Chapter 15 Take Over Alabasta?

"Your Majesty, I have failed to convince her to join our Kingdom as I didn't do any research on Nico Robin; it was my carelessness,", Stephen said to Augustus inside the throne room while Nico Robin, who was floating within the grasp of the Levitation robe carefully observed Augustus.

"It's fine; there is no need to blame yourself", Augustus said casually while admonishing himself for not giving Stephen more information about Robin within his mind.

"Hello Nico Robin, I'm pleased to formally meet you," Augustus said to the silent Robin.

"I hope you don't misunderstand, we are not here to capture you, rather I want to employ you in the services of my kingdom, to spread your knowledge and to carry on the once-lost legacy of Ohara"

"It would be a pity for such rich knowledge to be lost in the annals of history wouldn't it?" Augustus asked Robin.

"The World Government will destroy your country; You are a mad king!" Nico Robin, who had been quiet all this time, shouted angrily at Augustus.

'How am I the mad king for trying to preserve knowledge?' Augustus wondered but quickly understood things from Robins's perspective.

She has been hunted since she was a child; a large shadow of fear and hopelessness against the World government had been cast over her.

She thought that by Augustus doing this, he would be dooming everybody within the kingdom to death to death and destruction just like Ohara.

"I understand your fears against the World Government, but there is no need to fear them, if they use Marines we have enough power to fight back" 

"All you need to do is to teach and worry about nothing else," Augustus said "On top of that, I've heard about your dream to discover what happened 800 years ago, I promise to gather the road maps"

"I refuse; I will not be responsible for the death of everybody here", Robin said with her mind made up, causing Augustus to sigh to himself.

"Very well then, Stephen send her back" When Stephen heard that he simply nodded and opened the portal back to Alabasta and released Robin.

She looked around suspiciously and then looked at the portal.

Slowly stepping through, she appeared back in the alleyway as if nothing had happened and the portal behind her closed.

"Stephen, Alabsta is in a chaotic period right now, Take over it and bring it under our kingdom, let the king and the royal family of Alabasta be the public rulers of Alabasta"

"In about a year, we will fully expose the fact that we Glofield kingdom are the real rulers of Alabasta"

"Let it be a sub-kingdom under us" Augustus ordered Stephen.

"Yes your majesty"

"The largest kingdom in the world will be under our rule very soon," Stephen said.

He turned around and a portal opened up.

A knock resounded on the door on the door at this moment and the door opened up.

"Your Majesty, a World government ship has been scouted closely approaching the coast of Glofield kingdom", A soldier reported as soon as he entered the throne room.

Stephen, who was about to leave for Alabasta at this time, stopped and stepped back out of the portal, and it closed in front of him.

About an hour later, the ship finally arrived at the port of Glofield, where multiple soldiers were there to receive the people on the ship.

The man with the white mask stepped off the ship, his tall figure intimidating the soldiers slightly, but they stood their ground.

"Where is your King?" The man with the white mask asked in a rather lazy tone.

"His Majesty has been waiting for your arrival" A voice suddenly said.

It was Stephan Strange who said that as he stepped a little forward.

"And who are you?" The disdain in the man's stone was clear.

"I'm the Minister of Healthcare if you will" 

"I see; you are not worthy of speaking to me then, bring me your king" " the man in the white mask said as he ignored Stephen and walked back onto the ship and laid down on the lawn chair.

The relaxed man, however, seemed to have sensed something and quickly stood up, his fist covered in haki as he looked at the golden portal that appeared on the deck of the ship.

"Well, I heard you were looking for me,", Augustus said as he walked out of the portal with his royal robe on and a polite smile.

The man with the white mask observed for a few seconds before the haki wrapped around his fist receded.

"Interesting Devil Fruit you have, what is its name?" The man asked Augustus.

"Don't you know it's not good courtesy to inquire about the devil fruit someone possesses?" Augustus replied.

The man in the mask couldn't help but sneer at Augustus but left that topic.

"The World Government wishes to invite the Glofield Kingdom to join it as one of its associate Kingdoms, The World Government will provide you with resources and protection against the pirates, In exchange you have to pay The heavenly gold next year, the flag of the World Government must also be put up" The Man in the white mask announced.
