A strange world!

The trio watched themselves being levitated into the sky with no power to resist. They soon got closer and closer and just like that ended up swallowed by the "mouth" in the sky, them and all of the buildings around them.

This was just the scope of their view, what they didn't know was that one-third of Earth has been swallowed that day. Like everyone else, they lost consciousness as soon they entered the darkness. Their minds had the same word everybody else had: Death!

However, this was probably not the end, because as they were floating through what seemed like a tunnel, two gaps suddenly opened and light spread like a protecting halo that enveloped every being that still had life in it.

All of those still alive were gathered in that light as if they were being filtered while stones, rumble and anything else passed through and on just like that. Do notice that corpses were not held but live animals were. You can see some of them still holding on onto consciousness but what was strange that out of all animals, only eagles, tigers and some fish which had a bubble of water containing them, were able to somewhat resist.

There were all kinds of animals, those who lived on the wild, in the sea even insects and of course human beings as well. This process continued for God knows how long before the gaps started trembling and the light closed on itself from both sides everyone inside disappearing.

Thankfully, the chains held the three brothers together so the light must have considered it one entity or else they would have been split. This was another thing they had no way to know about because as soon as they recovered consciousness, they groaned, stood up slowly still dazed and started looking around.

They were surprised and scared at the same time, all over the green grassy ground was piles of people spread around, all of them seemed to be sleeping. Slowly a rush of memories came back to them making them look at each other with unconcealed doubt.

" Ethan, is this what you call a wormhole?" Bastian asked, from his voice, one can see he was serious.

" I think so, no matter how advanced science was back at Earth, space and time was something they couldn't touch upon." He said contemplating.

" We were definitely teleported, and this is definitely not Earth. I feel twice as heavy so the gravity is definitely more than threefold what we were used two." Tyrion added. He trained his body so much that he can bear walking and training using weights like it was nothing. Now that he said so, the gravity was definitely more than twice.

" What do you think happened to Father, is he still back at Earth?" Bastian asked.

" I really want to know but I guess we have no way to find out," Ethan said with sadness and helplessness

" I also wanna talk about this but this is not the time! Have you noticed that it's either the trees here are huge or we got a lot smaller." Tyrina intervened.

" True, of all the books I've read I can say for sure that these trees are different. I mean even though they're green the pattern of their huge leaves is .something I've never seen before." Ethan answered as he was most knowledgeable about this.

the trees were abnormally high, they were a hundred meters high, some fruits could be seen hanging but so out of reach. The green leaves which were almost the same size as them were also far away.

" Do you guys think we should stay here with them or leave?" Bastian asked as he pointed towards the still unconscious people lying around.

" Leave, they would become our burden in this unknown world, should we come against a danger they would only slow us down and I have no reason to protect them," Tyrion said.

" I agree!" Ethan nodded.

" Please don't" a low voice came from a somewhere around.

The three looked towards where the sound came from and saw a young girl about the same age as them get up slowly and started heading towards them. She had pale skin, black hair, blue eyes and some freckles on her face. She looked very beautiful and likeable.

" In this new world, we need to stay together, the more there are the better we can protect ourselves." She said somewhat naively, still struggling to move because of the new gravity but still, she seemed to be able to handle it well but still surprised by their unusual handsome looks.

"Hehehe! You sure are a cunning one! You've been listening in and now that you deem us of use, you want to keep us around." Bastian shook his head with a laugh. Ethan and Tyrion smiled as well.

" No! but if we come against something strong how can only three young boys like yourselves handle it." She said after a flicker in her eyes disappeared as soon as it appeared but did not escape the perception of the boys.

The three boys smiled at her not falling for her trap. Bastian answered once again:

" haha! You're on your own. Better luck next time! Probably one of those if not many will fall for your words."

" By the way, are you a hooker?" he asked

" You!! You're the hooker!" She gasped at the intelligence of the boys at first, she always thought of herself as superior to her peers but She finally met someone she can consider a rival. Then he suddenly called her a hooker.

" I thought you were somewhat dangerous so this came to mind. I guess I was wrong." He said

" What are you saying… Aaaaaaaah!" She was asking when she suddenly screamed her soul out.

The trio reacted instantly, well more like Bastian who was the fastest, he pushed the other two in different directions and he dashed grasping the girl from her waist like he was grappling her sending her forward with no delicate or gentle manner whatsoever.

Ethan unlocked his chains and pulled himself away using the momentum of the push to distance himself away Tyrion however rolled on the ground and used the power in his legs to leap forward.

Bastian was the fastest but that doesn't mean his power was in any way weak. Tyrion was still the strongest and Ethan the most knowledgeable and thanks to his knowledge they advanced. He found a way to strengthen their nutrition which made their bodies able to absorb a lot more than normal and as such train much more and exceed current limits.

Boom!

A creature the size of a car had fallen where they once were. It seemed like a goat but it was more similar to a gazelle. Its horns were big and branched like a tree. Its skin white and with black stripes along it like a zebra.

What was strange about it was the fact it had teeth like the extinct sabertooth. This was enough to tell them this was no herbivore and definitely a predator.

Bastian took out two silver guns different from the ones he usually used. They were very different and if one looked closely he would see what seemed like a bead embedded into them. This was a modified weapon with an energy core created by Ethan and made by Bastian.

The reason he never used it was because it had no bullets but pure energy outburst that would create a hole in the target's body. He aimed at its eyes attempting to blind it and he pulled the trigger. The core shined like never before and a shot rang out so strong that the recoil made Bastian's hands swing back as he also took two steps backwards as well.

The beast at first disdained the attack but once it ran out, it was too late to dodge as the left part of its skull blew up, making some white brain matter splatter around. The other would in no way miss such a chance. This was the training of Idris, once the opponent is injured he would be in his most vulnerable state.

Ethan swung his chains towards its horns and pulled downward at the same time that the bullet was launched. Tyrion had equipped his gauntlet, dashed and jumped striking at the left part of its skull.

With Ethan pulling from the right, Tyrion striking from the left and Bastian shooting. The beast fell down on its left side. Another thing they learned was to never drop guard until the opponent was confirmed dead.

Bastian, whose hands still hurt, dashed forward. He acted as bait as the beast's attention was still at his guns which made it feel the most danger. Tyrion also used his energy core for the first time. This was the understanding built over the years.

Before the beast could respond its head was blown up by Tyrion. The trio finally gasped for breath, this was the strangest fight they had. Just as they were about to let out a breath, the beast's body spasmed its feet striking the ground making craters everywhere.

The trio had already fallen back, but their faces were pale! They just realized how strong the beast was and how lucky they were. They could guess that its feet were barely the most dangerous part about it but still, it had such force.

After a while, the body no longer moved, but Ethan still swung his chains at it to make sure it was dead before they got close.

" Damn what the hell is this?" Bastian gasped as he looked at the corpse.

" Must be an animal of this world?" Tyrion said.

" What's that?" Ethan asked as he put on a glove, then stretched his hand to pull what looked like a yellow crystal.

" Wow, somehow it seems even stronger than your energy core Ethan!" Bastian said surprised.

" Yeah! Its energy fluctuation is a lot stronger!" Ethan nodded.

" Then keep it! I think we should eat it!" Tyrion said.

" True, what else can we eat besides in this unknown world," Bastian said.

" I have no equipment to know if it's poisonous or not but I think it should still be ok! take the head and the heart!" Ethan said.

" OK Leave that to me! And Bastian, you really need daggers or else what can you do without your guns." Tyrion said.

" I'll work on it! Ethan hand me your chained bracers." Bastian said.

" Why?"

"I'll go get us those fruits," Bastian said as he pointed up.

" OK!" Ethan's eyes glowed, he very much liked new things and wanted to know how these are different from those back at Earth. He would very much like to dissect this body right now.

Bastian used the chains to climb the tree, Tyrion used the claws to get the heart and the head. Ethan was still studying, then suddenly he screamed.

" Bastian! Here fast! Get down!! Now!" He screamed his lungs out scaring Tyrion beside him who knew it was serious.

The brown-haired boy with golden eyes swiped three fruits which were the size soccer ball and let got from that height . He had the fruits wrapped in one chain while he used his gun once again to slow down the fall and throw the fruits towards his brothers and then use the chains once again to get on the ground.

" We need to leave now!" Ethan said.

" Why?"

" This is an infant!" Ethan said with a pale face. The trio's faces went pale when they thought of the mother. They didn't notice the girl who watched all of this dumbstruck as her knees almost gave out when she heard Ethan as well.
