383 Chapter 383: I would betray my sister too

Suddenly Celeste's expression changed. She first looked the Luna up and down curiously and then burst out laughing. Elize was confused by the witch's manners, but she didn't let it show. 

"So you are the key to the barrier," Celeste noted, helping her sister to lie back down on the ground. "Why am I not surprised? Your blood seems to be more potent than your ancestors'." She paused as she stepped towards her with an evil smile. "I guess I will have to borrow some from you then."

Elize stepped back by instinct. She pushed her hand inside her pocket, searching for the smaller of the two vials that she had taken with her. It seemed like the witch had taken the bait. Now all she had to do was stall for time as she set up the barrier. 

"Wait," she said, putting a hand up in the air.
