82 Chapter 82: Criminal Dealings

The people whispered among themselves what they had witnessed in the night, when Lucas suddenly appeared.

At the same time that Lucas teleported to Whole Cake Island. 

Impel Down, Eternal Hell,

"He's in the Eternal Hell level and wants to meet with the prisoners on the list who have been erased from history!"

The first person, escorted by guards, arrived before Kong. It was Vasco Shot!

"Hey, hey, you brought me here by force, and besides, I haven't had a drink in a long time, can you give me something to drink?" Vasco tilted his head and sat in the chair, his hands and feet chained.

"Give him something to drink." Kong unexpectedly agreed.

"Eh?" Vasco's eyes blinked. He wasn't stupid. He knew they were planning something by so readily agreeing to his request.

Soon enough, a guard handed Vasco a bottle of alcohol.

"Good drink."

Vasco gulped it all down and burped a mighty loud burp of satisfaction, his face turning red.

"Come on, spill it, why did you bring me here?" Vasco smiled and, as he spoke, he leaned forward with an intimidating stare.

"To make a deal with you. If it succeeds, we'll let you out and give you your freedom," Kong spoke, pulling out a photo and placing it in front of Vasco.

In the photo, a black-haired man is smiling at the camera, sitting in prison, but he is completely free and unrestricted.

Vasco frowned. The man in the photo looked so familiar, it was Lucas! He looked at Lucas's photo for a moment, then looked at Kong and said, "Do you want me to kill him?"

"Yes," Kong said bluntly.

"Toputoputopu..." Vasco smiled when he heard Kong's words and, after a brief silence. "Indeed, such is the ways of the disgusting World Government that if they cannot achieve cooperation without the other party, they would rather have them dead."

He raised his hand and pushed the photo away from him.

The next moment, the chain clanged and Vasco stood up and left! Revealing his attitude towards the request.

"Eh?" Kong felt perplexed by the situation. He thought about Vasco's rejection, but never thought he would refuse so easily.

A wave of his hand signaled the guard at the door to take Vasco back to the prison.

"It doesn't matter if you don't agree, but you must keep this matter a secret and do not tell anyone, otherwise... you know the consequences," Kong said before leaving.

Vasco Shot just laughed when he heard the warning and stumbled away with his drunken hiccups.

After Vasco was taken away, the door to the room opened and Magellan walked in. "The people on the sixth level are not stupid."

At this moment, Magellan had a frown and did not like the command task assigned by the Five Elders. To cooperate with criminals in the prison and release them after the incident is completed, Magellan, as the head Warden, has protected Impel Down for so many years and now he has to work with said prisoners just to gain full control back to Impel Down.

But this is a decision of world politics, and he cannot interfere.

"Commander Kong, he wants me to call someone." Magellan looked at Kong, feeling helpless.

"Let Patrick Redfield come." Kong said the name after thinking for a while!

Magellan's face suddenly changed! He didn't expect Kong to call upon such a devious prisoner! But soon, Magellan moved and quickly left the room, ready to pull that guy out from the depths of hell where he was imprisoned.
