Mouse, Snow Leopard and Raccoon

If there was one big gain that Ash had gained from her marriage then it would be an improvement to her overall cooking skills and knowledge.

She had gained access to the families book collections and had many new inspirations which she had fed to her daughter.

The library itself is available to those part of the family and has a wide range of different types of knowledge from many different places around the New World which had piled up over a long period of time so the knowledge in some areas could even be compared to the more famous places for their pursuit of knowledge or keeping of books.

Many old and new books from the outside world when combined with the books and scrolls of Zou had been available to Ash as she increased her knowledge on different types of ingredients and cooking methods which had allowed her to create many nutritious meals for Pixel which had helped in her overall growth and made Pixel wish to pursue cooking too.

In front of the mother and daughter was a large book that contained an encyclopaedia of different types of known or newly discovered fruits, vegetables, plants, herbs and other natural ingredients or materials.

Some pages contained which could be used for treating certain diseases or their effects on the body while some were marked with a skull which described them as toxic.

Other pages contained some basic recipes and mixtures used for different types of foods and deserts along with the locations they are grown and many other pieces of information but Ash continued to explain everything patiently to Pixel who was by her side as she pointed out many things that were available on Zou after the seeds had been purchased over the years and successfully grown on the land of Zou.

In between her mandatory lessons, Pixel had continued to study with her mother and enjoyed her time bonding together as they cooked and experimented together while she had requested a teacher for fashion which she had added to the books that she was reading with her mother as she was improving her drawing a little at a time before she could learn more from her lessons.

Through the history lessons on the Mink history she had learned a lot more about the Mink tribe along with their place in the world and their overall strength.

She learned very quickly that there were other types of abilities in the world along with other formidable races that had their own unique physiques but the Minks were one among them that had been born far stronger than normal humans and grew even stronger upon fully maturing which allowed even their weakest non combatants to be able to fight against experienced and strong humans and that was even when they had not used their Electro.

Each mink has formidable physical abiltities which allow some to be highly agile and lets them leap incredible distances while others are burly and strong while they also possess considerable stealth abilities.

All minks are naturally skilled and powerful warriors from birth and even a newborn baby knows how to defend themselves and even those of old age still retain most of their strength but that was not all as they possess extremely quick recovery rates and a strong metabolism so after learning everything, Pixel learned that her own race was one that had great potential from birth which was advantageous for herself but also a disadvantage in some ways.

The advantages were obvious since she had inherited those abilities along with her experience from her previous life and the many battles she fought against humans, Pokemon and other capture devices used by Team Rocket and other organisations.

The disadvantage was that if she slacked off, there would be those from the minks that would grow stronger than her and that she was being brought up while being surrounded by many much stronger than herself.

If she was born in any other part of the world, she might be able to gradually become stronger in a safer environment with less rivals but instead she was surrounded by many others with great potential.

However her own physique was unique and her Electro usage limit was much better than other Minks while she also had the moves she learned or had remembered watching from her previous life which made her future potential greater.

In the name of survival when surrounded by a large group of strong potential allies or enemies, she increased her efforts to improve herself.

In a family where a mouse was surrounded by cats, the mouse was busy sharpening its teeth and claws while most of the cats were napping with the exception of a select few of the heirs who were busy improving themselves too.

One snow leopard was busy improving her cooking skills, an electric mouse was learning cooking, fashion and improving her strength while an old raccoon refining his sword arts and spending the rest of his time resting until a little more time had passed and they left the Meridian family with a small escort that was those that worked within the home of Pixel and Ash.

Ash held the small hand of Pixel as she lead her out of the gates. "Let's go see my old friends."

Pixel looked towards her mother who was filled with excitement and then smiled cutely. "Yes mother!"

As she followed along, she thought to herself. 'At least mother looks happy, she has been feeling a little lonely and bored lately.'

Although her mother did not have any regrets as she had said about her choice, it could not be denied that she was best suited to the secluded life of a noble family that had so many rules and requirements.

Perhaps if Pixel did not exist, Ash would be free to return to her old life so Pixel felt a little guilty about making her remain within the family and in an effort to make her mother more comfortable and happy, she did her best to share hobbies with her and try to get her to leave their home as much as possible which had lead to them finally leaving the confines of the Meridian family home grounds which lead to a tearful reunion of Ash and her old friends who had remained in the tavern over the years while she was away.

The mother and daughter were able to safely enjoy their meal while her mother discussed business matters and went over the taverns recent profits and overall expenses while also discussing possible changes in the future.
