"Cris, did you find out who the second Beta is?"

Inside the Argent family warehouse, they held the weekly family meeting. there were quite a few hunters gathered here that have an affinity with Argents. however, core members are all Argent.

Cris Argent, Victoria Argent and finally Kate Argent. every single one of them is an experienced hunter well versed with guns and hand to hand close combat. especially, Cris and Kate, both of them filled with various tricks.

"I'm telling you it is that kid who came with us" Victoria still believed it was Max. from the first day she heard there was another Beta other than Derek Hale she stood up to her belief adamantly.

"But we can't say it's him. he seemed really normal, except handsomeness. besides he doesn't involve in anything happened around here." Cris denied his wife. "but I will look into it"

"Do you think scratch can turn you into a werewolf?" Kate asked as if she remembered something.

"You talking about Jackson?" Cris's face turn serious "Scratch has to go deep enough, even so, it's rare"

"However you should check that too, I will try to capture big one" saying, Kate stood up ready to leave.

"Be careful, also, don't forget the code," Cris said looking at departing figure.

"Where is Allison?"

"She went shopping with Lydia Martin," Victoria said "In few days, they attending to school winter fall, so they getting ready for that, I think"

"Alright, let's wrap this up" Cris though a bit and ordered other hunters "You guys stay alert, tonight is a full moon. we might confront the Alpha, so keep me posting"

All of them nodded in agreement before scattering away. they picked up their own weapons like crossbows, shotguns, and few other things. if not for the Alpha on the run they wouldn't be so cautious.

"Ok, now what?"

Seeing his best friend with a long and angry face, Stiles couldn't help but ask.

"Coach prohibited me attending to the dance," Scott said slightly angry tone.

"Well...technically you are failing..." in a midway Stiles had to stop his words, Scott's glare at him fiercely.

*Gulp!*

"I mean, he shouldn't tell you what to do and what not do, right" he hurriedly put blame on Coach. no way he going to face Werewolf's wrath. if Max was here, he would able to control Scott, but him? doubtful.

"Hey what happened to Max?"

Stiles suddenly realize he didn't come to school today. so was the Lydia and Allison. but according to Scott girls are Shopping, but what happened to Max?

"Who knows! like I care" said Scott angrily before storming off.

"Hey wait" knowing Scott just influenced by Full Moon Stiles didn't care about his remarks. he too followed him at least trying to keep Scott in check.

Actually, Max felt too lazy to go to school since Lydia isn't coming. he wanted to go with girls but decide against it thinking how tired some it might become.

While Max wasting time, he watched a few martial arts movies. since this world is an exact replica of his previous world, finding a few movies he liked wasn't hard. Max was able to memorize quite a few moves. however, it was doubtful how useful they will become. nonetheless, better safe than sorry, Max thought.

In the evening Max thought about the events waiting to happen and already happened. although he doesn't exactly remember the Series, some events that already happened were totally different. like Scott and Allison's breakup and Lydia kissing Scott. however, Peter came to meet Scott and educate the poor guy about his girlfriend's family. few things are clearly out of place.

Even though Max not sure how the future will turn out, He didn't fear anything. he has knowledge about the supernatural world and Hunters. despite this, he keeps getting a feeling that there are more than what he knows or see. although Max didn't like to leave everything time to decide in this case, he had no other choice.

About 5 o clock Max received a message from Stiles. they coming to his place, Stiles idea is to chain Scott down in Max's basement.

"Alright, Let's get ready"

Max went down and readied basement for Scott's use.

"Hmmm! Scott should able to control his shift with Allison's presence, not sure if it's in the first season or second season" Max muttered himself while doing some cleanups inside the house. he didn't call Susan in a few days. if she had come, the house would be totally clean.

"Hey! now I think about it I never meet Dr. Deaton" a sudden realization struck him "is it because of my interference with Alpha? meh! who cares I will find him after this. I need to know about daylight rings"

Druids play a major part in an Alpha pack. a very valuable asset to a newly formed pack. Dr. Deaton helped every single time when Scott encounter a problem. moreover, Deaton doesn't fear any Alpha. he must be hiding some big secret. Max must get Deaton to his side, or at least befriend him. Mind Compulsion probably doesn't work against Druids.

"Sigh...this ability look so useful in Originals' world, in here I can compel Hunters, Druids or Alphas, totally useless"

*Knock!* *Knock!!* *Knock!!!*

While he was complaining about powers, loud knocking sound came from the front door. Max knew it was two idiots.

"Oi! stop that," Max said annoyingly. the knocking sound was so loud Max though the door might break "I'm coming, be patient, will you?"

Max went ahead opening the door and letting two of them enter. Scott seems hardly controlling is primal instinct, Stiles practically dragging him.

"Whats happen?" Max ask after seen Stiles' pale face.

"We met Allison's aunt," Stiles said closing the door, "she asked some questions. looks like she is onto us"

"What can she do?" Scott growl under the breath.

"Remeber what Peter said" Stiles reminded "she is the one who massacred whole Hale family. she is dangerous than anyone else"

"Humph!"

It was Scott who humped in anger.

Max thought a bit and said "that doesn't matter now. let's chain him up"

"Fine" knowing Max was right Stiles agreed and opened the bag he brought in. seemed as he came prepared. Max saw there was even taser gun in the bag.
