Chapter 02 : Happy family !
" WHO ARE YOU? "
" uhhh nobody, moreover I think you should go in your family might be worried " said that boy while retreating slowly, at that time I was so shocked that I didn't even know how to respond, my thought were all blurry, all I could think about is -what the hell is happening right now-
On the door mom was standing while holding her phone light directing it to me;
" June is that you? come inside it's cold in there " said mom with her very soft voice,
" sure " I quickly answered while following her inside, this time she felt more like mom so I knew I could trust her.
when I came inside I saw my whole family sitting together without me but unlike the last time, they seemed all worried and warm like they always used to...
" June where have you been all day ?" asked my dad while directing his gaze toward me
" I.. " and before I even got to say something my mom interrupted me saying :
" June why don't you get some rest in your room, you seem kinda tired to me "
as soon as I heard mom*s words I headed directly to my room and closed my door, I was so frustrated and I had to figure things out before taking any actions because my family*s members don't seem to remember the cake incident, -was I dreaming or some kind of shit- I thought to myself while trying to calm down...
after an hour of deep thinking I just decided to forget what happened so it won't bother me anymore because it ain't logic in any possible way -blowing candles? is that some kind of ritual-
minutes later I've been called for dinner, everything was normal and nobody talked about the weird boy or me staying outside for so long, and honestly, it was best not to, my brother Jeremy was just joking around like he always used to, and we were all laughing together, to me it was a perfect family portrait with no flaws, I was really happy to have dinner with my family again and chat about all the stupid little things we love, even if it sounds boring and simple I still value it deep down in my heart more than anything else.
after dinner ended I was informed that I will be attending a new high school starting tomorrow so I should sleep early which I did...

" June wake up its time for school ! " said mom
" can I have 5 more minutes... " I said desperately
" Okay ! " mom replied
-huh? seriously, that never happens like a whole damn 5 minutes ??- I thought to myself before getting back to sleep, after 2 hours I finally woke up freaking out because I'm late as never, I walked to my mom and asked in a sleepy voice: " why did you let me sleep till now, I have school.."
"it's okay sweetie your school starts at 10 you're not late "
-what kind of school starts at 10, I thought they all start at 8- I thought to myself, and then I asked: " then why did you try to wake me at 7 if it starts at 10? "
" June go get ready or you'll be late on your first day " said mom
"sure"
-is she dodging my question? Hmmm weird, maybe she just mistook the timing with the old one-
after that I finally arrived at school and got signed in I headed to my class, I found a seat for myself, and surprisingly it was my favorite seat, it felt like it was designed for me.
soon later I noticed that the nobody boy was in the same class as me.
-the incident from that day is still living in my memory, I guess forcing myself to forget something isn't as easy as it seems, should I ask him about it? forget it he probably didn't even recognize me-
I thought to myself while zoning out...
" excuse me are you new here? " said some random girl
" yeah.."
-who*s that? for some reason I couldn't see her face clearly, she didn't have a lot of details as if she was a side character of manga or something, I mean I wished someone will talk to me but that was kinda fast-
" umm by any chance do you know what subject we will be studying now? " I asked
" biology "
-I wish the teacher doesn't come- I thought to myself
" the teacher is absent today " said the girl excitedly
-huh, I just thought about that... wait a second the 5 minutes in the morning, the girl talking to me, the sudden absence of a teacher, all of those combined are too strange to be a coincidence, so is the girl reading my mind or...
