242- Deserted island and marines

Within a chaotic wave of spacetime, there was a giant black dragon protecting five children and then putting them in his mouth so that they would not be affected by the warps of spacetime because it destroyed even the scales on his body that no one could even scratch.

What the Black Dragon does not know is that if he left the children nothing would happen to them but because Ethan held on to the children and tried to prevent spacetime from absorbing them, the spacetime became violent and started attacking him to separate him from the children.

The dragon tried his best to control the spacetime around him, but the spacetime was so chaotic that he couldn't do anything while the injuries were accumulating on his body.

The dragon didn't know how long it took but in the end they were tossed out of spacetime into a deserted island.

The injuries to his body were very severe and as soon as he took the five children out of his mouth he lost consciousness and transformed into a human form.

The five children gathered around him and saw his entire body covered in blood and even his face could not be recognized from the amount of blood he was bleeding.

"Sensei!" Isoka yelled as tears streamed from her eyes and tried to move his body.

"Isoka, don't do that." Lapanui stopped her before she grabbed Ethan's body, "Sensei has serious injuries and if you move him the wrong way the injuries may worsen and he bleed faster."

"So what should we do?" Fat kid Pukau asked Lapanui anxiously.

"We have to try to stop the bleeding." Lapanui looked at Ethan's large body and sighed, "But we don't have enough cloth to cover all the wounds so let's stop the bleeding from the wounds that seem more serious."

The boys took off their shirts and tried to stop the bleeding. Isoka tried to take off her shirt too but at this moment she noticed a ship approaching the deserted island. "Guys, look over there."

The children became happy at the sight of the ship, but the Lapanui got serious when they saw that the ship belonged to the Marines, but they had no other choice if they wanted to save their sensei, "Burn a fire so they can see where we are."

"But they are Marines who might arrest Sensei after doing his treatment." Rongo, who is the youngest of the children, was worried because according to what he heard from Sora and the girls, Sensei is a famous pirate.

"It's better than Sensei dying from his injuries, and also if something unexpected happens we have to protect him ourselves." Lapanui gritted his teeth, "If we can't protect Sensei, what's the point of all the training we've done?"

Seeing smoke rising from the deserted island, a young blue-haired girl used binoculars to look at the island and saw a group of children waving their hands. "there are children on that island."

A black-haired young man took the binoculars from her and looked at the island and then shouted to his colleagues, "Everyone, sail to these children."

"Shut up, brat, don't give us orders and you just joined the marines." The rest of the Marines didn't like how this guy was giving them orders.

"Bwahaha, don't act like that we're going to save some kids after all." The young man laughed out loud, but an old man standing behind him punched him in the head, causing a noticeable swelling to appear.

"Why did you do this, old man?" The young man rubbed the swelling on his head while looking at the old man in annoyance.

The old man punched the young man in the face and the young man began to roll on the ground in a comical manner. "Be more respectful with your older colleagues."

After that, the old man ordered the marines to head towards the island in order to save the children.

As soon as they arrived on the island, they saw five children, four of whom were not wearing shirts, and the fifth was a little girl.

The blue-haired young woman looked at the children and noticed blood on their hands. 'Where did this blood come from?'

The child who appears to be a children's leader bowed toward the Marines while pleading, "Please save our sensei!"

Seeing their leader bowing, the rest of the children bowed as well.

"Where are your sensei? As Marines we have a duty to help and save people." The blue-haired young woman patted the head of the purple-haired girl.

Isoka nodded and started walking towards Ethan's place with the rest of the kids.

The Marines were careful when they followed Lapanui and his friends because they were worried that this might be a trap set up by the pirates.

The children quickly reached the place where Ethan was lying because he was not far at all and he only behind a large boulder twenty meters away.

The Marines opened their eyes wide upon seeing the bloodied Ethan and there was a large amount of blood under his body.

Only from the amount of blood they saw did they guess that this person was already dead, the old man looked at the children and sighed, "Sorry kids but it looks like he's already dead."

Isoka fell to her knees and started crying. The rest of the kids started crying too but they are still standing.

The blue-haired girl sighed upon seeing the children crying like this, 'He must be someone really dear to them.'

The blue-haired girl looked at Ethan and with her good eyes she noticed Ethan's chest rising and falling slightly, indicating that he was still breathing.

"He's still alive, someone please bring the doctor here." As soon as she found out, she said to the girl in a loud voice as she went to Ethan's side to examine him, but she did not move his body.

Soon the children stopped crying and approached Ethan as well.

'He's still breathing and his breathing seems normal as if he was just asleep.' The girl was astonished after checking the speed of his breathing.

Usually, breathing becomes faster because the brain sends a signal to the body that oxygen is not reaching it, so the person begins to breathe faster and the heart rate increases, which leads to faster bleeding and eventually the injured person dies.

Moments later, a marine doctor arrived and began examining Ethan's condition, and then gave orders to some marines to transport Ethan to the ship with caution in order not to worsen his injuries.

At this point, the Marines were divided into two groups, a group that returned to the ship with Ethan and the children, and a group that went to hunt animals and collect fruit from the island.

On the ship, the doctor tried to sew Ethan's wounds, but the needle never penetrated his body, which made the doctor surprised, then he used alternative methods to treat Ethan.

Hours later, the doctor came out of the room while sighing deeply, which made the children waiting outside the room worried but the doctor smiled at them, "Don't worry he's alive."

"Actually I'm shocked that he's still alive with all those wounds." The doctor sighed again, "A normal human would die from these wounds, but what makes me amazed is his body is so strong and the most amazing thing is the person or thing that has been able to inflict these wounds on his body."

"What do you mean?" The blue-haired girl looked at the doctor in confusion.

"I believe that his body is as strong as iron or perhaps even as strong as steel, I can't believe that a body like this would be injured so no matter who can inflict damage on this body is incredibly strong."

The blue-haired girl got serious because there was a possibility that there was an enemy with a great power on this island so she looked at the kids and started asking them, "Can you tell us how your sensei got these wounds?"

Lapanui is very clever and knew what to say at this moment, "Sensei has already gotten rid of that thing so there is nothing dangerous on this island."

She asked him about it, but he didn't tell her about the rainbow mist and he didn't make up lies. He just kept quiet when she asked him and refused to talk about anything about it, "I'm not going to say anything about it, all you should know is that the thing that caused this to Sensei doesn't exist anymore."

The blue-haired girl stopped asking questions and invited them to eat, after eating Isoka looked at the girl with gratitude.

"onee-san, thanks for helping our sensei." Isoka bowed to the blue-haired girl, "I apologize for not introducing myself yet, my name is Isoka and this is Lapanui, Pukau, Akibi, and Rongo."

"No need to thank me, it's normal for Marines to help people." The blue-haired girl smiled and then introduced herself, "My name is Tsuru and I'm a new recruit in the Marines."
