13 My World

" So tell me where we really are" zero began to interrogate theo in this world where he felt an endless amount of power flowing through him. He felt he could do anything with his eye. It had been almost an hour since he activated his eye with no signs of it closing anytime soon.

Zero felt strange that he could see the flow of mana in the world but couldn't seem to find the source. Theo explained to him " Look this is my world and I'm not going to reveal the secrets of this place, but what I can tell you is this is my world. My DreamWorld where I have a constant flow of mana and the time ratio is 1 night out in Agartha in 1 Month in here. Zero shook his head confused as he realized that Theo wasn't lying. He felt this space was odd but didnt believe it would be an entire creation from Theo.

" So why are you interested in me and want to chop me into research material?" Zero asked. "Because when I examined you your entire mana structure was unique to this world and I need to find a way to break this stupid curse so I can live my life normally." theo yelled back and slumped his head as if he was truly tired of being stuck, stuck at the age of a child always looked at with ridicule over the years because he could never grow. Never be seem seriously by woman. Never able to settle down in one place because of suspicion.

As zero watched theo give up he felt kind of sorry for him. He couldn't imagine the that torture of living forever young. Still that didnt excuse what Theo attempted. Zero was slightly stumped on what to do. Normally he'd ask Zofia because listening to her usually worked out in these strange situations. If it was as simple as killing it would be easy to handle, but dealing with all the variables at a time began to make his head hurt. "Fine you know what I'll make it simple." "Hey, Ki.. Theo." Zero said. " Can you conjure some sort of binding document in this world?" Theo looked at Zero with disbelief and asked "You dont actually expect me to make a soul binding contract for you do you?" Zero smiled " Okay so there is such a thing great. Make one so I can draw up some conditions on your release."

Theo looked around contemplating weather he actually should or not. " Fine if you dont it's fine I'll just leave you there. Hopefully you dont starve. Wait do we even need to eat here? Zero said as he started to drift off a few meters away from Theo. Theo glared at Zero " No way, No way am I giving in to this idiot. I'll figure something out when he isn't paying attention."

Zero figured if Theo was going to be stubborn he'd just leave him chained up, if he started acting up he just use his eye to defeat him again. " This eye is so powerful. If I had mana access like this I'd be able to do anything." Zero felt a burning passion rising in his heart. He had not had so much combat in so long. It was apart of his nature to fight and become stronger. over the years he felt like he was losing his way but this past day he felt like it wasn't just the outside world around him that ha changed.

Since he was here and Theo didnt look like he was going to break anytime . soon he decided to start training. He floated away and sat cross legged again. " I have to understand as much as I can about mana flow and how to use this eye whenever I get a chance. This is a like a free pass into trying its abilities." zero thought.

A week later. Zero was flying around the open space. Well flying would be inaccurate as a description he was more warping from place to place bending space around him and manipulating the world around him. Theo still chained up was watching Zero train over the past week. He was going to attempt to escape but when he saw Zero learning to use his ability even more smoothly he figured he wouldn't risk it. Once while Theo was slowly untying himself and attempting to escape Zero just warped behind him and knocked him out.

This whole week Theo felt pained. This was his world but he knew if he conjured something it was just be warped away by Zero. He felt ashamed for losing in his own territory. He felt angry that Zero just kept him tied up and barely even glanced at him. Theo wanted information from Zero, but Zero didnt even utter another word since he Intially asked about the Soul Contract. This drove him mad it was either Zero most likely toying with him by leaving him isolated and chained, or he legitimately didnt care about Theo even though this was Theos world.

Watching Zero becoming more and more use to his world Theo finally let out a long sigh. "Fine." Theo said. Zero who was training stopped and looked at Theo. " I'm sorry what was that?" zero said. " I said fine I'll make it for you, but you have to release me in order for me to conjure the contract." theo replied with contempt on his face. " Hahaha I'm not dumb enough to just let you out. How about one hand, you're a skilled magician right one hand should be enough." Zero broke off a piece of the chains and Theo pushed his arm out. " Now please go ahead." Zero said in an almost mocking tone.

Theo lost his cool and immediately summoned a blade made of lightning. " There goes that lightning again how the hell is he doing that?" zero thought as Theo broke out of his chains. "Arrrgghhh!" Theo yelled as he conjured blades behind and below Zero forcing him forward. Zero instantly warped from where he was, but as he traveled behind Theo he felt a bad premonition. He chose to warp further away and when he came out of warp he saw Theo had conjured a large flame behind his back to stop Zero from coming behind him. " Wow you learned very quickly how my stuff works, but I guess I let you watch it to many times." zero said as he watched Theo turn towards him.

Theo lost control and he didnt even really know why. He just knew that this guy pissed him off to no end. Theo charged Zero and summoned even more blades to charge at zero.

Zero stood in front of the charging Theo. He saw Theo summon over 1000 blades to charge behind him. Zero let out a low whistle " that's a lot of stuff coming my way. I guess I can't just warp everything away this time." Zero said. Theo became even more enraged as he saw how nonchalant zero was being. "Does this kid really not take me serious at all!" Theo thought in his head and his soul was burning with anger. He pushed himself even more to destroy Zero who just stood there looking at him. Theo has never been acknowledged because of his appearance and he didnt really care since it let him keep a low profile, but Zero here in his world knew his secret didnt even care to take this battle with him seriously. A pain deep in his soul was fueling his desire to destroy Zero in front of him. He pushed forth with his blade of lightning and was about to reach Zero when he froze.

Zero knew he couldn't stop everything with his space technique, well at least not until he had more practice, but theo didn't realize he wasn't going to rely on his space technique in the first place. "Let's see how this works since I haven't really tried it on someone yet " zero said as his eye changed. His normal sapphire eye had black veins on the edge but the pattern of the black veins changed and he made eye contact with Theo. Upon the eye contact Theo stopped in his tracks and just stood there.

Theo opened his eyes. He looked around and he wasn't in his world anymore. He was in a cave covered in sapphires. Endless amount all over the walls but it didnt look like it had and end. Theo immediately tried casting but it didnt work he felt no power flowing through him. Theo began to panic when he heard footsteps from behind him. Theo turned around to see Zero walking up to him. Zero smiled and said " See it isn't fun being trapped in someone else's world is it. Well I would give you a tour but we have business we need to get to." Theo felt something pierce his body. He looked down and saw a large sapphire rock piercing through his chest. Theo looked back at Zero in complete disbelief with pain all over his face. " oh dont worry this wont kill you at least not in here. It must hurt I know but It wont really kill you. It's always annoying having to torture somebody when I really wanted to work with you. I'm not some villian who enjoys your screams but you wouldn't make the stupid contract so now." Zero walked closer to Theo as he remembered being stabbed by him in the previous world and said. " welcome to my world."
