49 Future and History

In 1983 US proposed a hoax military plan called Star Wars. The plan on paper was extremely advanced but it would forever remain on paper. This was just one of their act to strong-arm other nations in diplomatic relations and it did wonders for them.

However, Phil took this plan seriously. Since the day he transferred the whole shadow knights to the new base, Phil had been developing these theoretical weapons. Even though he had some of the brightest minds around him, making a space laser cannon or plasma gun that will float in orbit and stay undetected was a tough challenge.

It was only now, in May 1999 that after govt. had already sent Hubble in space, Phillips group launched a series of space and communication satellites. Today he called the whole admin team in a meeting.

"Good morning everyone. I know the last few months had been tough for us. I know Steve and Nick have their own opinions on how govt. should act and how we should act as a global force. However, these things will have to wait until we can find a way to unite the whole earth.

I do have a plan for it but that is not for now. Not for at least a few years. Today I called this meeting because you may have heard about my company launching several satellites in space. In reality, most of them are just powerful weapons.

This is part of the Strategic Defense Initiative that I believe will help us in protecting our planet from an alien invasion in future or maintaining global peace.

Martha, please show the data."

Phil presented a series of weapons and their small videos that were explained in detail by Martha making the entire room silent. After nearly 5 hours which made the morning turn into noon, Fury was looking at Phil like he was some sort of insane warlord!

"Are you serious Phil? Laser guns, Plasma beams and this Particle gun? Are you trying to take over the world? And this...this Sun Gun, wasn't this something Nazis were trying to develop?"

"Correct Fury. You do know history. Yes, these weapons that the US govt. can only dream of and make their designs on paper, have been successfully designed and put into earth's orbit a week ago. Thanks to the help of Hank and his wife, Janet many of the technicals issues were recently solved.

This is not me trying to enforce a global rule as I had said earlier. This is me or rather us, developing the first part of the planetary defence system.

These weapons will only be launched on the targets outside our orbit and Martha here would need access to two retinal scans for this."

"And I think you are one of those Phil?" Fury asked questioningly. Steve, Bucky and even Hank looked at me with worrying eyes. Only Melina was calm. She knew me best I think.

"Nope. I will be on the front lines in future and I don't think I will have time to sit back in the command room. One of the passwords will be your Fury. Second, I have given it to Hank. Hank, I trust your moral character.

With the PYM particles, you could have turned this world upside down, but you are still living a simple life of an old man. I mean ever since Janet came back, I think I saw you going on more forest walks these days. So yeah, you are my second choice.

With both of you here in the command room in future, any uninvited visitor from space will not freely enter. Martha has access to our space satellites and she will give us notifications in any case of an alien invasion. Now let's have lunch, shall we?"

Phil invited the whole group to lunch and then they all began to discuss the possible solutions for world peace. Yup. World peace while having lunch. Perfect combination. After Lunch, they decided to take a walk around the base together as it had been several days since they built some new things around here.

A pregnant Pterodactyl had laid some eggs and was taking care of her newborns. Because of the invisible shield, many large or small dinosaurs would avoid this place. Hence she found this perfect safe place for her kids.

Today she was seriously injured on her way back from a hunt but was very happy to see her eggs hatching. She tried to give them the meat she bought back. Her new babies were too hungry and made loud noises.

While she was feeding her kids, Melina with Janet came across her nest and was startled to see such a large dinosaur around the edge. Before Melina pulled the laser guns she had, Janet stopped her.

Thanks to her time in the Quantum world, she could perceive emotions very clearly now. She was also enhanced in that realm but her powers had been latent. However today, she could feel strong emotions from this wounded mother. A dino-bird, injured and bleeding was trying to scare these two women to protect her newborn kids.

She tried to convey her thoughts and communicate with the mama bird and somehow she could do so easily. After a long screeching and some whimpering, the mam bird finally calmed down. Janet slowly moved towards her. Melina tried to stop but Janet shook her head.

Melina was confused but couldn't understand the whole thing. She made sure her hand was on the gun and if this bird made any move, she would vaporize her head.

Surprising her, Janet managed to go near the dino-bird. She put her head on the beak of this huge bird and somehow, the dino-bird opened her wings to show them her newborn kids.

Janet told her telepathically that she will take care of these kids as her own and in future, they will fly like the kings of the skies in this place.

An hour later, Hank along with steve and others came to this place because of Melina's request. Then they saw the strangest scene possible. Janet was feeding a group of young birds hatched in eggs and via her mouth like their mother and there was a dead dino-bird near her.

Seven months later, there were a lot of dinosaurs working with the patrol team. Janet discovered her power of telepathy and she became a recruit to bring in new dinos who were young and or some wild strong ones that could form a partnership with their group. In exchange for safety or food, new dinos joined their group and some of them were given tech upgrades by Hank.

He wanted to help his wife with this new work and this was the only thing he could do. So imagine, knights riding dinos that had metallic guns and in this way, many areas that were once unexplored in the forest and mountain area became accessible to Phil and their groups.

Janet had become a new mother to six young dino-birds who will stay on her head or stand on her shoulders. In the beginning, it was quite painful for Janet because of their strong nails but soon the birds learned how not to hurt their mother. Janet communicated to them telepathically daily and in this way, these birds became more and more understanding.

By the end of November, a team of 10 strong Dino riders took a trip to the Wakanda border where Erik Stevenson came to meet his uncle. Erik has taken over more than half of Africa by force and because of his rapid rise and rapid expansion, another half of Africa came willingly via diplomatic means.

By 1999 November, his goal to unify Africa was near complete and only one thing stood in his way. The Kingdom of Wakanda. His father's birthplace. He was standing near his own sabertooth which had grown to a huge size. Blessed by Bast and Vibranium mutation, both Erik and his partner were now anything normal.

Erik was almost 6" tall and had a strong build. Wearing his vibranium amour that reflected his strong muscles, he was looking like a a king ready to claim this throne. With the dino riders at back and 3 units of knights on ground armed with weapons, he made his way towards the Wakanda.

Wakanda border forces quickly noticed such a huge and they informed the wakanda's real forces hiding in the barrier.

The King of Wakanda, T'Chaka was looking at the monitors which showed the small army coming towards their small kingdom. He had never heard or seen any country that still had dinosaurs and these people especially the man in front with huge tiger like animal, was completely covered in Vibranium armour.

"Who are they and how did they get so much Vibranium?" He asked the advisors around. His son was also looking at the screen while his daughter was trying to check some information in her computers. Sadly, all her actions were blocked by Martha and even after repeated attempts she could not find anything in any database around the world.

"My King, this is not an army we know any country out there possesses. If they had so much vibranium to make combat uniforms, we would have noticed them long ago." One of the advisors spoke.

"My King, I think we need to go out there with our entourage. They have stopped at our barrier and waiting for us. I am sure they can invade directly but they are waiting. I don't think that will still be the case, if we make them wait longer." Another advisor spoke.

"We should go. Wakanda has not been threatened by the outer world. If we create a scene outside our very own barriers, then that would be giving a signal of our presence hiding behind it. Prepare our soldiers." T'Chaka ordered and moved with Dora Milaje.

The Prince, T'Challa also wore his suit and followed his father. The queen and the elders waited inside the control room to look over the entire situation.
