After hours of going back and forth with the loud librarian, I managed to get 7 more achievements.

Void century was easy to get him to talk about, but it was considerably hard to get him to talk about the last 2 I think he was worried about me snitching on him or something.

I also learned more about the surrounding islands other than the 4 I know Baterilla, Torino, karate island, and sorbet kingdom. There were also islands I'm interested in going to that I assume Gaia created, Willow island, JunkYard Island, and SinkHole City among others.

My status is pretty impressive now.

I've heard from other players that I've seen in the streets that have already leveled up that you gain 3 stat points per level up, meaning that I gained 9 levels of free stats though I'm not sure what INT is used for.

But either way, I'm going to capitalize on it and relearn as many facts about the one piece world as possible, right now I'm on my way to the marine base on the island to try and learn about the Admirals and the Yonko.

Bellman didn't know any Yonko except Whitebeard and any Admiral except Kuzan who is from the south, I assume that there are achievements for learning these things so I'm hoping a smart Marnie can 'tell' me these facts.

After a 10-minute walk and only having to ask for directions once I arrived at the Crossroads Marine Base. It's your classic white building with blue wrenches and seagulls, the doors are large enough for me to enter without ducking.

As I enter the young marine behind the reception desk withdraws at my height.

"Who do I talk to for information about the marine structure and pirate enemies" I asked the receptionist.

"Ya that's, are you thinking of joining the marines" he replies.

"Yes I'm thinking of joining, what are the ranks of the marines?" I ask

"Awe yes to start first is the Chore boy which is the rank you'll start with next is Seaman recruit then Apprentice followed by seaman first class and next up is Petty officer which is my rank. After that is Chief petty officer, Master Chief petty officer, and lastly Warrant officer which is the highest infantry rank" he said seemingly with energy to spare.

I waited but didn't seem to get any achievement I probed further.

"And what about the Marine Officer ranks?" I asked

"Well this is where it gets interesting and you get to wear the Justice coat, I can't wait till I get my coat, anyway the ranks start with Ensign, Liutenant Jr, Lieutenant, Lieutenant Commander followed by Commander and Captain. Then it finishes with Vice Admiral, Admiral, and Fleet Admiral at the top leading the marines" he says in one brilliant explanation.

I'm looking much better now I'm going to wait on putting those points in until I figure out what the stats fully do. I lost my focus due to the update overload but I turn my attention back to the receptionist.

"Who are the Admirals and Fleet Admirals?" I ask next.

"That's easy there are 3 Admirals first Admiral Kuzan who is from the south, next is Admiral Kizaru, and lastly Admiral Sakaki. While the Fleet Admiral now is Sengoku who is also from the South Blue my dream is to be the next Fleet Admiral and for some reason, I feel like you understand dreaming, eh brother" the receptionist said

My recent Glory hunter REP seems to be affecting him as he's now calling me brother even though we don't know each other's names, I also got 2 new achievements.

Afterward, I learned about the Yonko and the Shichibuki from him but I only gained a Shichibuki achievement from the system meaning someone else probably already learned about the Yonko first. Other than that I seem to have monopolized the early Information achievements getting the most INT in the game by far I reckon.

I learnt that Kuma isn't a warlord yet and a guy called Alexi Opernov is in his place.

I also tried to get him to talk about the Celestial Dragons or the Gorosei but it seems that this petty officer in the South Blue doesn't know who commands the World Government.

The sun is starting to go down so I decided to go to a random pub to see if I can learn from the other players about more game stuff, though we have no inventory we are given 10000 berries as starting money which I haven't spent a bit of yet.

With my pocket full of change I enter the Crooked Path Tavern.

It's not quite clear what INT does yet but I'm sure you guys can figure out what 16 levels worth of free stats does to the balance of the game.
