to a man obviously too old for school sitting by a tree reading.

Joe: You see that guy over there? He's an upperclassman.

Joe: The classes are so hard here; some students are held back for many years. Everybody's too Ashamed to go home without getting a diploma. That guy, he's in the beginners' class with me.

Abdullah: You're a beginner?

Joe: Beginners have the same qualifications as someone with two badges, the intermediate class has the qualifications of four, and advanced students have the same as six. If you graduate, you can enter the Pokémon League without traveling around to collect the badges.

Joe: That guy's a beginner, but he's so much older than everybody in the class, the kids don't bother to help him like they help me.

Abdullah: What do the teachers say about that kind of help?

Joe: They don't even know about it or if they do, they pretend not to.

Abdullah: Well, I for one think this is a violation of students' rights that must stop immediately, if not sooner. I want to meet the student in charge of this system, and I'll see that it stops.

Joe: Mm, here's a picture.

Joe shows a picture of a girl, which Brock blush at will Abdullah try to resisted from her look will blush.

Meowth: Oh, yeah, you're right about that.

James: It certainly does, Jessie, and all of them are awful.

Jessie: We studied for the big test.

James: So sure, we would beat all the rest.

Jessie: And we frolicked that night, for our future seemed bright.

Both: We got the lowest scores in the history of the school.

Joe: Giselle always practices here by herself. Even if you beat her in a fight, it won't matter to her.

The group walks into a room with many large computers.

Joe: At the Tech, it's your skill as a Pokémon trainer... that counts more than winning in any one battle. But Giselle is the top beginner here at the tech. That's better than even having three badges.

He shrugs.

Joe: Even though I'm at the bottom of my class, I'm still more powerful than someone with two badges.

Misty: Argh! Hold on a second here. I learned how to be a Pokémon trainer at the Cerulean City Gym. Are you saying you can beat me?

Joe: Oh, Cerulean City. Water Pokémon.

Joe shows a simulation between a Weepinbell and a Starmie.

Misty: How'd you know?

Joe: I always beat them on the simulator. See?

Misty: What is this? A simulation's is one thing but this is real life. Let's battle.

Joe: You'll be sorry.

Starmie blasts Weepinbell with a water jet only for it to fly away defeated.

Joe: Huh? Oh, but Weepinbell is strong against water Pokémon.

A girl steps up.

Giselle: True, but there's one thing you didn't know. Your opponent's from the Cerulean City Gym. Her Pokémon has much more experience battling. You should've known that. You've an embarrassment to the whole school.

Joe: But, Giselle--

Giselle: I'm the top student in the beginning class of the most exclusive prep school in the world, Pokémon Tech. It's sad that others aren't blessed with my beauty, my talent, my humble attitude. People call me a star but I'm just Giselle.

Meowth: Meowth!

Giselle: I want to continue to help my classmates be the very best they can be. To teach each other, respect each other, and insure the Pokémon of tomorrow. But you're a weakling.

Joe: Uh.

Giselle: You'd better get stronger fast or before you know it, your fellow students will turn their backs on you for good.

Misty: Not so fast. A true friend wouldn't walk away from someone who needs their help. You may look beautiful, but you remind me of an old saying about how beauty's only skin deep.

Giselle: Heh, jealousy's not very pretty either, is it?

Abdullah: I better do something.

Brock: Wise Pokémon trainers never get involved in a cat fight.

Abdullah: Huh?

Giselle: Against your water Pokémon, I'll choose...

Giselle sends out her Graveler.

Giselle: Graveler. Go!

Brock: Graveler? But rock Pokémon are weak against water Pokémon.

Giselle: But my Pokémon are at such an advanced level, they can beat water Pokémon.

Graveler jumps up narrowly missing Starmie, it rebounds back, Starmie throws a water jet at it only for the rock type to continue flying forward and smashes Starmie's gem. Starmie flies out of the room crashing through a window.

Misty: I can't believe it.

They are shown by the school's pool as Kasumi hugs her Starmie.

Giselle: Now we're by the pool, your Pokémon's specialty. You can use a different water Pokémon if you want.

Misty: Oh, and I'm sure you'll choose another Pokémon that's weak against water.

Giselle: Pokémon are only as strong as the trainer who raises them. A Pokémon that's weaker but better trained can still win. It depends on the trainer. I hope you're learning something from this, Joe.

Giselle looks to joe.

Giselle: A Pokémon's level of training is just as important a factor as a Pokémon's type in deciding a match. A first-class Pokémon trainer can calculate that.

Abdullah: Wait a minute. There's more to Pokémon training than calculating levels.

Giselle: Who are you?

Red Bully: Giselle this is the who me.

Giselle: How so you're the guy who beat one of our students.

Abdullah: That me I'm Abdullah Ketchum.

Giselle looks at Abdullah: You look kind cutie.

The students shock with Joe and Brock, Molly defend her brother with his Pokémon's will Misty and Leaf have dark aura with Abdullah felt.

Abdullah: So, you're the one in Charge of this place.

Giselle: That would me cutie.

Abdullah blush at comment as snap out from the charm.

Giselle: Let me ask questions how many Pokémon and Badge do have.

Abdullah: If want to know I have nineteen Pokemon and two Badge the other Badge me and my friend *as point Leaf* are going get badge from real Gym leader and not some simulator.

Giselle and other shock: You have 19 Pokémon.

Abdullah: Yes have 19 Pokemon I bet you never to catch Pokémon because you all stuck in this carp of that school so how many Pokémon do you have.

Giselle: Well cutie if you want to know I have two Pokémon.

Leaf and Misty: Would you stop calling him cutie.

Giselle: What wrong are you Jealous that I be his lover.

Giselle looks at Molly: How is little girl.

Blue Bully: Miss Giselle this little girl come with the boy the one you are talking too.

As Giselle, Joe and students shock his Meowth Talking and Walking.

Team rocket in tree: How dear that traitors Meowth calling the twerp boss we teach him lesson.

Joe: Abdullah you didn't told me you have a talking Meowth.

Abdullah: Long story short He was trying impress a female Meowth that he have to learn to walk and talk, she rejected him and now she sorry and then he became part evil gang then he found they never care about and he my second Pokemon Partner.

Joe: Ho now I got it.

Meowth: And Boss can talk to Pokemon too.

Joe, Giselle and other student shock except those who know.

Students: You talk to Pokémon.

Abdullah: Yes, I can talk Pokemon now back to main topic Giselle.

Giselle: Yes Cutie.

Abdullah: If you battle then you will see your people technique is wrong.

*Epic battle music is played*

Abdullah: Yeah, but my water Pokemon going battle you isn't that Poliwag.

Abdullah: Great job.

As he nod his trainer with smile.

Abdullah: Oh Cubone" as Abdullah pull out his Poke-Dex.

Poke-Dex: A Ground-type Pokémon, Cubone. Cubone has earned its classification as the Lonely Pokémon from its usual attitude of caring only for itself.

Abdullah put his Poke-Dex as look at: Poliwag you want to continue.

Poliwag: Poli (Yes Abdullah and I'll give it my all).

Giselle: Cubone use Mud slap.

Cubone fire a mud.

Abdullah: Poliwag use water gun.

As Poliwag fire a water gun that got rid the mud slap and hit Cubone he full down on ground and cry.

*Then battle music ended*

Giselle: Cubone!

Abdullah: We did it!

Cubone: Cubone!

Cubone cries as Giselle sinks down to her knees in defeat.

Giselle: I lost. Cubone, good try.

Giselle grabs its Poke-Ball.

Giselle: Come on back. Don't cry.

Cubone: Cubone.

Giselle: You'll be okay now. it looks like I lose.

Abdullah: Yeah, a deal a deal and Joe * as he looks Abdullah* this is the real battle.

Joe: Now I understood this school isn't helping me to become a trainer trainer.

Abdullah: First you need to start from Beginning *as Misty, Molly, Brock, Leaf and his Pokemon smile* you had partner Weepinbell and you need to go no your own Journey.

Giselle: I can't believe I Iost the match.

Abdullah: You did lost *as she look Abdullah in tear* it because you readied and stay on tech school, you didn't go on real journey and did train your Pokemon in real life.

Leaf: Abdullah your Poliwag is evolving.

Poliwag grow big then two arms come out and tail disappear as his evolution complete.

Misty with hearts: Abdullah your Poliwag evolve into Poliwhirl.

Abdullah: Oh Poliwhirl.

Leaf pulls her Poke-Dex.

Leaf's Poke-Dex: Poliwhirl, the Tadpole Pokémon, evolve from of Poliwag. Its highly developed muscles allow Poliwhirl to move efficiently on land, but it is even more agile in water.

Abdullah: That great Poliwhirl.

Poliwhirl: Poli.

Joe has he look Abdullah's Poliwhirl: I saw Poliwag from for the first time.

Joe then look Eevee which he didn't see it: Abdullah is that an Eevee.

Giselle looks fox Pokemon with on.

Abdullah: Yup this Eevee my partner Pokemon.

Giselle in her mind: My cutie is amazing.

Then we come to see our heroes on left side and Joe on the right side as they were began to depart.

Abdullah: So are you ready to start your journey from the beginning.

Joe: Yup and thank to you guys you made realized that I need learn from the outside in Pokemon world and when get home I'll start journey tomorrow and when reach the Pokemon league then I will challenge you in the Pokémon league.

Abdullah: Anytime Pal" as both shakes.

Giselle: Hey wait for me.

Misty: Oh, Giselle did you get everything you needed. 

Giselle: Yeah, all set, and my Parents allowed me to go in journey.

Leaf: That good.

Giselle: And beside *as she got close to Abdullah* that why I can hang out with you cutie.

Abdullah: Oh *chuckle* yeah.

She turns Joe.

Giselle: And Joe *as he looks at Giselle* sorry all the mean things I said about you.

Joe: It finds Giselle I already forgive you so long were friends.

Giselle: "Yeah" as they shake hand.

Joe: And Abdullah take care Giselle ok.

Abdullah: Got it.

Joe run were his house.

Brock: Come guys we are journey to

Vermillion City.

Leaf: Yeah.

Misty: Let go.

Molly: Adventure.

Meowth: And no disturbance.

Eevee: Eevee.

Abdullah: Your coming Giselle.

Giselle: Of course, cutie.

Misty/Leaf in her mind: She would never stop calling him Cutie? I guess not but I will not lose her even if she part of Abdullah harem.

As they walk off to Vermillion City.

Narrator: As are hero Abdullah and Companion leaving the Pokemon tech school with Giselle as new Companion as they to Vermillion City for Abdullah and Leaf for third Gym now continue on their adventure as their journey continues.
