"Avery!" I jolted awake as I heard someone call my name.

"Y-yeah?" I said as I rubbed my eyes.

"Thank god! You're finally awake, I was worried sick when you suddenly passed out. My heart almost stopped when you collapsed!" Aoki shouted as she jumped towards me and hugged me.

"Wait, how long was I out for?" I asked.

"You've been out for a couple of hours."

Really it only felt like a couple minutes to me, absorbing all of that information was quite the experience. It was like I was watching a movie, starting from the very first arc of the show: Romance Dawn, to the latest arc Oda was working on when I was still alive.

I'm guessing that I'll gain even more information when a new episode for the show is created, well hopefully.

Now for more important matters, during this whole Oni-Masked Pirates situation, I've painstakingly realized that I need way more combat experience.

I'm not talking about spars or anything like that, but I think I need to go through the training that Luffy did during the two-year time skip. Only then would I be able to push my abilities to the max and even learn to use Busoshoku Haki, and Kenbunshoku Haki.

Haoshoku Haki is different though, as It's not something you can train. I'll need someone who already knows how to use it, to train me. Someone like Rayleigh, Shanks, or Whitebeard.

I'll hold off on that haki for now though I'd rather just establish myself as a well-versed Busoshoku haki and Kenbunshoku haki user, I also deduced that the "Body" section of my status panel refers to my proficiency in Busoshoku haki.

So how far do I need to progress to obtain the Supreme Master rank?

It'll be a challenge to train my armament haki to the point where it's stronger than Roger's, well luckily, I like challenges. If everything just came to me so easily it'd get boring.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was currently at the novice rank of kenbushoku haki, I guess it was because of what happened earlier with the captain of the Oni-Masked crew.

Oh yeah, speaking of the Oni-Masked crew; they managed to get away. When they saw the marine ship near the island, they all ran back to there ship and booked it.

It was a really funny scene as minutes ago, they looked all threatening saying they were going to pillage our village and as soon as they saw the marine ship they ran away with there tails between there legs.

Since I got the pirate hunter title though, I don't think they really got away. Aoki was right too, they really were a no-name crew; there captain didn't even have a bounty.

You'd think since they had a devil fruit user in there crew they'd at least be known some way or another. Especially since this is the East Blue, the weakest of the four blue's in terms of people with raw power, which is surprising since this is the Blue where Roger was born.

"Avery! Come on everybody's waiting for you!" Aoki said as she pulled me out of bed a similar scene to the first time I woke up in this world, a nostalgic moment indeed.

"Wait, everybody? What do you mean by everybody?" I asked in curiosity.

"Just come on!" Aoki urged me and I eventually followed her downstairs.

A crowd of people, including of villagers and the kids of the dojo were all bunched up in the dojo.

"Happy Birthday Avery!" They all shouted in unison.

"Birthday? Me?" I thought about it and realized it was actually my birthday, well the birthday of the original owner of this body.

"Birthday boy and Shimotsuki village savior!" Mr. Koushirou said as he walked up to me.

"Village savior? No, no, no I can't possibly take that title without you're help Mr. Koushirou I probably would've died!"

"Although that may be true, it doesn't change the fact that you held the pirates off. That alone shows your bravery." Mr. Koushirou said as he patted me on the back.

"Now enjoy this occasion It's your birthday, you should enjoy!" He said as a smile appeared on his aged face.

"Okay" I said as I sent a smile right back at him.
