Birth of a King

What came after their awesome entrance was a tragedy. I don't know what got into their small minds but all three of my guardians decided to attack the golden serpent.

They didn't even got close before they evaporated into nothingness. Although the serpent's main job is to give light and heat to the planet's inhabitants, it is also the protector incase a being from another universe came and thats why I made it pretty strong.

I had to remake every guardian which was a headache. Had to install some command to not attack any beings on sight and gave them their job of restoring the planet if needed. I also erased the memory of the serpent and that encounter.

Now that the guardians are in place let's finally start the main dish. I decided that among the choices I listed earlier I have chosen the gigantic animals or beasts to for the first proper inhabitants.

These beasts would serve as the main ingredient for the main power system that I was planning for this world.

I'll make three types of these beasts. First the one who lives in the sky, then the sea beasts and the lastly the one who resides in land.

I set the creations of these beasts to random. I made their ability to mutate higher than normal. Let us wait what the results are in about a thousand years.

(Im too lazy to design them one by one.)

Their creation was rather easy as they were smaller creatures compared to the previous ones like the serpent and guardians.

Although they are smaller thats only compared to the guardians or the serpents. A fully grown beast can kill a normal human with a finger.

If we take one creature here and put them in my previous world I'd say they'd be a threat to humanity. A tiger here would have the size of a bus.

I scattered the beasts all over the five continents and the sea surrounding it. I made a hundred thousand in each species fifty percent male and fifty percent are females.

I gave an additional order to the guardians. I made them create calamities from time to time to let my beasts adapt and evolve. I also made them assist with the beast's evolution.

After the creation of the beasts I plan to hibernate for a thousand years and see what will happen to them.

'Now.... where should I sleep? It's been a long time since I've got some proper sleep, not that I need it.'

I telerported in the planet and looked for a proper area to sleep.

'Oh there, on the top of that mountain I'll make a hut there and get some good sleep.'

I teleported right on the top of the mountain I chose. The top is flat enough to accommodate a small hut. I made a small hut and transformed into my human body. Created a bed ang slept.

All done let's go inside and get someeee sleeeep.

*50 Years*

Fifty years have passed since Teren slept. His creations were doing fine, although not much in mutation they've adapted to the world rather quickly. The tiger like beasts have experienced the most mutation compared to the rest. Today we are about to witness the birth of their King.

Two red tigers who looked menacing with scars covering their whole body was inside a cave. One of them was panting hard and roaring from time to time. While the other one had hopeful eyes.

It was giving birth. Seconds, minutes, and hours of waiting. The cub finally made it out. Two roars that shook the cave, and the beasts outside heard.

The two tigers have been ruling this mountain area for awhile. They were both strong, no one can challenge them in this mountain.

But right now was their weakest moment. The beasts outside took their chance and swarmed the mountain.

The male tiger heared this all and roared at his partner and their son.

The roar was weak and sad, not the usual roar that made the other beasts cower in fear. The female tiger who heared this was hesitant, she understood the meaning of the roar. She stared at her partner who she fought with for years and looked at her son.

She roared, with a determined look opened her mouth and carried their son to escape.

After seeing his wife and son run away, he jumped at the panther who saw his escaping family. He bit the neck of the panther and with blood in his mouth he roared at beasts who was slowly climbing the mountain.

The female tiger took a last look and saw her partner rampaging inside the beast horde.

She did what she had to do and ran away with their child, she knew that he won't survive this.

She ran and ran until she can't hear the sounds of fighting. Her legs were weakening, she was still weak because of giving birth but she forced herself to run.

When the night time came she found a cave to rest, she went inside and carefully put her son down.

When she was about to lay down her instincts rang up, she hastily dodged to the side and in her previous position she saw a snake. A big snake around the size of a tree trunk.

It hissed at her and its eyes saw the small cub. With a hiss the snake jumped at her with an open mouth.

The tiger dodged and bit the side of the snake. The snake hissed and turned its head around to bite neck of the tiger.

The tiger roared in pain and pierced the snake with her claws. She threw the snake on the other side of the cave.

They both stared at each other's eyes. With a roar and a hiss they dashed at each other.

The fight lasted thirty minutes, the tiger emerged victorious but she was now very weak and was poisoned.

She limped her way to the small cub and layed down. The cub who saw all of it slowly crawled to his mother and licked her face. The mother noticed this and forced herself to raise her paw and touch her son

..but halfway through it her body stopped moving.

The cub saw this and nudged her mother's head, but there was no response. He did it again but his mother didn't move.

Although a cub, he realized what happened, his mother was dead.

A small roar filled the cave, this roaring didn't stop until morning came.
