T.T ----- In ancient times, the ancient world Elantra was silently going about her business, passing her days leisurely. Alas, she was discovered by the gluttonous Covetians who accidentally discovered a weird wormhole which led to this mysterious space with weird space-time laws. During their brief stay of 20,000 years, her native lifeforms were enslaved and herded like livestock. During those 20,000 years, she was forced to the brink of destruction. Rather break than bend, she resolved herself and self-destructed with the intent of burying all the vicious intruders. During her attempt, the planetary seeds were scattered into different pocket dimensions, awaiting the day they would be reunited. ... Follow Alfred Gibbs, a fellow who died as unlucky as he lived. An unfortunate soul who died from the latest pandemic in Toronto. As he by his only chance of luck, was transmigrated to planet Rivellus, one of the many seed worlds belonging to the distant and dormant Elantra. Will he battle his way to supremacy during the advent of the Parallel Games? Or will he succumb to the will of the world and have his soul assimilated because of his status as an outsider?

Let me educate you!

Xavier squinted his shifty eyes while scrutinizing Alfred. After ogling him for a while and not finding anything suspicious, Xavier decides to cut to the chase.

"Little Alfey, you haven't reached the age for training yet but as a member of father's lineage you must be strong!"

Watching him with his lame excuse, Alfred rolled his eyes.

'This idiot can't come up with something new?'

"Let me guess, you want to teach me how to fight and prepare me for the first awakening ceremony again right?" Alfred asked.

Xavier put on a serious face and nodded solemnly and replied "indeed. It's good that you know of my good intentions."

Mark and Aubrey standing by the side began chuckling to themselves. Alfred didn't say much, only nodding in agreement while following them to the training room.

Looking at Xavier from behind, Alfred thought to himself. 'Since you like grieving, then today let me educate you!'

***

After returning to the main mansion, the 4 of them took the elevator down to the first basement floor and entered a junior training room. Such a room is standard for most aristocratic and business families since one thing that Rivellus doesn't lack is resources.

With such a large planet and such a small population, occupants of the planet have no lack of resources at all. It's almost an all-you-can-eat buffet providing you can locate them and have the strength to wrest them from the claws of wild beasts and the enemy nations.

...

After walking to the wall, Xavier started adjusting the settings for the standard wilderness zone.

Alfred looked around secretly while marvelling at the technology of the current era. The room basically became a jungle clearing after a few tweaks from Xavier. He bent down and scooped up a handful of dirt, sniffing it. 'Damn, there is no obvious difference. How did they accomplish this? Is their technology so far ahead of Earth? This is at least 500 years of technological advantage.'

...

When he was done setting the venue, Xavier smiled at Alfred. "Come, let elder brother teach you a few moves"

Alfred rolled his eyes and stepped forward at ease. How can he lose to a little kid?

'At most I'll bless him with a black eye and let him off. It's not like he can run to dad and say that his 5-year-old brother did it to him, he'll just be asking for trouble.'

"Let's fight," he said.

"Alright," Xavier agreed.

...

Alfred took his stance while Xavier charged at him like a ferocious beast, throwing a wild punch with his right fist while aiming at Alfred's left rib.

Defying Xavier's expectations, Alfred took a wide step to the left and socked him in the right eye. With a plop and roll, Xavier held his face and started crying while rolling on the ground.

Looking at him rolling around, Alfred couldn't help thinking. 'He really is just a 7-year-old kid. Just a bit sinister, but he isn't beyond saving.'

...

Watching the scene in front of them, Mark and Aubrey's pupils dilated instantly. What did they just see? The cowardly Little Alfey felled Xavier in one blow? One must know that the 3 of them have already had their first awakening ceremony and began training almost 2 years ago! Yet how old was Little Alfey? Just 5 and a half. He hasn't even gone through his first awakening yet.

'This kid is dangerous!' They thought simultaneously.

Luckily they were only here to spectate. It's a pity though that none of them could imagine Alfred Gibbs' street fighting experience.

*sniff sniff*

Alfred turned his attention back to Xavier then tapped on his wristwatch. After a few seconds, a woman's voice could be heard from it.

"Hello young master Alfred, how can I help you?"

"Send a nurse to B1 room 8. Xavier needs treatment" he replied

"..."

"Hello??"

"Yes! On my way."

"Alright, take your time" he smirked.

"I wouldn't dare. Nurse Cecile will be there soon."

With a click, the call ended and Alfred decided it was time to take his leave.

Once he got out of the training room, Alfred went back to his initial destination: the lake. After being in isolation due to COVID for the last 2 weeks, he definitely wanted to stretch his legs and eat something nice.

'Speaking of food.'

Alfred once again dialled on his watch and waited quietly while looking at the kitchen's menu.

"Hello again young master Alfred, what else can I do for you?"

"Since it's 1 pm, please send me an order of #61, #32 and #48. Ah, also a strawberry milkshake. Thanks."

"Y-Young master... did you make a mistake?"

Alfred frowned. "What's the matter?" he asked.

"Young Master, you can't possibly finish all of that..."

"..."

He had forgotten. Isn't he just a 5 year old? Where would he put all that food?

"It's fine, send it and I'll eat what I want from it. You have my location right?"

"Yes, we will send them to your location within 40 minutes. Marie at your service young master, anything else I can help you with?"

"Alright, that's enough. By your leave. Thanks."

...

Phew

'Now I can sit back and enjoy the lakeside scenery while waiting for lunch. Damn having specialized personal chefs sure is great.'

Looking at the speedboats whizzing by, Alfred once again thought to himself.

'Since my last life was so miserable and I have rich parents this time, then I'll just live like a real pedigree and enjoy life!'

"As long as I play within the rules I should be fine... right?"

When writing these last few chapters they look so long, but when reading them they look so short...
