Little Garden

As the Bead Rider glided effortlessly across the ocean, Jack kept a steady hand on the boat's side, his calm blue eyes scanning the horizon. The island of Little Garden was now within sight, its lush green foliage and towering trees a stark contrast to the vast expanse of water surrounding it.

Seated on Jack's lap were his two precious daughters, Aria and Robin. Aria, with her raven-black hair and deep forest green eyes, was the spitting image of her father. Her gaze was filled with curiosity and wonder as she took in the breathtaking view before her. Robin, on the other hand, was an adorable two-year-old with dark hair and wide eyes that sparkled with excitement.

"Daddy, what's that island called?" Aria asked, her small hand gripping Jack's arm as she pointed at their destination.

"That's Little Garden, Princess," Jack replied, his voice calm and steady. "It's a mysterious island that few people have ever set foot on."

Aria's eyes widened with intrigue. "Really? Why is it called Little Garden?"

Jack's lips curved into a slight smile. "Well, the island is home to some of the most enormous creatures and plants you'll ever see. It's called Little Garden as a sort of joke because, in reality, it's more like a giant's garden."

"Giants?" Aria's eyes sparkled with fascination. "Are there real giants there?"

Jack nodded, a hint of anticipation in his eyes. "Yes, there are two giants living on the island, Dorry and Brogy. They're from the land of Elbaf, a place where all giants come from."

Aria gasped in amazement. "Wow! I want to meet them, Daddy!"

Jack ruffled Aria's hair affectionately, his eyes briefly flickering with warmth. "We'll see what we can do, Princess."

Suddenly, Robin, who had been quietly observing the conversation, piped up with excitement. "Giants!" she repeated, her voice filled with wonder.

Aria and Jack both chuckled at the toddler's enthusiasm. "That's right, Robin," Aria said, grinning. "We're going to meet some giants."

As the Bead Rider continued its journey toward Little Garden, Jack couldn't help but think about the warning he had received from Mary before they had left Whisky Peaks. She had cautioned him against visiting the island, claiming that it was a dangerous place filled with deadly creatures.

But Jack had found an entry in the journal Crocus had given him, which mentioned the two Elbaf giants living on Little Garden. The thought of meeting these legendary warriors intrigued him, and he couldn't resist the opportunity to learn more about them.

As they drew closer to the island, Jack could see the towering trees and massive plants that filled the landscape. It was a beautiful, yet intimidating sight.

"Daddy, are you sure it's safe for us to go there?" Aria asked, her eyes reflecting her concern.

Jack's calm blue eyes met hers, and he offered her a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, Princess. I'll make sure nothing bad happens to you or Robin."

Aria's expression relaxed, and she nodded her head, trusting her father completely. "Okay, Daddy."

As the Bead Rider made its way onto the shores of Little Garden, the trio was greeted by the sights and sounds of a primordial, untamed wilderness. The air was filled with the calls of strange birds and the rustling of leaves as colossal insects scurried about.

Jack hoisted his daughters onto his shoulders, securing them there with strong yet gentle hands. He had read in Crocus's journal about the prehistoric insects on Little Garden, some of which could transmit nasty illnesses. As they ventured further into the island, Jack's focus never wavered from his daughters, prepared to swat away any insect that dared to crawl on them.

The trio moved through the lush foliage, marveling at the sheer size of the plants and animals that called Little Garden home. The air was thick with humidity, and the sounds of nature enveloped them, creating an atmosphere of both wonder and caution.

"Daddy, look at that!" Aria exclaimed, pointing at a gigantic beetle perched on a nearby leaf. The creature was larger than anything they had seen before, its exoskeleton glinting in the dappled sunlight.

Jack's calm blue eyes followed her pointing finger, a hint of fascination flickering in their depths. "That's an impressive specimen, Princess. Just remember to keep your distance."

Robin, her eyes wide with excitement, repeated his words, her voice filled with awe. "Impressive!"

Aria giggled at her little sister's enthusiasm. "That's right, Robin. It's very impressive."

As they continued their trek, Jack's sharp eyes scanned the area, alert for any signs of danger. Despite the beauty of the island, he couldn't shake the feeling that they were being watched.

"Daddy, what's that sound?" Aria asked, her grip on Jack's arm tightening.

Jack listened carefully, the distant sound of crashing water reaching his ears. "It sounds like a waterfall, Princess. Would you like to see it?"

Aria's eyes sparkled with curiosity. "Yes, please!"

The trio followed the sound, eventually arriving at a stunning waterfall that cascaded into a crystal-clear pool. The sight was breathtaking, and even Jack couldn't help but feel a sense of awe.

As they stood there, taking in the beauty of the scene, a low rumble echoed through the forest, causing the ground beneath their feet to tremble slightly.

Aria's forest green eyes widened with concern. "Daddy, what was that?"

Jack's eyes narrowed as he scanned the area, his voice steady and calm. "I'm not sure, Princess. But we should be prepared for anything."

Suddenly, from the dense foliage emerged the two giants, Dorry and Brogy, their towering forms casting long shadows on the forest floor. The sisters on Jack's shoulders gasped in unison, their eyes filled with a mixture of fear and fascination.

"D-daddy, are those the giants?" Aria stammered, her voice barely audible.

Jack's calm blue eyes met the gaze of the giants, his voice unwavering. "Yes, Aria. Those are Dorry and Brogy."

The giants approached, their footsteps shaking the earth with each step. Jack's posture remained relaxed, but his grip on his daughters tightened protectively.

"Dorry, Brogy," Jack greeted them, his voice firm yet respectful. "I am Jack, and these are my daughters, Aria and Robin. We have come to learn more about you and your homeland."

Dorry, the older of the two giants, smiled warmly, his voice booming like thunder. "Welcome, Jack and little ones! We are honored to have visitors from afar."

Brogy, his voice equally as powerful, nodded in agreement. "Indeed, it has been quite some time since we've had company. Come, let us share stories and learn from one another."

Aria, her initial fear subsiding, looked up at Jack with an expression of awe. "Daddy, they're so big and strong!"

Jack and the girls followed the giants as they led them deeper into the lush wilderness of Little Garden. The colossal figures moved gracefully through the dense foliage, their powerful strides covering vast distances with ease.

As they walked, the two giants began to converse about their recent hunts, their voices booming and echoing through the forest. Dorry, his eyes alight with excitement, turned to Jack and said, "Jack, we shall show you a true Elbaf feast! We shall hunt some dinosaurs and grill them over an open fire!"

Brogy grinned and nodded in agreement, adding, "Aye, nothing brings people together like good food and strong drink!"

Aria, her eyes wide with anticipation, looked up at her father. "Daddy, can we really eat dinosaurs?"

Jack's calm blue eyes met hers, a hint of a smile playing at the corner of his lips. "We'll see, Princess."

Robin, catching on to her sister's excitement, clapped her tiny hands and repeated, "Dinosaurs!"
