“Evacuate”

While waiting for news from Ivankov and the others, Olvia told Yamamoto about a problem. Apis' grandfather Bokuden was not willing to leave his home island, so Apis could not go with them either.

Apis was very sad, as she did not want to be separated from Robin, Olvia, and the others, but she also did not want to be separated from her grandfather. Unlike Yosano, Apis did hurt to be separated from her grandfather.

"I'll talk to him" Yamamoto said as he headed for Bokuden's house. Olvia nodded and left everything in Yamamoto's hands.

It had been almost 4 days since Ivankov, Ralph, and Lego left, it would take 4 days to get to the 80th division, so their call should be coming any day now.

They already had all the books and other things on the marine ship which, thanks to its large size, they were able to take everything with them without any problems.

Knock, knock.

The door opened, "Will you also try to convince me to leave the island?" asked Bokuden.

"Yes, we'd better talk inside" said Yamamoto. Bokuden let him pass, when they reached the dining room he sat on a chair and Bokuden on the chair in front of him.

"Apis is not at home?" asked Yamamoto noticing the quiet atmosphere in the house.

"No, her mood these days is down, she must be with her animal friends" replied Bokuden with concern in his tone.

"You could easily solve that, just follow us and Apis won't be sad, as she won't be separated from anyone" said Yamamoto.

"No... I have lived my whole life here, my ancestors would be disappointed in me if I left the island, still, I don't want Apis to have the same fate as me. She must go with you. See Robin as a sister and trust you and Olvia completely" said Bokuden as his lips trembled.

Yamamoto looked at Bokuden understanding how he felt, he along with all the archaeologists had to leave their home island, and now he knew Ohara was destroyed.

"You are giving a girl a very difficult decision, she will never choose to leave you here" said Yamamoto scratching his beard, which had become a habit by now.

"Stop thinking about dead people and try to make your granddaughter who is still alive happy, I don't think your ancestors will be angry with you for making that decision, that's my advice" said Yamamoto as he stood up and walked out of the house, leaving Bokuden absorbed in his thoughts.

Yamamoto wanted Bokuden to follow him with his own will, but if he ends up refusing and remains stubborn he will take him by force. Not because of losing a follower, but because of the danger of staying on this island.

Bokuden is already related to him and the Ohara archaeologists, if the marine arrives and finds him, they will notice the houses and know that they were staying there. It would be very dangerous for Bokuden to stay here.

'I hope my words will make him think' thought Yamamoto as he walked through the village in the direction of the library. These days they were using it as a venue for meetings.

As he entered the library he noticed that everyone was gathered together, Dragon, Kuma, Olvia, Tesoro, Stella, Roche, etc.

"What are they doing?" asked Yamamoto as he went to the large central table in the library.

On the circular table were a large number of maps and papers, while Olvia, Hocha, and Kuma were reading them and writing things down.

"We are looking at what would be the quickest route to get to the 80th division" Hocha replied as she wrote something down on a map.

"Is there any news from Ivankov?" asked Yamamoto looking at Dragon who shook his head.

It had been almost 4 full days now and he never called.

"Were you able to convince Bokuden?" asked Olvia as she put the pen down on the table and looked towards Yamamoto.

"I said a few words to them, we'll see if they work" Yamamoto replied.

Before Olvia could speak, a den den mushi that was on the table began to ring.

Dragon who was closest to the snail picked up, "Ivankov?" asked Dragon.

"Dragon it's terrible! The Marines found us, they already knew the location of Warship Island! They could be here any minute!" shouted Ivankov in the background gunfire could be heard.

"Fire the cannons!" shouted Ivankov in a very different tone than usual.

"What how did they know?" asked Dragon with surprise.

"I don't know, but it was a matter of time. Take this!" replied Ivankov who looked like he was struggling as he conversed.

"Did they find the families of Lego and the others?" asked Dragon.

"Yes... they already knew that Lego, Ralph, and the others had disappeared so they set up surveillance here, luckily we were able to steal a ship, as for the families they all agreed to follow us" replied Ivankov quickly.

"They must set sail immediately, the move the marine is making is much bigger than any other! I'll meet you later" Ivankov said as he ended the call as he was not in a good position to converse.

Dragon stood up from his chair. They all did the same and had alert expressions.

Yamamoto frowned, *Damn marines, they found us faster than I thought*.

"Let's go to the ship! Hocha let Yosano know. You Treasure go tell Saul and the ex-Marines" said Yamamoto. Hocha and Tesoro quickly nodded and ran out of the library.

The other archaeologists grabbed the maps and papers from the table and began to evacuate.

"Where is Robin?" asked Yamamoto looking at Olvia.

"I don't know...surely she must be with Apis" replied Olvia worriedly as she headed off to find them.

"No, you go tell Bokuden. I'll go look for them" Yamamoto said. He would be faster and knew the forest better than she did.

Luckily they had already completed the move, all they had to do was go to the ship and set sail. Yamamoto with all his speed headed to the forest in a few minutes he arrived and started looking for the two girls.

He searched but found no trace of them, *Damn it, why are they disappearing now?* thought Yamamoto. Then he thought of a place where they could be, the cave where Apis found Ryu, he quickly went there.

When he was at the gates of the cave, he could hear two childish voices coming from inside.

"Robin, Apis come out!" said Yamamoto in a loud tone.

Within seconds the two girls came out, Apis looked like she had been crying. Three small wolves also came out following Apis.

"What's wrong grandpa Yamamoto?" asked Robin who also had a sad tone.

"We have to go, the Marines already found us" replied Yamamoto quickly.

Robin quickly followed Yamamoto's orders, on the other hand, Apis looked like she wouldn't budge from her place.

"No, I'll stay with grandpa!" said Apis.

*That brat...* thought Yamamoto somewhat annoyed, this was no time to waste time.

Before Yamamoto could say something to convince Apis, a voice spoke, "Apis I will go with you" It was Bokuden who came out of one of the trees.

"Bokuden how did you get here?" asked Yamamoto in surprise.

"I knew Apis would be here, she always does when she's sad" replied Bokuden.

"Grandpa, are we really going to follow Robin and the others?" said Apis with a smile as she hugged Bokuden.

"Yes, your happiness is more important than anything" said Bokuden as he stroked Apis' head.

"They can be happy when we have arrived at the new island" said Yamamoto.

After that, Yamamoto loaded the 3 and started to run towards the harbor. Bokuden was an old man so he would be very slow and Apis and Robin were two girls. The 3 small wolves also followed them, and even Apis' two bird friends also decided to follow her.

Bokuden climbed on Yamamoto's back. As for Robin and Apis, he carried them in his arms. In a few minutes, they arrived at the harbor, where everyone else was already waiting for them.

"There you are Bokuden, I've been looking for you all the time!" said Olvia sighing more calmly.

Yamamoto, Apis, and the other two boarded the marine ship, and even Apis' animals boarded, "Is everyone here yet?" asked Yamamoto.

"Yes!" replied most of them in unison.

Saul, Tesoro, Stella, Yosano, Olvia, Hocha, Roche, Dragon, Kuma, and everyone else were on the ship.

"All right, set sail!" ordered Yamamoto.
