Regrettably, Max didn't receive any compensation from Lydia, except for a deep kiss. after spending half a day with mother and daughter Max decided to walk home. he didn't get good sleep yesterday so he was tried. more tried he get more blood he needed to drink.

Lydia was ready to take him home but he refused. he liked to walk since it was good for the body. although it was true Max do exercises, the main reason is, if he met someone on the way he could subdue his hunger by drinking their blood.

However, his plans were thrown away by Stiles and Scott.

Max keep walking for a few minutes suddenly a jeep came speeding toward him and stopped. he looked curiously at two inside. as always Stiles was driving and Scott was sitting on the passenger seat.

"Get in!" Stiles said looking at Max. after he said that Scott went to back seat, giving the front seat to Max.

Despite having many consequential matters to attend Max choose to hear them out. the first thing he noticed after getting inside was anxiety. looking back he noticed Scott was in deep thoughts. his facial expressions are twisting time to time.

"What's his problem?" Max questioned Stiles after they start to move.

"Today his Alpha and 'Mentor' came to see him," said Stiles while driving.

"So?!"

"Apparently they revealed some shocking information"

"Like what?" Although Max could guess some, it's always fun to hear from Stiles.

"According to them, Allison's whole family is Werewolf hunters and they are searching beta. apparently, it is our Scott."

"That not a reason to be like this" Max smiled but still not convinced.

"That's not all, Alpha and Derek are related. now they going to fight against Allison's family. they wanted Scott to join them, saying since he was Peter Hale's Beta, if he doesn't, Peter will kill everyone he loves."

"Well... I understand" Max looked at Scott "So what are you going to do?"

Scott couldn't think of a solution no matter how hard he thought. that when Stiles suggest asking help from Max who apparently also An Alpha. Scott knew Max stronger than Peter but didn't know if he would help him.

"I don't know," Scott said truthfully "I can't let them kill Allison's family"

"But?!" Max urge him to finish.

"But I can't let him hurt my friends too" Max could feel every word Scott say he becomes much anxious and angry.

It's no wonder, Scott getting emotion amplification. the full moon is tomorrow night, Max also feels it, but not strong enough to influence his emotions.

"More you think about it more you become confused and angry," Max said calmly "tomorrow is the full moon, you still haven't got the control so the Alpha wants to use it. I'm sure he will do something tomorrow night"

"I don't know what to do!" Scott started to breathe loudly. Max could tell Scott was angry and afraid. he unconsciously triggering the transformation.

"Calm down" calm voice of Max drifts into Scott's ears. his yellow eyes revert back to normal and breathing calmed down.

"Wow! man, how did you do that?" Stiles was silent this whole time. but he couldn't help but ask "last full moon he gave me a super hard time, even before the full moon"

"One prestigious of being an Alpha" Max said proudly. "So this is the reason, you guys came to pick me up?"

"Well! yeah!" Stiles answered "You the only one who can go against the Alpha, will you help us?"

Scott also looks intently at Max. except for cry of Stiles's Jeep, no one made a sound. Max had no problem helping them.

"I can give you a hand" he stopped middle looked at Stiles and Scott's happy face "but what in it for me?"

"What?!" both exclaim the same time. first, they believed he will help them since Max helped Scott fend off Alpha once. but never thought he would ask something in return.

"You don't hope me to put my life on the line for the free right" Max looked at them as if they were idiots. "I don't have any score with That Alpha, I fought that time because he tries to kill me"

"But!" Stiles couldn't come up with anything to pursue Max.

"Besides there is Beta too, I can bearly keep The Alpha in check. with the power of Beta, I don't stand a chance" Max continued " How about this, I need you to introduce me someone connected to the blood bank, and you have to forget about Lydia"

"What's up with blood bank?" Scott asked curiously.

"That's none of your concern, so Stiles do we an agreement?"

Stiles knew his father's friend who works in the blood bank. that wasn't the problem, the problem is forgetting about Lydia. she was his dream girl, but the situation too dire to think about this.

"Alright, I agree," Stiles said gritting his teeth "but you have to train Scott to control his shifts"

"Haha, good" Max smiled happily "I can keep him in check, but can't help him. he isn't my Beta, so he has found his own Anchor"

Like this three boy came to an agreement facing incoming thread.

While they were planning the next course of action, they weren't the only ones who planing, Peter also making a plan. so was the Argent family. Kate Argent also making a plan of her own.
