Chapter- 2 (OVERGOD system)

While following the dense aura Alan walked in a narrow cave like structure and found a crystal pendent inside which there was a dragon covering the world.

"This is a good start for me I just entered this ruin and found something valueable it must be an magic artifacts" Alan overjoyed as the pendent was really looking something extraordinary.

But not long after his joy disappeared as he saw a figure coming toward him.

"Wtf did I just used up all my luck in finding this pendent" Alan cursed as he felt very dangerous aura coming from the figure.When the figue came about 20-30 meters away from him he saw it's full appearance.It was rank - 4 beast earth lizard which is known for its strong different ability.

Alan knew there is no way he would be able to even make a scratch on it even he gave all he got. so he started to make plans for his escape. He knew that earth lizards have low agility so he made a sprint towards other direction but he didn't anticipated that earth lizard will use offensive ability Earth Spikes.

Spikes started coming out from the ground and Alan tried to evade it but didn't able to evade it as it was too fast for him. Thought Alan was considered strong for his level as being a rank -6 apprentice mage he was strong as rank - 9 apprentice mages but difference between him and a rank- 4 beast is too large.

bam bam..

cough. cough.. Alan coughed mouthful of blood as he got hit by a spike which broke his left rib and slammed against a wall of the cave.

Due to spikes the cave stated collapsing and the last thing Alan saw large bolders covering the gap between him and the lizard.

Few hours later

"Ahaa" Alan screamed as he woke up and felt immense headache.

"Whatever ,looks like my head was hurt to hard, I have to leave for village soon as possible " Alan didn't think too much of it as he thought it was due to his injury.

He stood up with a great effort as his ribs were broken. then he looked at the pendent which had a crack in it.

"Fu*k Ahaaa.. " Alan cursed as bloodline started fusing him and he was in immense pain before he passed out.
