107- Rapid Growth

Ethan and Lucy stood in front of each other in the training room and both had serious expressions and also both were blindfolded.

Ethan's leg is raised and then lowered very fast to kick Lucy.

After Lucy was hit, she stood up and was not harmed because Ethan did not use Busoshoku Haki in his attacks.

"Ethan, don't go easy on me, we're training here. If you don't use Busoshoku Haki, what's the point of this training?" Lucy frowned as she ran toward Ethan.

Lucy builds up speed and momentum with a long series of quick punches similar to Gomu Gomu no Gatling, stopping just short of Ethan, and finishes with a single double-palm blow similar to Bazooka to thrust-forward the gathered force all at once.

Ethan's chest was hit directly by Lucy's attack. Ethan retreated a few steps, but his body never hurt from the attack, because his body's hardness is great and he used Tekkai to make his muscles more solid.

"As you wish, I'll start the attack seriously." When Ethan said this, Lucy smiled and used Gear Second.

Lucy would initiate this technique by using her leg as a pump to increase the blood flow in all of her body parts. As a result, all of her body parts become stronger and faster.

Lucy moved quickly as if she was using a Soru or maybe better than a normal Soru.

Ethan tried to sense Lucy's attack intent to locate her but she was too fast, and it's hard to locate her using Kenbunshoku Haki because he's novice in using this technique.

So instead of standing still, he quickly changes his position while trying to sense Lucy's attack, from time to time he changes his position.

Moments after standing still, Ethan heard a loud crash behind him, then heard Lucy's voice, "It hurts, damn it. If I move so fast I can't keep track of your position."

Their fight lasted for a few minutes in this state and neither could attack the other except rarely when they could use Kenbunshoku Haki while moving fast until Ethan decided not to use Soru and Lucy not to use Gear Second in their current training until they had mastered Kenbunshoku Haki properly.

After another half hour, the two of them finally stopped training.

Ethan and Lucy removed the cloth covering their eyes, then saw the bruises on their bodies from each other's beating.

Ethan used Busoshoku Haki which is why Lucy bruised, Lucy used Busoshoku Haki and Gear Third to hurt Ethan.

"We will continue to practice like this every day until we master the types of Haki quickly." Ethan smiled as he walked out of the room with Lucy and headed to the medical room where Kaya and their baby girl Sora were.

Lucy nodded in agreement, she's starting to love to train with Ethan and get stronger. If they ask her what she loves most in life, the third place will be training, the second will be her companions and meat, and the first will be Ethan and Sora.

The two of them entered the medical room where Kaya and Sora were.

As soon as they walked in, Kaya looked at them seriously, "Ethan, there's a problem."
