240 240- Rainbow Mist

After persuading the civilians to turn their hatred toward the mayor, Ethan, Henzo, and the girls left the restaurant.

As for the civilians in the restaurant, they will go talk to the citizens of this town and try to persuade them to turn against the mayor.

When Ethan and the girls arrived at the port , they saw many people have gathered. Henzo look around and saw a galeon ship on the sea.

Nico Robin: "It looks like an old ship."

Lucy looked around looking for the old man and saw Henzo riding something similar to a baby car and when the car fell into the sea it turned into a small paddle boat.

"Cool~" Lucy's eyes twinkled upon seeing this.

"Awesome!" Sora was also excited upon seeing this and indicated to her dad that she wanted a car like that.

Lucy hugs his arm and Sora hugs his head and they both beg for a similar car.

Ethan doesn't mind and plans to buy one that's a better shape for them than the system, but for now he wants to chase after that old man in order to enter the Rainbow Mist. "Hey, let's go there!"

Then Ethan, Zora, Kuina, Lucy, Sora, Freya, Chopper, tigress and Robin take Black Pearl Freya and approach the galeon. They got inside and found nothing. They finally meet Henzo and ask him about the ship.

He didn't say anything and kept moving around inside the ship and there was hot food as if someone had just made the food and after looking around for a while he spoke seriously as a tear fell from his eye. "There's no mistake, this is the ship back then. The ship from 50 years ago, and it didn't change one bit at all."

"What are you talking about, old man?" Zora looked at him puzzled how a ship could remain the same for 50 years.

Then Henzo's machine make a strange noise and he go out, followed by the crew. They saw a Rainbow Mist at far place and Henzo want to go there, but the galeon's steer controller is broke.

Henzo asked them to use the Black Pearl Freya in order to go to the Rainbow Mist and Ethan readily agreed because he wanted to go there too.

They got inside the mist and saw many broken ship.

"Professor, where are we?" Robin looked at the broken ships and asked Henzo.

Henzo: "Ape's concert."

"Apes concert?! it couldn't be." Shock appeared on Nico Robin's face.

"W-what's that?!" Chopper felt something was wrong and she didn't think the name describes this area of broken ships well.

"A ship graveyard, where one you enter, you can never get out." Sweat appeared on Nico Robin's forehead as she tells the crew about this place.

"W-WHAT?!" The entire crew cried out in shock.

"Awesome!" Lucy's eyes flashed in excitement unlike Chopper who was very frightened.

Lucy and Sora got very excited about the adventure, while Chopper got really scare about ghost. Lucy, Sora and Chopper then got inside a ship and they found a box full of jewelry.

Ethan is not interested in these jewels and gold because he is already rich because of Queen Ban, but still orders the crew to search for all the destroyed ships and collect gold and jewels.

While the girls are looking for jewelry and gold, Ethan, Robin and Henzo hear bells ringing.

"Those who would disturb the dead..." A voice appeared out of nowhere, making Chopper frightened. "Leave the cargo, and depart at once. or else, the curse of the dead shall befall you!"

"I-i'm s-scared...!" Little Chopper shivered as she held her hat tightly, tears welling up in her eyes.

Sora hugged her quickly to calm her down, it was really weird Sora who is so young isn't afraid while Chopper who is much older is so scared.

Then a white ghost-shaped piece of cloth appeared floating in the air, making Chopper even more frightened and Lucy even more excited. Lucy went to the ghosts but didn't find anything inside the cloth after catching them.

But she found a thread attached to the cloth, so she pulled it hard, causing a small child to fall from the crow's nest of a wrecked ship into the sea.

"Akibi!" Because of this, a blond-haired boy appeared himself, shouting the name of the child who had fallen into the sea, while a child with purple hair tried to stop him from showing himself to the enemies, but he did not listen and showed himself, forcing her to show herself too.

In order to protect the blond-haired boy, the girl pulled out the sword and attacked Ethan. Ethan stopped the blade of the sword with his finger, causing the girl to open her eyes wide.

At this moment the leader of the children appeared and began to threaten the crew with a grenade in hand, "If you don't let us go, I will use this bomb to kill us all."

Upon seeing the children, Henzo was surprised because he recognized them and then approached the children's leader and pressed the button on the bomb, which led to the appearance of a bright light as if the bomb was about to explode, but after a few moments nothing happened.

"This is my invention, it is only used to intimidate enemies." The children were shocked at his words but he continued to speak, "Guys, I'm Henzo, do you remember me?"

The leader of the children could not believe him, so he threw the bomb on the ground, which led to the appearance of smoke, and then tried to escape with the rest of the children.

But Ethan stood in their way and caught them all.

After the arrest of the four children, an arrow was fired at Ethan, but the arrow broke when hitting his body.

Ethan sighed, and within a moment he caught the fat kid who shot the arrow, so all the kids were caught.

Ethan didn't tie them up he just made them board his ship and didn't let them leave.

After that, Henzo spoke to the children and they did not try to escape again because they knew it was useless.

Summarizing the conversation that took place between Hanzo and the children and their stories:

1- More than 50 years ago, Hanzo and these kids were friends and they wanted to be pirates, but their island was attacked by a pirate called Wetton.

2- During the fight with the person named Wetton, Henzo pushed Wetton into the sea with him.

3- The rest of his child friends stayed in the galeon, but the galeon's steer controller is broke so the ship headed straight into the rainbow mist.

4- Since then he has never seen his friends and now, fifty years later, he has finally been able to see them, but they are not all grown up at all.

At first the kids didn't believe that this old man was the same as their smart friend Henzo, but whenever the old man talked about the moments they spent together when they were young they had no choice but to believe him.

After that, Ethan and the crew tried to get out of the rainbow mist, but no matter how far they traveled, they would come back to the same place.

"It seems this place is a space loop." Ethan was very calm and wasn't nervous or afraid when he said this but the girls didn't understand what he meant so he explained it to them. "which means it takes anyone and anything back to the point in from which they started."

"What's worse is that we may have been here for a few minutes but maybe years have passed in the outside world." Nico Robin spoke seriously, which made the rest of the girls worried.

Lucy didn't quite get it so Ethan explained simply, "If we get out of here we might find Nami and the girls outside are old women."

Lucy: "NANI?! This is bad, we have to get out of here quickly."

"But you shouldn't worry right now, time in this fog is running at the same rate as time outside, but it probably won't last long." Ethan sighed as he tried to sense the space and time around him while thinking, 'This is a good opportunity to improve my control of spacetime.'
