Chapter 3: The Chaos

After turning and leaving Carlos, Lucas was shuffling through the snow. If he wore all white, some people may have mistaken him for a real snowman and thought that Frosty The Snowman was a real story.

Slowly shuffling through the snow, Lucas thought about how funny the movie was and wondered if there was another pirate like that one pirate who was as silly and serious as that.

When he asked the others if there was a similar pirate, the only one they could name was Luffy from One Piece.

Thinking about what happened during the movie, a big smile slowly crept onto Lucas's face.

As Lucas walked home with the biggest smile on his face he was talking to Zack, Tom, and Xander about the movie and what part they liked while he was shuffling home.

"Didn't you think it was funny when he tripped down the stairs and then jumped up with his hands in the air like he meant to do that and surprise us?" Lucas said while taking a turn on the road home.

"Oh, did that happen? Sorry I was too interested in the background music, I wonder how long it took them to make up the songs." Tom said while trying to hum the music we heard.

"You're weird for thinking about that during the movie, Tom, But I guess that is how you are," Lucas said, sarcastically replying to what Tom said.

"Yeah, I enjoyed that part quite a bit, though I wonder how they would put it into a book. I don't think I would normally think about this or watch that type of movie." Zach said while spacing off.

"You are welcome. No need to thank me. I'll find another movie you'll all end up loving like this one." Lucas replied while raising his head.

If Lucas had a longer nose, he would probably end up looking like a proudful Pinocchio who j knows everything.

When was that part?" Xander said, confused continued, to say, "Anyway, will you swap with me, Lucas?"

After Lucas decided to swap with Xander, they continued to mess around with each other and talk about which parts of the movie were their favorites.

After taking a left, Xander could see his house at the end of the road when suddenly a loud noise came from behind him *Bang, Bang, Bang, Bang.*

After that loud noise, Xander felt a sudden pain in his back. He touched his back and felt something warm and wet. It was too dark to see what color it was, but he instinctively knew it was his blood. "Is this my Blood," Xander said as he was descending to the ground.

After landing on the soft, pristine white snow, Xander looked behind him and saw a black figure slowly approaching him in his hand. He saw a gun pointed at him with white smoke coming out of the barrel. Once the black figure came close enough, he crouched down to Xander and pulled off his mask.

With the mask removed, he could tell who the person who shot him was, and it was Carlos. Shocked by this revelation, he said, "Why did you shoot me, Carlos?" with a slight confusion and anger burning inside of him.

"Oh, you wanna know why? I'll tell you why," Carlos said with a maniac expression on his face. "It's all your fault, all your goddamn fault. What did she see in you that she didn't see in me." He said in a faint, frustrated yet clear voice.

"Who on earth are you talking about?" Xander said with a confused look on his face.

"You mean you don't remember her, then why are you the only thing she talks about? After all, I've known her for over 12 years," he said with a voice that was getting angrier as the time passed, with tears slowly falling from his slightly red eyes.

While I was lying on the ground listening to him rambling continuously about this girl I had no clue about. I was slowly losing consciousness when I saw a flash of light coming from the side of the house.

However, it seems Carlos hasn't noticed it and just kept talking about a girl named Riley that I "stole" from him.

Now that I'm thinking about it, there was someone by that name. I'm also pretty sure that it was a few weeks after meeting her that Carlos first came to bother me.

It was a hot, bright Texas day since the 4th of July was 15 days ago, but today I decided to go to the library since I had already gone through all of my high school courses. It was only on rare occasions that I went out by myself, but I had to make sure I was prepared to go out.

I had a short-sleeved white shirt, with standard black jean pants. I also carried an umbrella with me since I noticed my pale white skin was sensitive to the solar rays from the sun.

When I arrived at the library, I grabbed a book for math majors in college. It's not like I would necessarily understand it, but I thought it would be fun to look through.

After about 45 minutes of scanning the books, I could understand some parts while others were some things I didn't. It was around this time that Riley approached me. She approached me and asked, "Can you understand that book?"

"Yeah, some parts are easier to understand, but I don't completely understand everything, but why did you come up to talk to me?" I replied with a confused look on my face.

"Oh right, I'm Riley Robins. I just saw you reading a college book and thought you looked too young to be reading those types of books," she said, holding her hand out hoping for a handshake.

"Ah, I'm Xander Evans. Some parts I can understand, but not all of it." I said as I was shaking her hand. After that, she continued with some small talk and finally left me alone. I saw her every time I went to the library, though I didn't talk every time for the most part since I tried to avoid her.

Carlos is still rambling when sirens are heard in the distance, and at this time, Carlos notices all the surrounding house lights.

Looking around, he sees bright blue and red flashes in the distance and then quickly points the gun at my head, but then gets bitten on the arm and dragged to the ground by a white type of dog.

The dog was too big to be any type of breed that I know of. It looked more like a wolf than anything else.

After a few minutes, Carlos got mauled by this dog, and he screamed his gut out you, could hear people approaching us quickly. After seeing their uniforms, I relaxed and passed out. As we passed out, Zach, Xander, and Tom simultaneously said, "He has to be yandere there is no other explanation."
