My trainer is called sandro. He is an Italian man that I have come to be looking forward to every morning and I have come to enjoy his training and his drills.
Today, I am now in the mobility drills and I can honestly tell you that I am feeling like I have no flexibility at all. I thought I was flexible but with everything that sandro is doing, I am not even close to doing it. Seeming today is the start of the drills, he is going to easy on my by making me stand on my toes on a bench and my hands high to the ceiling. I am not supposed to fall, and I am not supposed to wobble.
I am saying this is taking it easy on my because he has not been easy on me before in my first workouts and I have literally limped and crawled out of here before. We spend two hours in the gym and then I go upstairs to get ready for the day. I am not wearing heels today that's for sure.
