"How disappointing!" Xia Weiyang glared at Shi Jue. However, when she saw the big cake, a wide smile emerged from her face again.

Instead of getting angry, Shi Jue smiled after hearing Xia Weiyang's words.

He stared intently into Xia Weiyang's eyes. A faint smile then appeared on his mouth. "Don't worry, your wish will never come true."

Xia Weiyang awkwardly laughed. She really wanted to slap herself. She knew that this fellow was overbearing and unpredictable. She thought he was going to scream at her. Could she take back what she had just said?

"Cut the cake! Cut the cake!" Xia Weiyang hurriedly said in an attempt to change the subject of the conversation.
