The fight

AN: Alright before writing this chapter I want to confirm something again. I have decided not to change the canon much until the egg head Island. But don't worry you won't be reading a one piece novel with no changes. There will be changes for sure. And one such change has already happened. This will be going in slow pace for a long time. So I hope that you enjoy the story.

The fight

Hody suddenly fell on his knees and started coughing up blood. Due to the steroids he hasn't felt the pain from the internal damage that much. But now he realised that Luffy's earlier attack has done more damage than he thought. But now when he looked at his 100,000 men, he realised that he is actually in trouble. But even then the effects from the steroids have clouded his mind. He couldn't think anything clearly. 75,000 men fell without even him touching anyone. He didn't know what that power was. But Hody believed that the steroids could give him power far greater than that human.

"Hey, Godi or Jodi or whoever you are, I don't care ! I don't care what kind of king you want to be, but there is only room for one Pirate King !" Luffy declared. Hearing his words, Hody was furious. He has also heard the insult from the woman from the straw hat crew with the help of his superior hearing. But he didn't care as he thought that he could pay her back for her insult later. But Luffy's insult struck his nerve. Hody decided to consume the rest of the energy steroids and teach the bastard a lesson.

He stood up from his position. After that great monologue, falling on his knees was shameful. And Hody wanted to get rid of that feeling by killing Luffy.

But when he was about to consume the entire bucket of energy steroids, Luffy suddenly charged at him.

His underlings went forward to stop him.

But the green and blonde haired pirates disappeared from their spot and appeared infront of them, blocking their attack. Jinbe, that traitor also moved and blocked the third attack. And the final attack was blocked by a giant arm which grew from the ground. He didn't know who did that but he was not sure that he will be able to avoid the giant arm of the straw hat. So he focused every ounce of his strength to consume as much energy steroids as he can.

"Gomu Gomu no !

Elephant Gun !"

A giant fist smashed Hody to the ground.

If not for his timely consumption of energy steroids then he would definitely have died from that attack. Even if he survived he would have taken a lot of damage that could have put him out of commission.

But the energy steroids changed the game.

As Luffy retreated, his four friends took care of the pirates they were facing. They were not out cold for good. But all of them have taken some damage and thrown away to distance by different attacks.

But when the dust clouds started to settle, a water shot is suddenly fired at the princess. But in the presence of Jinbe , it never reached Shirahoshi. It was stopped by another water shot created by Jinbe.

"Hody, it seems that even after consuming all those steroids your Fish-Man Karate is still no match for me. You are not fit to be the king of anything when you don't even have necessary strength." Jinbe commented.

Hody didn't reply to Jinbe.

"Kill princess Shirahoshi at all cost !" Hody ordered loudly.

"No one will touch the princess in my presence !" Jinbe declared.

"Don't forget about me !" Sanji replied after kicking some pirates away.

A few pirates aimed cannons at Shirahoshi but Brook stepped in and used his music to hypnotize the pirates and make them fire their shots towards each other. Then he struck the remaining pirates down with his swordplay. A few pirates charged at Zoro while defending themselves with shields. But he unleashed a Tatsumaki that formed into a whirlwind, cutting up the shields and continue to cut the pirates afterward.

Few of the sea urchin pirates used their bubbles to fly overheard and aim for Shirahoshi. But before they could reach her Sanji appeared in front of her using his own version of moonwalk which he called skywalk. But the pirates didn't stop. They charged full speed ahead, intending to skewer them with their spikes. Sanji just stood there and lighted up a cigarette. Just as the urchins closed in, Sanji disappeared using Sky Walk.

"I am the loyal night of the mermaid princess your bastards !" Sanji yelled at the attackers as he unleashed a new Diable Jambe attack called Poêle à Frire Spectre, rapidly knocking out the urchin squad.

Robin was busy stomping the pirates flat. He was not using haki, and she didn't want to kill them.

A group of the pirates called the Hyper Toxin Squadron were called in, looking to poison their opponents. But then, Franky reveled the 4th Soldier Dock system: Black Rhino FR-U IV, a motorcycle with spiked wheels and a rhino design on the front. Immediately the attention of all the boys present on the scene turned into the bike while stars appeared on their eyes.

Even Luffy got distracted by the bike. Looking towards the bike, Robin noticed that it was too big for her to ride. So she immediately lost her interest and focused on lessening the numbers of pirates.

Franky easily plowed through them before coming upon a pirate wielding a mace. Before the pirate could strike, he was blown aside by the 5th Soldier Dock weapon: Brachio Tank V, a mini tank driven by Usopp, Chopper, Nami and Papag.

Luffy got distracted again. But thankfully Zoro was there to knock some Sense into him and bring him back to reality.

Seeing that he was losing badly, Hody called out Surume to take care of them.

"Kracken ! Come here take care of these fools !"

However when Surume appeared a large smile bloomed on Luffy's face.

"Surume !

Hey can I ride and top of you ?" Luffy asked with a Sunny smile.

While all those things are going on Robin thought to herself.

'Why the hell Luffy is not finishing him off ?'
