149- Nojiko VS Baroque work

As Mr 8, Mr 9, and Miss Monday and Miss Wednesday were talking, Nojiko stood on the roof of a building thinking, 'Why did Ethan tell me I had to reveal myself before attacking them? It doesn't make sense, this is a good opportunity to do a sneak attack.'

Miss Monday sneered, "She's up on the roof you idiot."

"well your little trap was just so obvious from the beginning I couldn't help but want to play a long, turns out you're nothing but a bunch of bounty hunters." she said before eying the four down on the ground, "isn't that right Baroque work?"

Ethan tells her about the Baroque work but she only knows the name and she can guess they are a group of bounty hunters.

As they had been talking the civilians had all gathered outside with weapons at the ready but upon hearing Nojiko announce their organisations name they all froze.

"How do you know the name of our organization!" Mr 8 yells in shock.

"No need to talk, we'll interrogate her after we catch her." Miss Monday spoke confidently because the person in front of them had a bounty of 3 million on her head.

And for Miss Monday defeating pirates like these was as easy as drinking water.

"Anyway, you must surrender to us, or you will suffer." Mr 9 said arrogantly while holding a metal racket in each hand.

"Why should I surrender to you? You are just 100 people and for me I can easily defeat you." Nojiko smiled as she pulled out another pistol, now she has one in each hand.

This girl couldn't be serious right, there were over a hundred of them and they had four officer agents with them. She was only one girl and yet she thought she could beat all of them, she must be insane.

Mr 9 gritted his teeth in anger hearing Nojiko, 'she dare look down on us' he thought before yelling aloud, "kill her!!!!"

But within moments, Nojiko shot six times and brought down six people, and in the next second, she disappeared from the rooftop of the building.

Mr. 8's eyes were wide seeing the girl disappear.

"Fuck, where did she go?" Several of them shouted as they looked around, while there was a blue-haired girl in the middle with a big smile looking around pretending to be looking for something, but moments later someone discovered her.

Everyone turned away from her while Mr. 9 and Mr. 8 looked at her in shock, their eyes almost popping out of their sockets.

A group of people around her grabbed their pistols and shot her, but she moved quickly and moved away from there, causing them to shoot each other, while Nojiko fired six times and shot down more of them.

Immediately after that, Nojiko disappeared again.

Mr 8: "These idiots shot each other!"

Mr 9: "She has disappeared again."

"Kill her fast, she's just one person!" Mr 8 said and then immediately froze as the barrel of a pistol hung on the back of his head.

"Don't move if you don't want your head to explode. Give orders to everyone and make them drop their weapons." Nojiko simply smiled, then she looked at everyone while thinking, 'I used to think that the Grand Line was full of people with brute strength but I was wrong, and the proof is that everyone on this island is weaker than me.'

She's getting stronger because of the workouts she does every day with Ethan and the girls. Ordinary people can no longer be considered her opponents.

But contrary to Nojiko's expectations, the bounty hunters held their pistols and pointed them at her, causing her to think in shock, 'It seems they don't care about their boss life.'

Because of this, he found her grouped of five people and they started shooting at her without any hesitation, but before any shots hit her, she entered one of the houses in order to take cover.

As soon as the ammunition in their guns ran out, Nojiko quickly came out and within moments she was able to shoot the five and bring them down.

More people started gathering some with pistols and some with swords, but Nojiko fired quickly and didn't give people with pistols a chance to shoot.

At this point, her pistols ran out of ammunition, so she started running away while the sword-wielding men chased after her.

During this time she reloaded her pistol, but at this moment a person appeared in the next alley with a bazooka on his shoulder and fired a rocket (cannonball?) towards her.

Nojiko reacts very quickly and aimed her pistol at the rocket and fired at it and made it explode halfway towards her and then fired at the person carrying the bazooka and killed him.

Then she shot the people with swords who were chasing her.

At this moment a huge person approached from behind her carrying a stick at the end of which a rock the size of half a person and tried to hit Nojiko but she noticed him and shot him in the leg which made him scream and fall to the ground in pain.

He gritted his teeth and resisted the pain, then took hold of his weapon and wanted to attack her again, but she put her pistol in his mouth and fired.

She didn't feel pity for these people because she saw how despicable they were when they tried to shoot their leader just in order to bring her down.

After that, she went up to one of the buildings and took a suitable location and started sniping many people, then changed her location and continued to do so until only 20 people remained.

As Nojiko was jumping from one rooftop to another, someone was carrying a pistol in the street below her and fired at her.

Nojiko was in the air and could not evade so she was in a life-threatening situation and perhaps because of this she had a sudden sensation telling her the path of the bullet and she followed that feeling and shot twice in the direction of the path

The first shot collided with the shot fired by the person causing it to change direction, and the second shot continued towards that person and pierced his heart.

All this happened within a split second, Nojiko landed on the second building while breathing rough, her back filled with sweat and her entire body tense up. She had just been close to death, and if she was delayed even a fraction of a second, the bullet would have hit her.

Ethan who was about to save her a smile appeared on his face. He came close to her and hugged her, "It's okay I'm here."

After Nojiko calmed down, Ethan gently whispered to her. "Take a break, I'll do the rest."

Nojiko looked into Ethan's eyes and shook her head, "No, I'm fine and I'll continue."

"Are you sure? It's okay to stop here." Ethan looked at her worriedly.

Nojiko smiled and said confidently, "I am strong and also you are here to protect me, so nothing will happen to me."

After saying this, Nojiko went to bring down the remaining enemies, and at this moment Freya spoke in Ethan's mind, [Her love for you has increased at this moment.]
