"Ughh".Tony rubbed his forehead with his fingers while remembering the events of the past night

"Hey stark!".Tony looked down when he heard someone calling him

Fury looked at stark who was eating donuts while wearing his suit and laying on the giant donut

Fury wasn't very proud of his face reading skills but he was damn sure that stark doesn't seem to regret anything.knowing this a frown appeared on his face

Noah looked around the clearing,inspecting the giant symbol

By now he is pretty sure that this was the spot where his memories end and most likely the factor due to which he was teleported in this world

"what does this symbol mean?".he looked towards the side and found a middle aged man who has a reciding hairline

"Why do you think I would know".He smiled while answering.Phil looked at him,"because the boss said he is going to send a specialist in witchcraft when we mentioned that the symbol is growing"

Noah chuckled,"No withcraft it is called mysticism"

"Well what's the difference anyway".Noah stayed silent and completed the inspection"So, what did you found?".Phil asked

"The symbol was trying to establish connection with me most likely".Noah said while contemplating

"Establish connection?".Phil said in a questioning tone.Noah smiled,"In mysticism we pray to and form contracts with different hidden entities and deities.This symbol is pointing towards the domain of the deity I believe in and was trying to establish connection with the most familier thing in the vicinity"

"Does it posses any danger".Phil asked warily,"Not for now but we should do a ritual when Fury returns to be sure"

Just as Noah stopped speaking he turned his head towards the sky there was a Quinjet quickly coming this way,"Speak of the devil"

"A ritual site?".Fury looked at the report that the Noah and Phil has been compiling from the morning

"Yes,the clear objective of the ritual is unknown but my most likely guess is that it creates a doorway to my homeworld"

Fury has guessed this much.Noah kept his smiling face,"The core use of ritual has already been completed but it seems the ritual has some residue power left that is still lingering this is why it doesn't disappeared after completing the process"

"Can you repair the ritual to it's former state".Fury asked while not holding much hope.Noah answered while looking thoughtfull,"Although I can repair it but we might need an angel for the ritual of that scale to work even saints can't do a ritual of that scale".

"What does that symbol represents anyway".Fury asked curiously

"A loop,A destined course of events that will keep happening.As it once grew I think it is not yet complete".Noah answered nonchalantly,"What happened to Stark?"

"He agreed he will come when we need him".Noah didn't know why but fury seems exhausted,"Can you solve problem with the symbol ?"

"I can try to do a ritual to absorb the residue".Fury looked at him confused,"then why hadn't you started yet"

Noah smiled,"because I am not out of probation period yet I need to wait for my supervisor first before doing anything major"

"Were you complaining?".Fury asked curiously,"I was,did it work?".Noah beamed

"No,Next time be more sarcastic". Noah's smile twitched a little Fury noticed but choosed to ignore it,"Supervisor Romanoff is next door and you can ask Phil for anything you need for the ritual"

Noah quickly composed himself and left the room

[Four days later]

Noah roamed across the temporary base that has been builded around the symbol

It has been four days from when Noah first made contact with the Shield alot has happened but the most important is that fury has arranged for him join Shield upon his recommendation

Noah was first baffled that recommendations work even in the most secretive organization,Truly the road to success is hugging a thigh of someone who's successful

Anyway he was arranged to work under his superior officer,Agent Natasha Romanoff,and she was also tasked with training him in hand-to-hand and firearm combat and be his probation officer till he genuinely join Shield

Another reason to why she's assigned as his superior officer is probably because she know that Noah was from another dimension

After hours of contemplation,Fury decided it would not be wise to leak the news and contained it and he was presented to shield as superhuman that the fury was nurturing(On sidenote he didn't introduced himself as a blessed to fury and rather a believer who can do rituals to get occasional

Visions and do some spells)

Although most people were skeptical of the supernatural part they didn't disagree as all the people here have already encountered things that cannot be explained scientifically

For the past days he has been training on how to made reports and combat while Phil collected all the materials for the ritual. Honestly,he didn't needed that much materials for the ritual he was just a little annoyed with Fury and ordered everything that has even a bit of symbolism

And today finally Phil collected all the things for the ritual

Noah walked across the base as everybody was retreating because during the ritual the symbol first had to be completed and it may show effects that are not favourable to surroundings

Suddenly,Noah had a premonition,he looked

at his left to found Phil coming towards him while talking to a man.

The man has short brown hair and piercing eyes that may be compared to a hawk overall he was kinda handsome

'Who is he '.Noah is pretty sure that the man was on this base from the start and wasn't a new arrival because a monster is very perceptive of those who are unfamiliar to them because of premonition

But here comes the question If he was here from the start then how did Noah hadn't know him from the start?

The answer is simple he was always close to him even though they hadn't met,most likely spying.Then how did he never noticed even with his premonition?

Another simple answer,when he was training the past few days he has displayed his unusual reaction to gazes and danger and most people knowing about his faith should be able to connect it as another supernatural ability

Knowing this answer become simple. Someone who most likely knows about his unusual perception and High ranked enough to order such a person around there is only one

Suddenly the man raised his head and met his eyes.Noah smiled
