Kai VS Big Mom and Kid VS Shiki

"Jihahahaha!!"

FWOOOOSH!! FWOOOOSH!! Dozens of colossal boulders hurtled toward Sweet City, their primary targets being Big Mom, Kai, and Kid.

On the ground, the three pirate captains sprang into action to defend themselves. Kai wielded his sword with precision, slicing through any rock in his path. Kid shattered the boulders with his powerful fists. Big Mom commanded Zeus and Prometheus to incinerate the falling debris.

After several minutes of the sky pelting them with massive rocks, the barrage ceased. The boulders had crushed buildings and any unfortunate person who was nearby, leaving the city in ruins.

"The fuck was that just now?" Kid questioned.

Kai, looking serious, glanced up at the floating island dominating the sky above them. Only two names crossed his mind as possible culprits. 'Kaido, which seems unlikely—there are no Flame Clouds around that island... and the second person is...'

"Shiki!!!" Big Mom shouted, her voice echoing through the sky as she glared upward. "You old fox, I thought you died a long time ago!! Why the hell did you show up here after all this time?!!"

"Jihahahaha!!..." A booming laughter resonated across the island, drawing everyone's attention. Their eyes lifted skyward, captivated by the sight of a majestic figure descending gracefully from the heavens. "It's been a long time, hasn't it, Linlin?!"

"Shiki…" Big Mom's eyes narrowed, her gaze hostile. In response, Shiki smirked.

Thunder!! Lightning!! In an unexpected move, Shiki unleashed an overwhelming surge of Conqueror's Haki, its immense power rippling through the air and knocking out any weak-willed individuals from both Big Mom's and Kai's sides.

"Conqueror's Haki!" Kid exclaimed, staring at Shiki in astonishment. Recognition dawned on his face "Is that the legendary pirate who rivaled the Pirate King long ago, Golden Lion Shiki? I thought he died after disappearing following his escape from Impel Down a couple of decades ago"

'He should be, even in cannon he never made an appearance' Kai thought, worry etched on his face 'Have we altered the timeline so much that even characters like him are now making moves? This guy is no joke. If he teams up with Big Mom, we're in serious trouble.'

"It seems you already know who I am. That will make things easier!" Shiki announced as he landed a few meters away from them. He scanned the two brothers, assessing their strength. "You're strong indeed. If you could push back the old hag that far, then you're worthy of being part of my crew," Shiki declared, opening his arms wide. "Hoi, you two!!..."

"…From now on you are part of my crew, you'll be my left and right hand. Let us take over the world, shall we?!! Jihahahaha!!"

"Is this guy for real?" Kai raised an eyebrow, completely taken aback by what he had just heard. "You must've lost it after all these years. We ain't joining anybody's crew, and if we want to take over the world, we'll do it ourselves"

"I like that attitude. No wonder you are conquerors," Shiki said, taking a few puffs from his cigar, intrigued by the two young pirates.

"Is something wrong with your head you old shit?! Who said we're joining your crew?! I don't care if you were the Pirate King's rival, I'll beat the dogshit out of you if you keep saying shit like that!!" Kid snapped at Shiki.

"I see, maybe I just need to beat some sense into you" Shiki replied with low and menacing tone of voice.

"So, you came all the way here to recruit them?" Big Mom questioned in disbelieve.

"Don't get in my way Linlin, these brats got the potential, I know a monster when I see one. If they're not with me then they're against me, I'll cut the roots before they grow stronger. I won't let anyone ruin my plans not even you" Shiki declared, unsheathing the two katanas at his belt. Along with Oto and Kogarashi strapped to his knees, Shiki can be considered a four-sword wielder.

"Sorry to disappoint you but these brats have crossed the line, they're not leaving this place alive" Big Mom said before moving her attention back to the twins Big Mom replied, shifting her focus back to the twins. "I need to make an example of them, or my reputation as an Emperor of the Sea will suffer"

"We'll see about that…*Shing*"

"I'll deal with you later Shiki, don't think you'll get away with destroying my city"

"This is bad," Kai muttered, tightening his grip on his sword. "It was hard enough dealing with Big Mom, and now we have to face Shiki too." He wracked his brain for a plan, but it was clear: one of them had to fight Big Mom while the other held off Shiki.

"Don't overthink it," Kid said confidently. "I'll quickly take deal with the Golden Lion. Pirate King's rival or not, he's just a washed-up old fart now." He cracked his neck and knuckles, grinning maniacally.

"Don't drop your guard, he might be old but that doesn't change the fact that he used to be strong enough to fight the likes of Roger and Garp, his Devil Fruit looks dangerous as well" Kai warned his brother.

"You worry about Big Mom... I would've liked to take her on, but your technique seems to be more effective against her. Switching roles now would be foolish," Kid responded, his tone serious as he locked eyes with Shiki.

Kai smiled, finding this uncharacteristic. The Kid he knows would be arguing over who would fight Big Mom. 'I guess he can be reasonable when he needs to be,' he thought, shifting his gaze back to Big Mom.

"They keep blabbering about this Worst Generation in the news... Let's see what you're really made of," Shiki said with a grin, his hair billowing in the wind, smoke curling from the thick cigar he was smoking.

"I'll be your opponent, old man!" Kid declared, clenching his fists tightly. He hardened his muscles, let out a loud battle cry, and charged towards Shiki, allowing his Haki to flow around his body like armor.

"Bring it on, Eustass 'Captain' Kid!!" Shiki floated mid-air before swinging his leg-swords, launching a flurry of compressed air slashes at Kid. "Lion… Scattering Valley!!"

FWOOOSH!! SWOOOSH!! Kid effortlessly dodged using Soru while deflecting some of the slashes with his Haki-coated arms. He leaped into the air towards Shiki, rolled his fist back, and threw a powerful Haki-infused punch.

Shiki swiftly raised his katanas, blocking Kid's fist with ease. The impact of their clash sent shockwaves rippling through the air. They pushed against each other with mighty force before the clash ended in a stalemate, prompting Shiki to disappear from the spot and reappear above Kid, his swords descending in a deadly arc.

Kid quickly assembled scraps to form a metallic arm around his left arm, effectively blocking one of Shiki's swords. The other, however, grazed his cheek, drawing blood. The sting of the wound only fueled Kid's rage.

"Not bad! Not bad!" Shiki smirked, leaping back to create distance. He followed with another attack, using his powers to break open the ground and fashion the debris into a gigantic lion's head, which he then used to attack Kid.

"Lion's Menace!!"

The lion's head loomed above like a small mountain, threatening to crush not only Kid but a large portion of the city.

"Jihahahaha! Behold the mighty power of the Float-Float Fruit!!" Shiki stood on top of the lion's head, gazing down at Kid with confidence.

"Ha ha ha ha! You're making my blood boil!" Far from being intimidated, Kid seemed thrilled to see that the legendary pirate he was facing had not lost his touch. He charged towards the massive lion head, which was closing in on him, threatening to crush him.

Kid's body crackled with black and red lightning as he infuses his fist with Advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki while emitting Hasshoken from his knuckles. Then he delivered a massively powerful shockwave punch that created a vertical fissure in the lion shaped mountain before blasting it into pieces, leaving Shiki in awe.

"Oblivion Divide!!!"

Shiki's eyes widened slightly as he witnessed the spectacle. "Impressive... but not enough to defeat me!"

Nearby, Big Mom looked furious at the destruction Shiki was causing to her city, but she had no time to deal with him. Her hands were full dealing with Kai, who was proving to be a formidable opponent to her even on his own.

Clang! Clang!...BAAAM!! the two captains traded blows, their sword clashes shaking the entire island.

"Mamamama!! Stop dreaming!! I've sent hundreds like you to a watery grave!!" Big Mom grinned wickedly while grasping Napoleon with both hands before she combined her three homies Prometheus and Zeus with Napoleon's gladius blade piercing through Prometheus at its base and Zeus at its tip, and Prometheus and Zeus combining their energies, forming several tendrils of lightning and fire that create a large circular ring in between them and a continuous blade of energy that can cut though anything "I've ruled this sea for decades now!! Since the time you were still drinking your mother's milk!!"

"Maser Saber!!"

Big Mom slashed her weapon vertically, aiming to slice Kai in half. However, he was quick to raise his sword above him, barely blocking the attack in time before being pushed back by the force of the attack.

Despite her enormous size, Big Mom was incredibly fast in combat, keeping up with Kai's movements even though he was among the most agile and quick fighters. She relentlessly closed in on him, giving him no time to rest, continuously striking with her Maser Saber.

Her sword flashed like streaks of lightning as she unleashed a barrage of deadly slashes aimed at Kai, waiting for the right opportunity to deal a deadly strike to him. Kai however did not let his guard down and he deftly parried each blow with his own blade.

Lightning!!...Lightning!! Trails of lightning surged between their Haki-infused weapons, crackling even though they weren't touching. The ground quaked beneath them, and the skies above split open.

"How long can you keep this up now that your brother isn't helping you, you'll soon reach your limits"

Kai's grin remained unfazed, his spirit unbroken, and his confidence unwavering. Even in the face of an Emperor of the Sea, or death itself, he wasn't about to give up and run just because things hadn't gone as planned. "Nah, I'll be fine. I still haven't revealed all my cards yet."
