We are out of the limo, but when I step out to get inside the store we are doing our shopping, I am bombarded. Cameras are on my face and I am so surprised that I actually get in the limo again, my hand on my chest. That was not something expected let alone prepared for. Gigi holds my hand.
"Are you okay?" she asks me gently.
"I am okay, I just didn't see them, they startled me," I say as I push the hair off my face and tuck a strand on my ear. I nod to her and she taps on the window. The driver opens the door, making the paparazzi step back and give us room to walk.
They are small group and I lower my head up until we are safely inside the store. I didn't realize I was holding my breath but when I exhale I do.
"It will get some getting used to," I say as a lady, comes to welcome us and help in the buying.
Gigi laughs. "This is the new life baby, getting used to it so nothing but mandatory."
