12 Six Golden Doors

It was Lina; she was waiting on the other side of the door.

Lina is one of her people, her assistant, you can look at her petite body, long mushroom blond hair, that keep hidden her eyes, if you take a closer look at her eyes you can see that she has golden eyes, a unique color. But because she is always wearing reading glasses, it couldn't be distinguished the color.

She may look like a teenager, with her fair skin and her not developed body, but in reality, she's in her early twenties.

Yes, that's right, she is 10 years older than Beth, but she is only slightly taller than Beth.

Walking down the corridor, Lina was filling Beth with verbal reports.

"Miss, I already have the reports of number 5, number 6, number 8, number 9, the rest of them are sleeping."

"Hmm… that's fast from them! Well, go and give them the report for punishments, let's see if they can still sleep" she was surprised to hear that four of the nine members already finish the report. And delighted that number 5 and number 6 are among the four.

Each SSS mission has a time limit of 1 year, but for her, the longest time she spends on a mission was 3 months, lucky? No, she wasn't lucky; she was giving the worst and more tough missions, that no one under the level of Nova dares to take.

She didn't choose her missions; her Master was the one who decided which mission she took. The hellish training from the Academy plus the hardcore hellish training of her Master gave her more than enough experience and endurance for each mission.

Right now she was part of the second rank, third level, normally she needs 6 more years to reach the top, but knowing her, it will be less than four years, more elite points are required to advance, but she doesn't care. She'll fight for her future, for the future of her family, and her Empire.

Coming to this point Beth decides to take action faster and approach the ones she wanted to groom for her squad.

To the right side of the door in the wall there is a screen, she put her right hand in there for a hand scanning, giving a green light for the scan she then took a little black footstool, and what we didn't realize is that below the flower crest there is a small window, there can be removed to the side and there is another scan screen, but this time is smaller, just to fits the eyes, retinal scan.

After receiving the green light again there was a mechanical male voice "Heir Lockhart identified, authorized Elizabeth Lockhart, proceeding to open the door."

There was no more noise nor voices in the hall besides the machine male voice and the sounds of cracking and the door is opening.

Getting inside the other side of the door, a big, splendid, luxurious room came to her eyes.

All furniture inside is made from wood, the table desk made of a beautiful Ebony Wood, a comfortable leather chair with ebony wood accents, shelves made of the same wood.

Over the table desk there is a chess game made of Dalbergia wood.

There are five refined and comfortable sofas in new buck leather with molded ebony wood legs. One of them is for three persons, another one is for two persons and two more singles, they are around a coffee table made of glass and the same wood, Ebony.

The floor is entirely made of dark sandalwood, in some places such as the table desk and the sofa's area are covered by a white carpet with silver glitter, quite eye-catching.

The walls are painted in silver with some painting and family's photographs, there are some parts of the walls that are crafted in the Royal Crest.

She could feel a comfy and refreshed air inside, his is one of the study's that have the Elite's Academy in each building and organizations. All of them are basically the same, just minor detail differ with each other.

If you think that the six Golden Royals are the ones who have the power and final say in the Academy… you got it wrong.

There is a power that are the forefathers of the Academy itself, but that power reminds a mystery, only the head of the first, second and third Golden Royal knows it existence. But that is of course because they are related in some way or another.

Taking her seat on the table desk, Beth opens her laptop and review the reports that were sent earlier.

Lina, went out of the office to take back the people Beth asked for.

"Hmm..."

"Oh." say with surprise.

After 30 minutes Beth finish her reading, just in time for Linda to came back with number 5 and number 6.
