30 Stowaways.

It's been one day since the crew made their way towards the Grand Line, right now, everyone's asleep.

And you know the saying: "When the cat's away, the mice will play."

The tree stowaways left the storage room and silently made their way towards the deck.

"Are we really doing this?" Dias.

"They're pirates, kid. No mercy to them for all the people they have wronged." Ann.

"But their only crimes are piracy and destruction of the World Government property. There's no slaughter, no pillage." Atoli.

"It's a matter of time before those crimes escalate, listen to what I have to say. Pirates are nothing but no good wretches that pollute the sea." Ann.

"Now, where have I heard that before?" Kaizo spoke.

The trio looked at him standing on the main mast as he tries to remember when he heard something similar.

"Ah, yes. Nami! She was just like you." Kaizo spoke as he got down the main mast.

'Their looks, it shouldn't be but, if this world is more of an AU than the real storyline. I'll be able to gather a reasonable number of allies from the non-canonic media.' Kaizo thought.

Dias didn't waste a single second and threw the body-sized boomerang that was strapped to his back. Although the boomerang was thrown fast, Kaizo was still able to catch it, however, he noticed that the edges were coated with Sea Prism Stone.

'Interesting.' Kaizo spoke as he threw the boomerang back at Dias, who got pushed back.

What he didn't expect was that Ann and Atoli where already flanking him by his sides. Ann threw one of her hand-axes and Atoli shoot darts with a Fukiya.

Kaizo merely jumped and evaded the attack, believing that they would interfere with each other's attacks and backfire, however, Ann swiftly caught the needle while throwing her other axe and Atoli dodged the axe but pulled out a retractable fishing rod and threw the axe back at Kaizo.

"*WHISTLE* Quite the teamwork." Kaizo complimented.

Kaizo prepared himself to catch both of the axes when his Haki told him about a danger behind him, it was another boomerang and Dias that was carrying another boomerang, but that one was sharper.

'Three angles, two from the front and two from the back, (looks at Atoli and Ann) not leaving openings for counterattacks (looks at Dias) supernatural Strength. Time to play a little harder.' Kaizo.

Kaizo's spiritual Energy oozes from his body as it manifests into two hands and grab both Dias and his boomerang. Kaizo catches the hand axes and throws them back at Ann and Atoli.

Ann and Atoli easily dodge the attacks but that was part of Kaizo's plan. Kaizo raises his index fingers and points at Ann and Atoli and smirks.

[Hado #1: Shō] Kaizo.

Two small yet powerful kinetic blasts hits both Ann and Atoli in their chests, causing them to fall back. Dias, who's being imprisoned by Kaizo's spiritual hand, tries to escape but his struggle is useless.

Kaizo then grabs Atoli and Ann and tie both of them against the mast, and he does the same with Dias. With the stowaways taken care of, Kaizo began to unarm them.

"Jeez Louise, you guys have some weird weapons." Kaizo teased.

"I'm gonna erase that shit-eating grin off your face!" Ann.

"Language! There are children." Kaizo.

"Oh, don't worry, we've heard worse shit." Dias.

Atoli nods and sighs.

"Dang. What should I do, guys?" Kaizo asked out loud.

One after another, the straw hats came out from the kitchen where they were hiding to observe the situation.

[Flashback!!!]

After making the oath, Kaizo felt a disturbance in the force...

Nah, just kidding, he simply felt a small presence in the storage room. He spoke about it with the crew and investigated by himself.

After confirming the presence of stowaways, Kaizo convinced the crew to leave it on his hands as he wanted to fight them. Luffy also wanted to fight them but lost the sacred duel of rock, paper, scissors.

[Back to the present!!!]

"It was an unexpected turn of events but, I wasn't expecting these bounty hunters to be capable of fighting you." Zoro.

"Me neither! I was impressed by their teamwork, we need to create combos of our own, like super techniques." Kaizo.

"So-So cool!!!" Usopp/Luffy imagine that.

"I'm happy since a new lady has graced me with her presence!!!" Sanji.

"Speaking of ladies, why's Nami not here?" Kaizo.

"Oh, Nami-san said that she felt extremely tired and went to sleep through the night. She said we five would be enough to handle the situation." Sanji.

"Dang, it would've been funny to see her side-by-side with this blue-haired chick that looks like her." Kaizo.

Everyone else nods in agreement of the similarities between the two women.

"Are you guys, idiots?" Luffy.

Everyone looked at him with a "The F you talkin' about?!" expression.

"Heh, Nami has orange eyes and hair, she's got blue ones!" Luffy explained with a smug expression.

[.........…]

*BONK*

Kaizo smacked him in the head.

"That's why we said that she looks Si-mi-lar! Not exactly like Nami!" Kaizo.

"I never expect something ingenious from him but, he still manages to disappoint." Sanji.

"I'm gonna go sleep." Zoro.

"Wait! What should we do about them?!" Usopp.

Luffy, Zoro and Kaizo connected glances and immediately understood each other's message.

"Not it!" Kaizo/Zoro/Luffy.

Sanji and Usopp looked confused, alongside their prisoners.

"Well, Sanji, Usopp. Rock paper scissors it to see who stakeout these prisoners." Kaizo spoke as he, Luffy and Zoro made their way to their beds.

"Hey...…! What about you guys?!" Usopp.

"We called not it." The trio.

Usopp was about to yell when a certain cook spoke.

"Not it." Sanji.

"Eh????!!!" Usopp.

"Although I would love to spend the whole night alongside a beautiful lady, I cannot allow myself to lose sleep. What if I ruin one of Nami-san's dishes?" Sanji.

Sanji left Usopp alone with the stowaways.

"T-then...WHAT WAS THE POINT OF COMING HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE???!!!!" Usopp.

[The next morning.]

The crew found Usopp sleeping as far away from the stowaways as he could while they were sleeping as well.

"Man, that was lame. I was hoping that they would escape or something." Luffy.

"Right? Too bad they didn't." Kaizo.

"You managed to fight them, remember?" Zoro.

"True. I'm gonna check out their stuff, wake Usopp for breakfast." Kaizo.

Kaizo went towards the bag that had the trio's belongings and found a pocket mirror with a picture on the other side and two emblems that belong to Dias and Atoli. Just then, Nami finally came out of her room.

"*YAWN* Good morning… How was the stowaway situation?" Nami.

Nami saw Ann and they both locked eyes, they felt weird, as if they knew who the other person was.

The little moment was ruined by Atoli and Dias's stomach rumbling.

"Hehe… sorry." Dias smiled.

"Sanji, breakfast!" Luffy.

Just then, everyone went to the kitchen to talk about the stowaways, and eat breakfast of course.

After eating.

"So, found anything about these three?" Nami.

"Yeah, some...surprising things as a matter of fact." Kaizo.

Kaizo puts the pocket mirror and the emblems on the table.

"This looks pricey." Nami.

"Just...open the mirror and look at the photo in it." Kaizo.

Nami was confused at Kaizo's mood and opened it, when she opened the mirror, her faced was full of shock and accidentally let it go.

"Oi, Nami! What happened?" Luffy.

Nami was very conflicted and emotional and rushed towards her room.

"Kaizo, what happened?" Zoro.

"Look at the picture." Kaizo.

The four pirates looked at the picture and realized why Nami's demeanor had changed. The picture is of a ginger man and a blue-haired woman carrying two babies with their respective colors.

Everyone, surprisingly Luffy included, managed to put two on two and realized what had happened.

"But, is that really Nami?!" Usopp.

"Yes, see that little mole on her cheek? Nojiko showed me a picture of Nami as a baby with the exact same mole, seems that she outgrew it afterwards but that's definitely Nami." Kaizo.

'What the hell is going on?! Nami has no biological siblings, and that's definitely Ann from the Romance Dawn pilot, the one Oda made as the first idea for what became One Piece!' Kaizo.

'And those two! (He looks at Dias and Atoli.) They're the main characters of the One Piece, Japanese exclusive, game "Legend of the Rainbow Island!" And they even have the medallions as well.' Kaizo.

"Should one of us speak with her?" Usopp.

"I'll go, interrogate the prisoners." Kaizo.

"Oi! Nami-san's heart should be healed by a gentleman like Moi!" Sanji.

"Vice-cap orders, fuck off and interrogate." Kaizo.

Kaizo left them as they went to interrogate the stowaways.

Kaizo arrives at Nami's room and sees her hiding under her sheets. Kaizo doesn't says anything but simply sits on the bed and talks.

"So, what's got you all riled up? I've never seen you so...emotional, since you left Cocoyasi Village." Kaizo.

There was a moment of silence before Nami answered.

"I… I've had dreams you know? It felt so real, two people were carrying me alongside another baby, and we looked so happy. The moment I saw that picture, the same image of that dream was of those in it." Nami.

"A well-preserved memory perhaps?" Kaizo.

"Maybe, those dreams made me happy. I felt the same familiar feeling that Bellemere used to give me, a feeling of love and safety that I couldn't live without." Nami.

"Until…" Kaizo.

"Until those dreams suddenly became nightmares after Bellemere's death." Nami.

Kaizo patted Nami's head.

"Can you tell me?" Kaizo.

Nami sniffed but nodded.

"We… we were on a ship, sailing somewhere until someone, possibly pirates, attacked us. The rest is kinda fuzzy but, I saw the man, who turns out to be my dad, get slashed and fell overboard. Cries echoed across the ship as my vision got blurry, the last thing I remembered was being taken away from my "mother" and then all I saw afterwards was dark, but the screams persisted for quite a while." Nami.

"The expression she had when they took me, it seemed like the most painful thing one could suffer." Nami.

"Must've been hard to endure that." Kaizo.

"Honestly, it wasn't that bad, I was able to brush it off as nightmares caused by PTSD. But now, knowing that all that was true, and I never cared for any of them... it makes me feel ashamed of myself." Nami.

Kaizo knew what Nami was going through, self-hate. Regret on actions you have no control of, sadness from the powerlessness of the past that couldn't be changed in any way, Kaizo knew those feelings all too well for his own comfort.

Kaizo sighs as he got up from the bed and spoke.

"Your mothers loved you, right?" Kaizo.

Nami pokes her head out of the sheets and looks at Kaizo.

"Both Bellemere and whoever that woman in the picture was, they loved you. you may be sad about things you know you cannot change, but take it from the wise-guy of the crew. Don't fret about what has happened, instead of thinking about what you've lost, salvage what you can, like your new "sister" for example." Kaizo.

Nami simply nods as she processes the new wave of emotions that are inside her. But she couldn't help but to comment on Kaizo's actions.

"You're a weird person." Nami.

"Eh?" Kaizo.

"You're smarter than Luffy, but never take advantage of that. Stronger than Zoro but never boast about it. Trickier than Usopp but you help him overcome his cowardice. Better at combat than Sanji but never forced him to change his "no hitting women" policy, and Smarter than me but had never tried to scam me. Why are you like that?" Nami asked with a smile.

"Hm..." Kaizo thought it and answered.

"Because I think of this crew like a big rowdy family." Kaizo.

Nami looked a little shocked.

"Granted, we've only known each other for a few months at best but, I have a feeling that our bonds have deepened to this extent. Luffy's like a younger brother one has to watch constantly over him, Zoro's like the big brother to respect, Usopp's also like a brother, but the type that needs a push to get things done, Sanji's that refined kid with values of gold, and you, you're like a mischievous sister that gets under my skin." Kaizo.

Nami was starting to get a little mad.

"But a sister that one can't live without." Kaizo.

Nami covered herself in the sheets once again.

"Same is the whole crew, one big family to enjoy our travels, I know they feel somewhat the same one way or the other." Kaizo.

"Well, I'm gonna see what they've been talking with your sister and her companions, see ya!" Kaizo.

Nami was once again alone in her room while thinking about Kaizo's words.

'A family and a sister, huh? (she smiles) thinking about that makes me happy for some reason.' Nami.

She then felt tired after her emotional discharge and fell asleep.

Kaizo made his way towards the main deck and saw everyone standing upside down, except their "prisoners", they were still tied to the main mast.

"What the hell happened here?" Kaizo.

"Well..." Usopp.

[Flashback!!!]

The trio is now on the deck, watching the stowaways being fed by Zoro and Sanji while Usopp got all professional with a desk, glasses and a notebook.

"Alright. Names, occupation, blood type and reason to be here, start from the left." Usopp.

"I'm Dias! I'm a fighter with boomerangs and am really strong! I don't know my blood type. I'm here because Atoli and Ann are here!" Dias.

"Fuck off and don't speak to me, long nose." Ann.

"Hurtful, and watch the language, kids are here." Usopp.

"She's Ann! Our big sister and she HATES pirates. She's been taking care of us for a while now and is the bestest sister we could ask for! Don't know her blood type, and she's here because we're here." Dias smiled.

"Dias…!!!" Ann gave Dias a demonic look and he shuddered.

'S-she's just like Nami.' Zoro and Luffy sweatdrops.

'Woah, I guess that demonic appearance is hereditary.' Usopp.

'Her beauty is no less than Nami-san's!' Sanji.

"*SIGH* I'm Atoli, I'm a fisherwoman, I don't know my blood type, and I won't say why I'm here." Atoli.

Usopp wrote everything down on his notebook and went towards Luffy, Zoro and Sanji.

"I've got nothing." Usopp explained with a serious expression.

"Then why the hell did you even bothered in the first place!!??" Zoro/Sanji.

"HAHAHAHAHA!!!" Luffy.

"You're not helping!" Usopp.

"Alright, I'll ask then!" Luffy.

"Hey! Why are you here?!" Luffy asked as he ran towards the mast.

Dias was about to answer but Ann shushed him with a kick. Yes, she's THAT flexible.

"We've got nothing to tell you." Ann.

"Eh?! Please, just tell us why you're here, that's all! We even gave you breakfast!" Luffy.

"Well, it was a delicious breakfast--*BURP*" Atoli.

Atoli immediately looked the other way as her face got red.

"Ann-Nee-san. They did feed us; can't we answer at least one question?" Dias.

"Tch! You're too much of a bleeding heart, Dias. Fine." Ann.

"Ok, what---" Luffy was cut off.

"BUT UNDER ONE CONDITION!" Dias.

"Huh?" Luffy.

"We'll play a game and whoever loses has to listen a request of the winners." Dias.

"Alright." Luffy.

"Don't decide so casually!!!" Sanji/Zoro/Usopp.

"Since you're the captain, it means that you'll be only one participating." Dias.

"Ok, that makes sense." Luffy.

"Shut up! It doesn't!" Usopp.

"Are you going to taint your captain's honor by interfering?!" Dias.

Everyone had a grim expression after noticing Luffy's convinced expression.

"Alright! This sounds like fun! What's the game?" Luffy.

"The game is…Challenge time!" Dias.

"Challenge time?" Luffy.

"I'll give you 10 challenges that you must surpass, once you finish them, I'll answer all your questions." Dias.

"Sounds like fun! Bring them on!" Luffy.

And so, Dias began dictating the challenges to Luffy. What the rubber captain didn't know was that Dias was actually buying time for Ann to escape.

'Dias's doing a great job, thankfully, that lovestruck moron gave me a knife to eat my breakfast. All I need is to wait the perfect time to take someone hostage and our objective can be completed.' Ann.

After some time, Dias gave the semi-last challenge.

"Now, you have to make every crewmate on the deck pose while standing upside-down!" Dias.

Luffy looked at his crewmates and all gave a "No way!" expression so, Luffy "convinced" them to do it. Usopp was the last one to be "convinced" as Luffy was given his last challenge, afterwards, Kaizo arrived.

[Flashback end!]

"Ok, that took a lot of time to explain. So, what's Luffy's last challenge?" Kaizo.

"Well…" Usopp.

"Kaizo! I need your help!" Luffy.

"What's up?" Kaizo.

Luffy smirks as he gets in a fighting stance.

"Let's battle going all out!" Luffy.

"EHHHHHHHHHHH?????????????????!!!!!!!!!!" Kaizo.
